They didn't answer their phone, they just won't. They also DO NOT tell you anywhere on their site, webpage, etc. that Recreational buyers can only get a certain amount of say Edibles. So you drive all the way there, and they can't help you at all. If they can't have the recreational rules posted, or bother answering phones all day, screw them!!!! At least other dispensaries answer the phone to help you with concerns. This place is a joke. I only gave 2 stars under Service because the Tender was polite and they opened the door for me.

I got two different strains, both apparently “top shelf”. They were not good. Bud was crispy and weak with zero flavor or scent. This appears to be a trend with Arizona dispensaries. They sell low-quality flower in the normal tiers but then add a really expensive tier that’s the only decent flower they have. These tiers never go on special. Expect to pay at least $300/ounce for anything that’s not dirt weed from any Arizona dispensary.

spend $100 and get a free 8th. sounds like a great deal right? well it was all up untill she ( lauren) told me it be an extra $12 .

I was allowed to pick from 4 strains. the one strain she kept talking up , turned out to be the one I wanted. she said they were out of 8ths and it was available by single gram only
I said ok. that's fine. she said a 8th is 3.5g I only have singles. I said: I understood and I will take 3 grams. . she said no. I didn't understand her and I fail to see how we didn't make a deal.
other dispensery work with you and don't talk to you like some sub human. I had to walk away cause she was making no sence .

very unknowledgable about their product also very unorganized they clearly don't know what they have in stock between patients. I drove 20 miles to go here and was just disappointed by the lack of knowledge of your bud tender george. He just promised we wouldn't be disappointed after I had to purchase an 8th i wasn't interested in. who's gonna drive 20 miles across town to leave empty handed?! no-one. He said they don't test their meds but that top shelf was above 22% guaranteed. as a patient, how is that supposed to be a good indicator? Maybe some of their deals will entice me back but based of customer service and knowledge alone, this will be my last choice to stop at.
You remember the old pressed brick weed with tons of seeds ya that's better than here

MUV manged to fuck this up in short order. I used to shop here exclusively because they had the best deals in town, but not anymore. I'll just start shopping close to home.

Terrible customer service.
The significant increase in prices for everything I buy was very disappointing. Used to be a great place to shop but greed seems to have reared its ugly head.

popcorn half ounce was 90. it's now 130. everything went legal and all the prices increased. I'm not sure why because their quality of Bud has an increased dramatically.. same bud. it makes sense if they would charge Rec users the higher price but they increased medicinal for no reason. nobody has any explanations and no one gives a crap because they know they're making three times as more volume. they will have less people shop there but the amount of people that still go make up the difference, basic business 101.

the location is nice . I love there jars but there bud is trash. very dry and overly priced for the horrible quantity . the staff was friendly . don't think I would go there again tho there's dispensary's with better quality bud for cheaper prices

horrible, the new patient deal is crap. spent $160 all top tier except for an 1/8 and they told since my lowest purchase was lower I could only get it off the lower tier. the bud tender could at least chat.

Likes: Wait time for Leafly express orders seemed to move quickly. Now idk if it’s because I was the only one in line or if it normally does, but that’s my experience 👍
Now for the nitty gritty, overall the items in the menu pretty much match what was available in store. Some dispensaries don’t list everything so you could miss out on deals. Now as for what I bought, which I felt was priced okay $45- $50 an 1/8 for top tier (they say). It is 20% off already so using your FTP here is pointless unless they have something you really want that isn’t already marked down. Bummer for those of us making BIGGER purchases!
I wouldn’t be so irritated 😤 by this if my flower was worth the purchase. I have to say I won’t be coming back. My flower so damn dry when you shake the bottle it sound like my grandma blood pressure medicine. 💊 The prepacks ain’t no better. 😔 Mine literally says batch date 12/28/2020 😧 sounding like a bag of literal popcorn 🤦🏾♀️
I feel like I should at least be getting fresh flower for what is being charged. And tbh they need to go head and run me 20% back for the amount of money I have to spend on humidity packs and mason jars to give it a lil ummph. Hopefully the flower is good once I bring it BACK TO LIFE 🎶 but for now ISSA FIRM NO FOR ME. 🗣

I purchased it and I had it in my hand didn’t even leave where you buy it!!!
& it crunched in my fingers.
So talk to a manager and he said
We have this new policy what you buy all sales final
what kind of disclaimer? should’ve been told to me....
It wasn’t & now I have Dry it out buds.:(

Terrible deals, medical companies profiting in the weed business is everything wrong with the world and your greedy weed prices show. If you don't have good quarter and half ounce deals on flower then keep your greedy doors shut. Nobody wants to spend $50, $60 for an 8th. A weed shop with no weed deals, took full advantage of patients, Full Advantage.

was a long time shopper at muv but not any more went in today and saw that they have gotten rid of all bulk pricing and almost doubled their prices on flower. WILL NOT BE BACK UNTIL THEY LOWER THEIR PRICING, TOTAL B.S.

2nd time in a row leaving with nothing after a long wait. Classic bait n switch. I ordered High Grade ounce on leafly and when I picked up, the grower was Nature's Medicine which is bad. forst time I called for the special that can't be preordered and when I arrived they were out. Last visit ever.

Not sure on the quality. This place was disorganized chaos with long wait times and waiting room full of people complaining.
I placed a pickup order at roughly 10 am. I didn't get even a confirmation text until after I called over an hour later. Then around 12 I received the confirmation text. 2 minutes later I received a text saying it was ready to be picked up. Now this is already a long wait to begin with but I still had to wait until almost 2 after arriving at 12:30. People who did not do the "express" pickup showed up, was called back and left before I was able to pick up my stuff. This is absurd. I have used pickup at other dispensaries and have never had this issue.
Whenever you ask for updates on time you are told the same thing over and over again. 2 ladies asked how much longer and the were both told 2 people are ahead of them.... the asked one right after the other and it was both pickup.....tell me how that makes sense at all. They are filled with excuses but not once did the apologize for the wait. In fact they were acting as if we were unreasonable for wanting our pickup orders ready when we get there. I got a text saying it was ready. It should take 20 minutes between pickup orders. It doesn't take over an hour to put 4 items in a bag. Also, tip jars are inappropriate. You don't tip your pharmacist so why would I tip at a dispensary. I also don't understand why they thinks its appropriate to try and upsell. Again, you don't go to your pharmacist for your antidepressant and have them be like, would you also like a muscle relaxer? No, so this shouldn't be any different.
This is not the first time this has happened to me but best believe it will be the last because I will never use MUV again. This is a recurring issue. Do not bother to come here unless you have all day.

Is a shame MUV increased the $$ of the 1000mg cartridges.... I used to drive further MUV just for that deal... how much I miss the 3 1000mg for $95.00...
