you would think this place would get a clue but they don't. only reason people came here in the first place was for the deals. flower here was always dry but at least it was cheap. can't wait to see u guys go down in 🔥

andrew was cool and helpfull also thanks for being sweeter then suger katie i appreciate the amazimg service there flower is very nice the RUG BURN OG was a really good sativa also the SOUR BANNA was delicious

The very first time here I filled out the paperwork to register I was unable to purchase anything due to only having a .3 or .5 g so I was told I could come back to use my first time patient special. The following week I went back and wanted to get my bogo on the concentrates. So when I went back the budtender a man was rude made me feel uncomfortable to the point I will not come here again..I was telling him what had happened on my initial visit etc. This man basically called me a liar saying he doesn't know that I didn't get anything I could be making it up etc. Which he could have seen by looking up my allotment on the initial visit I did not purchase anything. But instead he continued on treating me like a liar. So after a few more minutes he gave me the special. I first asked for honey banana shatter, wax etc. He advised I needed to pick something else mind you I wanted a gram. So I picked another one in the same tier again I wanted a gram of the 20 dollar one so that gram would have been my bogo. I then asked for a .5g of a 14 dollar shatter wax etc. Completed that transaction then I wanted a gram of flower of which he originally charged me 15 I questioned why it was 15 when it clearly said 10 dollars after correcting he advised me I needed to make my purchases all at the same time so basically chastising me in front of others. So after this horrid experience I leave get home only to see he gave me a .5 of the 20 tier and not the.5 other gram of the 20 but he marked my 14 tier .5g purchase as the free one totally screwing my order up and the bud I got chastised for purchasing was super dry wish I had saved that ten. Basically a horrible experience did not receive the items I wanted got treated like shit. If the budtender doesn't like dealing with people they should get another job! I will never spend money in this establishment again!

This place is terrible. They consistently cannot figure out how to do Leafly pick up. I sat in the lobby for 15 min watching everyone else that got there after me be helped. Shouldn’t pick up be faster than walking up??? Every other dispensary is like that. Get it together. Don’t bother. So many other places do a better job.

Great staff vibe, environment was ok. First time patient so slightly disappointed that this is how y’all are represented. My flower was drier than my nonexistent tinder inbox. $50 1/8 should have been free. It’s the worst flower I’ve had to date. Asked for a specific syringe distillate; got their brand instead at a $5 increase. Didn’t even notice til I got home. Will never return again.

I really like the environment the budtenders are cool great prices on the flowers good quality nice structure great smell I will stop in to the shop again I like this shop
Call before you go because they will confirm it you will get there and they not have it I drove a whole hour waited in line for them not to have it and I pre-ordered but when you got there it was first come first serve

I frequently visit your establishment for great service and products; but after today’s experience I may not return. Long story short—I purchased a cartridge and two dab buckets (bogo). Unfortunately, after getting home (which is 20 minutes away), I noticed more than half the oil cartridge was empty. I drove back to the store with the hope of simply having the cartridge replaced. However, I was met with sarcasm, and was accused of consuming that missing portion of the product, when it was clearly unopened. When I tried to explain that I had just bought the product less than an hour prior, the bud tender proceeded to toss the cartridge back at me—and said rather loudly, to my embarrassment, “You’re at 0.3 anyway, so what do you want me to do?” Not to mention, why does my 14 day allowance matter? After going back and forth for several minutes in front of a store full of patrons, he left his post to speak with his manager. Afterwards, I was granted a one time swamp, regardless of the fact that the cartridge was sold to me less than half way full. I felt ridiculed, antagonized, and made out to be a liar, not to mention he literally joked about my low allowance. All in front of an audience of people. I’m so embarrassed 😞...

Great service, especially Jennifer, who was very helpful the 2 times I visited last week. Cartridges worked great.
6 hour wait on pickup, you won't even get what your ordering. won't let you in line, basically told you to screw yourself. never going again.
The only way those people left good reviews was for free stuff, hey Muv employees why don’t you go to a different dispensary and see how much better they are handling things. Get you stuff together. Terrible service. Terrible treatment.

Müv WAS my favorite until the angry, insecure, with a bad attitude security guard yelled at a lady in the lobby this evening. It was completely uncalled for, she did nothing wrong. Witnessing the entire incident, please get a sane security guard, completely unprofessional as he walked to the back could hear him screaming then slammed open the door still pissed and mumbling curse words. Almost left but was called back, thank goodness. Now only going during the day, unless I see HIM around. He is terrible.

Great location, Great service, usually good flower but STAY AWAY FROM MOOSE N LOBSTA. A lot of premature seeds very harsh, snap, crackle and pops as you burn it. definitely not worth 45 per 8th.

They do not honor first patient special deals even though the manager on the phone said they would honor it. They are extremely unprofessional and I cannot believe that they don’t honor your first time patient because of someone on there end not doing there job correctly. I will make sure to tell everyone this experience and to never waste your time or energy since they didn’t care about wasting mine.
Brandon the security guard at the front door is extremely incompetent. I don't know how anyone would allow someone of his nature to posses a firearm or a ccw for that matter. I walked up to the front door to hand him my card. He takes it and tells me theres 1 person ahead of me and only 4 people allowed inside. I had a pickup order. I say okay and take a step back to the waiting sign. A couple minutes goes by and another guy walks up in front of me and walks right inside and hands him (Brandon) his card. I see him tell the guy unusually aggressively that he needs to get in the other line. Another minute or so goes by and I see the girl who was ahead of me walk out with her order. as the door is still open from her leaving I walk up and catch the door real quick. As Im asking if I can come inside now since she was the fourth person, I'm met with a forearm to the chest by Brandon shoving me backwards asking what I'm doing. I simply said she was the fourth person like you said, then told him he has no rights to put his hands on me or any customer for no reason. there was no threatening or aggressive movement made by me or the tone of my voice. So now as I'm asking for his name he just interrupts me and says you probably want me to get a manager huh? I said well since you offered man sure. (seems like this isn't the first time this has happened with this guy) I would never be coming back here again if it wasn't for Anthony the manager who made everything cool. He gave me a free pre roll took my name and number down and made me feel like he actually gave a shit about their customer service. Kudos to my boy Anthony for fixing the situation. Brandon though has some serious issues with all that aggressiveness. Last time I checked this industry isn't down with all that.

nice shop fair prices and they include the tax which is always nice, but the shatter is ethanol extracted so it's got a gnarly taste something your gonna want to know before you buy.
