Grams don't cost 20$ they cost 8-15 tops. There are to many other dispensaries close by for this one to make it. These guys come and go, so will these guys they never learn. YOU CAN'T CHARGE WHATEVER YOU WANT YOU HAVE TO CHARGE WHAT IT'S WORTH!

The only way those people left good reviews was for free stuff, hey Muv employees why don’t you go to a different dispensary and see how much better they are handling things. Get you stuff together. Terrible service. Terrible treatment.
Brandon the security guard at the front door is extremely incompetent. I don't know how anyone would allow someone of his nature to posses a firearm or a ccw for that matter. I walked up to the front door to hand him my card. He takes it and tells me theres 1 person ahead of me and only 4 people allowed inside. I had a pickup order. I say okay and take a step back to the waiting sign. A couple minutes goes by and another guy walks up in front of me and walks right inside and hands him (Brandon) his card. I see him tell the guy unusually aggressively that he needs to get in the other line. Another minute or so goes by and I see the girl who was ahead of me walk out with her order. as the door is still open from her leaving I walk up and catch the door real quick. As Im asking if I can come inside now since she was the fourth person, I'm met with a forearm to the chest by Brandon shoving me backwards asking what I'm doing. I simply said she was the fourth person like you said, then told him he has no rights to put his hands on me or any customer for no reason. there was no threatening or aggressive movement made by me or the tone of my voice. So now as I'm asking for his name he just interrupts me and says you probably want me to get a manager huh? I said well since you offered man sure. (seems like this isn't the first time this has happened with this guy) I would never be coming back here again if it wasn't for Anthony the manager who made everything cool. He gave me a free pre roll took my name and number down and made me feel like he actually gave a shit about their customer service. Kudos to my boy Anthony for fixing the situation. Brandon though has some serious issues with all that aggressiveness. Last time I checked this industry isn't down with all that.
I don't like the quality of service of this dispensary!! While my order is being processed I have to watch people behind me go in because they already received their text. The bud tender told me to stand in the other line that isn't even moving at all. They are really unfair to patients!! Very unsatisfied with the service at this dispensary. I will never spend my money here again!! Very horrible!!!

During this pandemic, this is the only Dispensary that is organized and get you taken care of in a timely fashion. Love loce love Muv!

I personally find it funny to see everyone complaining about the $45 halves as if they were entitled to better bud at that price. People always complain about the products that have already been discounted. Maybe what needs attention is your ability to budget and instead of dogging the people selling some of the cheapest medicine in town you learn to spend $80 on a half to get the quality “you deserve” which is a stupid statement to begin with.
Every time I’ve ever stepped foot in MUV the people were kind, the quality was good, and they never hesitate to educate you on the product. If they were so horrible they wouldn’t have hundreds of regulars. Ignore the spoiled entitled crying about discount quality bud and you’ll find one of the best shops around. That’s why MUV is in like 10 states.

Website had different information than in store, service was confusing, would not recommend trying to use their first time patient special, I'm sad I did, and won't be returning for a 2nd time visit. With the selection of dispensaries available you would think that customer service would matter more and if you make a mistake you make it right by your customer.

So I ended up driving 31 miles (one way) just to come check these guys out, and I definitely wasn't disappointed! Quality meds with a HUGE selection of basically everything. Customer service was on point, Katie was super efficient, friendly and very knowledgable as to what products were available and anything about them. The girl at the front desk was also super awesome I just didn't catch her name.
They have shade and chairs for people coming in but nothing for pick ups. I also felt that even tho the order was online the people in the actual line got out faster and went in faster. Not the best service or set up

The wait time was real! Granted it was a Saturday so thats not abnormal. However stay away from the Purple Apricot strain. I dont even have a taste to compare it to, but maybe similar to licking a wet dog that has needed a bath for a year. Seriously though, never in 12 years of using cannabis can I recall getting flower that tasted so horrible. The only positive was that my budtender has very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice, plus a coupon for a free pre-roll, but not worth the drive just to risk throwing away more flower.
I don't understand why they can never seem to get my order correct besides that their flower is pretty good

I loved this dispensary! I purchased a few different CBD products (the honey sticks, the chronic health High CBD tincture, and brownie bite) and they all were amazing! I also purchased the Chocolate Hashberry and give it a 10/10. It was an amazing high and smelled and looked top shelf (worth the price)! As for the Green Apple I wasn’t as impressed with the taste or the anxiety induced from the strain. I wish my bud tender would have been more informed on her lineage and strains as I had told her I had anxiety and didn’t want anything that could induce it for me. I do know cannabis is subjective, but she struggled with a few of the questions I had asked about flower and edibles. But she knew a lot about their concentrate product! Will definitely be back and hope to try some other strains!

Muv has been my go to location since the moment I was able to go to dispensaries. With fair prices and a welcoming atmosphere, Muv offers an experience no other Phoenix dispensary can. The staff alone has some of the brightest in the industry. I'd like to especially thank Sara for being so knowledgeable in the product and offering a welcoming smile every visit.

unhappy. went into by $65 half ounces. every time I go they're sold out or they're in somebody's bag waiting for a pre-order. wanted to buy 2 oz but they were sold out again. ended up buying quarters for $35 a piece which is no big deal however when I open them up and there's a gram and a half of shake, and I mean shake not little tiny buds but shake, in each one of them I'm really not happy. paying premium price I should get the premium product not the shake, especially when they sell shake separately for a very discounted price. so not happy it's been that much money I want all bud

I bought 4 of their cartridges and none of them burned and the battery that was supposed to be for the carts didn’t work. I was not refunded any money or given any product that worked. I recommend nobody goes to a place that doesn’t care for their patients

My 52nd birthday was spent having my wife drive me from Buckeye to Mesa stopping at dispensaries along the way. I was taking advantage of the freebies offered for my birthday. This dispensary ha dme so upset I had my wife leave straight from here and not hit anymore. The gawdawful woman, who seemed to be a manage/owner in my opinion, had me sign up for the app so I could get my free pre-roll. They told me hat I could come back within 10 days to get my free pre-roll. I was planning on doing the FTP (1st time patient) deal as well. I live sixty miles from here. I will only stop when we are out hre (this is close to my wifes family so might have stopped in the future). The woman stood fast on not giving me a pre-roll for my borthday. Stay away from here people. Bad Mojo
