I literally made a account just to leave a review here...I've been coming to this location since it was High Desert Healing, and after MUV took over it was a complete 360 it became my go to place, but the last few month's this place has gone downhill, like customer service is still on point, but the price for the products they sell aren't worth it...In my experience the last few month's the flower is Old and Crunchy, makes sense why they recently dropped the price, and you can go to a bunch of other places for the same price.

First timer!!! And i am highly disappointed used my ftp deal to get a half right? I bought 2. 45$ eighths and another 2 eighths for free me thinking its gonna be fire,nope my bud is dryer than az desert when i spend 92 for 2 damn eighths i want what i paid for k i do not smoke trash weed, quality over quantity!!!

went to pick up leafly order and waited over 20 min. and the total was way over not going back!

I was told the Lemonhead OG had more trichomes than the other half ounces on sale only to purchase it to find out it had almost no thc compared to the other half ounces. Felt completely bait and switch. Felt like I was bullied into taking the lesser weed by the assistant manager. Never get an express order from this store, can't trust them.

On August 27th the half ounce smalls by Grow Sciences were $130. Today they are $140. Why?

Not one to write a review but today’s service or I should say non-service was complete trash. Not only do I pre order every time I go there and I go there a lot just saying so I don’t have to be stuck on a room with 9 other people because there’s a pandemic going on!!!! I was skipped in front of by three other patients that came in after I was checked in and one didn’t even have an online order and the bud tender took care of her for over 15 minutes and then got got brought back and the person I dealt with had no clue that I had an online order.

Grams don't cost 20$ they cost 8-15 tops. There are to many other dispensaries close by for this one to make it. These guys come and go, so will these guys they never learn. YOU CAN'T CHARGE WHATEVER YOU WANT YOU HAVE TO CHARGE WHAT IT'S WORTH! 20$ for a gram = not legit Stop ripping off patients!

First time I came here I had a budtender named Katie she was nothing more then amazing, she had the knowledge of all the products also was very friendly and most definitely will be back plus all prices include tax. Katie also let me and my husband try a MUV Lemon Infused Gram that flavor was amazing love the MUV dispensary

On my way to go check out the sapecials I love this place is right around the corner or on the way home from work

Everytime I go it's amazing the staff is warm and welcoming. Any knowledge or caliber of user can come and leave satisfied. Don't sleep on the inhaler! it's a life saver

First the hours of operation on leafly aren't correct. I tried to order online and they kept canceling my order. I drove over and there was no parking and people were standing around outside waiting. I left. My boyfriend used to shop here regularly and accumulated enough of their points for a free premium oz. when he went to cash it in they said they got rid of the points program. They never mentioned it all the previous times he went in and they would push that he was close to the oz. We will never return.

Everything. This place is garbage. They lie and deny.if you call them out they 86 you!

Weird vibes. They won't let you handle the jar of display, even when closed. it's quite awkward to check out bud when the budtender's hand is on the jar. I buy high quality and I like to make sure the details are right. I think they need to lighten up on their policies. their management should visit some other top quality dispensaries and see how they handle it. Bud looks good, with good prices. hopefully it smokes good.

I'm shocked to see 20$ grams and 55$ eighths here. This is the most expensive one in the state of Arizona now. I won't shop here I don't know what they are thinking why shop here?

The budtender's only care about there sales. I personally don't appreciate being treated like an inconvenience because of an issue you had with your computers.

I came by here again, I wanted to see if things have changed. I thought so until I got home and got the wrong stuff. I am so mad it isn’t funny. This is supposed to be a pharmacy not some stupid Funhouse. Amateur hour, I’m done here for good and I’m telling everybody I know to stay away from this place… Adios

I got here and there was 2 people in the waiting room... 45 fucccin minutes later and i’m still sitting in this waiting room and it’s 1 so like wtf

How fked up MUV. I have given you so much business! We are in a pandemic, turn on the fkn news and educate yourselves!!! I’m 71 chemo treatments immune compromised and you want me to come in the store BECAUSE YOU MADE PRODUCTS IN STORE ONLY??? Discrimination, that’s what you are doing. Y’all should be ashamed! We need to pull together! Ffffff YOU IDIOTS

I placed a leafly pickup order and I got a confirmation text that the order was ready. I ordered a 300mg THC tincture. I got the text confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. I arrived and waited 20 minutes for someone to call me up. Finally, an employee called me back and things just went south from there. I noticed that she was trying to give me a CBD tincture that was the same price. I stopped her and she got defensive with me and tried to say that it was the correct product and then she tried the question if I even got the confirmation message. She was very rude from the start and she eventually admitted that they didn't have any more of the item I ordered. Why not just admit that? Why did she feel the need to try to slip me a different product instead of admitting her mistake? I stopped the sale and walked out. It seems like they were trying to pull a fast one on me and get me out the door with a product that would not have met my needs. It's shady stuff like this that will definitely stop me from going back to MUV.

been to this location a few times now. good quality strains, great employees but the prices. I'd come here more if the prices came down. most local places have the same quality for 15 dollars less than here.

This was my first time here and the choices they had were so limited and the person who was waiting on me was so rude like they didn't wanna help me or show me any of the product before hand, I actually didnt even purchase anything. 10/10 would not recommend or come back .
