Very bad service. Called to verify 99$ oz because i drive 45 miles to buy product. Spoke with one the workers he said yes they had 99 oz. I even got an email and text so i drive up their. And they tell me they had no 99 oz. They were not accommodating at all and a somewhat rude. I will not be returning.

Got Rolls Choice and Pineapple Chunk many months ago. Found it in the cupboard and both had transformed into the skunkiest nugs. Harvested Aug 2018... proper curing is the key; perhaps Territory could cure longer/better?

Everything is amazing but at the same time you can get everything that they offer for almost 10$ cheaper anywhere else. There potent planet is 55 compared to 45 that I’ve seen at other places. There are many other examples of price hikes like this.

The bud tenders need to stop complaining about the changes due to the Coronavirus and have better customer service during these times. It’s not just “marijuana” you’re selling. You’re providing relief. Quit complaining do your job and provide great customer service.

I placed an order online for what was advertised as "Curbside Pickup". When I got to the Territory, they had signs ups pointing on 2 columns indicating curbside pickup. I parked where I saw the curb, only to see a long line down the walkway where other businesses were as well. The security guard comes out and says I still have to wait in the line or my car, even though #1 I placed an order online #2 I anticipated "Curbside Pickup" that was advertised for this dispensary. I then asked for the manager Nick, whom came out and described the wait in line was first come first served, which is not the same as Curbside Pickup. Let's be clear anyone thinking of curbside pickup could easily compare this option as a drive thru fast food restaurant right? No allegedly Curbside Pickup actually means you still wait on the curb, even though your ordered online, expecting curbside pickup. Not only is the advertisement false, you now have patients loitering in front of other businesses. Nick the manager was very professional and by the book, however I was not given an apology, free preroll or anything for the inconveniences. Furthermore, I will second guess before coming back to Territory Chandler because of the misleading advertisement. I have several other choices, but I live up the street from this location so to go somewhere else is a real inconvenience. The service that I received on my first visit September 1st 2020 was not good. The boy giving me service at the counter was short tempered, rude, not knowledgable and was slamming things in the counter when I had questions. He did not even know how to properly ring up items. The manager came over to clean up his mess and gave me a free pre roll for my trouble which i appreciated. Also the whole vibe was kinda chaotic and there was no social distancing in the lobby. I doubt that I'll be back.

The quality of this dispensary has dropped. The buds are dry to the point it becomes dust and is unsmokable. I’ve tried a couple times to leave for awhile and come back hoping it was a bad batch but it’s not....it’s just horrible. Don’t waste your money on buds that are turn to dust that doesn’t do what it should. I will not be returning to this dispensary

This place is fantastic. I honestly can't remember the last time I went anywhere else in AZ. The team works hard with you to find the exact item you might be searching for that day. They are super friendly and will remember you. The prices are the same as, if not better than, other places that carry lower quality products. You get cashback on every single purchase - it adds up quickly. It's also nice that the prices include tax - there is no guessing on your total. I can't say enough positive things about the staff. They genuinely care about their patients. To the people that had a bad experience at this dispensary, give them another chance - you won't regret it!

Visiting The Territory for the first time was the single worst dispensary visit I've ever had. Although I left with a smile, impressed with their elegant, inviting environs and the beautiful, fragrant buds I just paid top dollar for, that smile was quickly wiped from my face the moment I looked at what I had been given and realized I had been the victim of the bait-and-switch scam. They gave me a $75 quarter of low-grade shake, not the frosty, well-manicured nuggets on display. With so much competition in the industry, with so much better pot available and at a better price to boot, spare yourself the grief of getting burned and avoid The Territory. What The Territory sold me for $75, I could've gotten for around $15 at my primary dispensary, Metro Meds. To be fair, I will say that the other quarter I got was excellent and met my expectations, hence the two stars. Same for the employees, cool people all. Not their fault mgmt. is out to burn people--hence the two stars. Folks, spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. Places like this need to be pushed out of the industry.

On my second visit here I purchased 3 grams of concentrates. The next day I went to another dispensary to take advantage of a deal they were offering and they informed I didn’t have enough allotment. After checking Territory had said I purchased 7 grams from them and took 7grams off my allotment. Due to this I was unable to take advantage of the deal or purchase more medicine. Awful experience.

Changes their specials verbage when you go to pick up, after you've called to verify the details. Stay away from this place, you've been warned!

territory is doing it right, separate lines for med and Rec. also Med still get our deals. the other dispos need to learn from territory.

Disruptive concept to the existing model. No waiting room, all product on display and staff works with you when you’re ready to purchase. Ever’s was super knowledgeable of products and offered great recommendations for CBD products and flower. I will be back!

I had a great experience here! They helped me find exactly what I needed, staff is friendly and really put you at ease. This will definitely be my go to from now on. Highly recommend. ✌️😊

Bud tenders are friendly and I like the open floor atmosphere. But their menu isn’t updated, they have a dumb policy of making you hold on to receipts to get their 2 for 1 deal (they have my purchase history in their computers) and I’ve been here more than five times, not once have I received a discount for Maricopa residents.

This place is THE WORST! If you have all day to wait for them to retrieve your order (90 mins), then go wait in line (15 mins) followed by another wait in your car (45 mins), it's totally your choice. I, however, know of lots of other places around PHX with EXCELLENT service & quality products. STAY AWAY! Go to the Flower Shop or Oasis-- they are close and wonderful to deal with.

Worst experience I've had in dispensary lately. The staff was either too busy to deal with me or were too high to help fill my order. I stopped a girl walking by to ask quite simple questions, and she snapped at me that I "have to wait like everyone else" because they "had a lot of orders," when my order had been filled at noon & at this point I'd been outside for over an hour. She didn't even hear me out and just told me to wait in another line. Not to mention that any of these "lines" they had in place were extremely poorly managed. Security was absolutely no help, & when I asked if there was a better way to manage the line they responded with: "yeah we don't have much say. I wish we had signs," when there was signs out there that they weren't even using! Well now that I was finally able to retrieve my online order, I will not be coming back. It's a shame considering how good this place used to be. Stay away

The quality is on par with other dispensaries. Atmosphere is fine. Service is terrible. Every time I come in a for an express order there is something wrong with it and they have to grab the correct products (this has happened a lot more than 1 time). Not to mention the customer service helpline is atrocious. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to have one customer support number for 3 different dispensaries was a good idea was incredibly wrong. It is so bad that if I have a question I don't even bother calling and they miss my sale completely. This is because it takes over 20 minutes to get the info you're looking for because nobody who answers the phone knows the answer to your question because they themselves are not even in the dispensary.

Twice now I have purchased the Grow science 4 for $100 deal or 2 for $55, and have been charged wrong both transactions , even when the manager has come by both times to make the adjustment, so since me specifically stating I am wanting to purchase that deal and both times have been wrongfully charged, I will no longer be shopping at zen leaf anymore for my medical needs.

well I put my order in at 11am during my work shift to make sure I could grab my order after work... well when I got off work and came to grab it, they sold my stuff. I asked why they didn't bag my order up, ive always came for my pre orders, I drove 40 minutes (33 miles) to grab this order. they said I shouldn't make online orders if I can't grab them soon after placing them, well that kinda doesn't make sense to even have online orders then. they offered me replacements that were 4 times the cost. never going back. this place use to be decent but they don't care about their clients.

One of the newer dispensary’s in area yet one of the best. They have thc test results on all there flower so you really know what your paying for and a guaranteed safe product. They run some awesome sales from time and always have b2g1 concentrates one the back of the receipt. They also really care about there patients and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied. I strongly recommend this dispensary for there quality and prices.
