My first visit to this dispensary will probably be my last. I was not allowed to use a coupon because they said I had to print it out even though it says nowhere on it that had to be done. Then I couldnt use my first time customer promo because they said it couldnt be combined with any of the current discount they had! Terrible!
My bud tender was great and I have no complaints towards her, however, there were several older patients outside who were struggling to place an order online due to age or disability. I helped a couple of them before I got called in. They had attempted to ask a gentleman who was calling patients in, if he could help them or walk them through the process of making an order because they’ve never used Leafly before and he didn’t seem interested in providing them with support. There wasn’t anyone outside to provide assistance at all. During this scary and crazy time, we should be especially aware of the needs and vulnerabilities of our elders and our disabled. Am pretty disappointed.
My favorite place to go. Simple, and straightforward. I just go on their “Special” days. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Been satisfied with all their products so far and I’ve been going there since the first week they opened in Chandler.
Have to order shit online that they don’t have, and then dont do any business after 6pm. Get the f@&$ outta here! Definitely take my business elsewhere!!!!
This location once very officiant and following health care guidelines. Good job! Now, the public needs to do those same… come on now get with it, lets so show each other respect.
First time going in was a great experience. I believe the name on the card is Cosseth but it smeared, was very helpful. Explained what I needed and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this dispensary.
Security very nice checked me in with my card from car..I couldn't stand in the line due to a disability so sat in my car until my turn expecting to have to go inside but budtender brought my purchases to my car ..that was very helpful...and very appreciated. .
