Very upset with this dispensary since they went recreational first of all ppl behind me getting called first not cool and secondly i paid 150 for a half ounce of popcorn like r u kidding me? I'm a regular customer love the staff but the owner HAS DROPPED THE BALL FOR US MED PATIENTS NO THANKS NO MORE.

had been coming to this dispensary for years. after prop 207 passed they have jacked their prices up two to three times more, and have removed all of their killer deals/specials on cartridges, oils/waxes, flowers; just terrible. i will never shop here again.

Worst dispensary EVER. I’ve been here twice now and will never be back. Don’t waste your time. Let me tell you about my 2 experiences here. No social distancing, you are literally back to back with people once your past the tiny lobby, there is extremely long waits and the cherry on top is the creepy, mean and rude security guard needs to be reported, fired and never hired as a security guard again. Oh and let’s not forget about the extremely poor management of this place. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves!!! My first time here it was super busy. They’re only busy because it’s the only dispensary in this area for miles. I’m waiting outside with several other people and the security guard doesn’t say a word to me after I greeted him or to anyone actually. He’s just on his phone the entire time being rude as hell. Then the security guard lets me inside and there is someone in front of me, so I’m keeping my 6 feet distance, waiting by the front door. Then I look back and the security guard is standing right behind me in front of the door less than 2 feet away. Seriously, 6 feet please! I look back at him a few times because this guy is in my damn bubble. Like go back outside to the other customers waiting dude. I see him on his phone again. IT LOOKED LIKE HE WAS TAKING SEVERAL PICTURES OF MY BUTT. From the way he was holding his phone and how close he was to my behind. If this were any other situation where a guy doesn’t have a gun or taster I would have said something and slapped him. After reading several other horrible reviews about this same security guard, I’m 100% sure this is his side hustle everyone is questioning. Taking pictures of women’s bodies and doing god knows what with them. I never wanted to go back but it’s so close by. So I came back a few weeks later. This time, different security guard. Thank goodness. Sweet old man. But this time around I bought a quarter of flower. The bud tender told me it was 19% thc because I really did not want anything lower than 20%. I get home and it’s 15% thc. He LIED straight to my face. It seemed like he just wanted to go home and hated his life. Also the quarter looked short to me, so I weighed it when I got home. IT WAS SHORT .7 GRAMS. What the actual hell is that?! I bet these bud tenders are taking a little off the top of every bag of weed they bag up. So I call and ask for a manager at 8:00pm on a Tuesday and he’s busy so they take my info for him to call me back. Guess what, doesn’t call me back. So I call again in the morning right when they open. Same deal. And guess what again, no one called me back. WOW. This place is beyond sketchy, poor management, lying and thieving employees and creepy security. MUV needs to be shut down!

The fact that they do not give medical patients deals anymore is a joke. I hope you lose all you customers. The workers at the store or great, however the owners are greedy. The store was dead today because MUV is not loyal to the customers who have spent ALOT OF MONEY throughout the years. Same on you MUV!!! Bring back the deals asap!!!!!!!!!

When you don’t care about the customers and dont have good customer service, you will fail. Bring back the medical deals and respect the clients that have spent a ton of money at MUV. Bring the deals back, or i am not coming back!!

MUV will lose me as a customer if they keep giving emphasis on Recreational instead of Medical

This used to be my spot when it was straight medical. Jack and his staff were great. Now that it’s rec the prices are way too high and the customer service has gone downhill. I will be going elsewhere

MUV USED to have great quality cannabis with low prices. Once they went rec, prices SHOT UP to the point where the long lines and the honestly stressful environment of MUV does not make it worth going to. I understand economics and supply-and-demand but I can't help but feel like that was an excuse to raise prices $10-20 more. I used to love MUV but I won't go back. The staff there have always been friendly and their products potent and great quality, but the prices are almost a sick joke.

I've been shopping here for years and now they've increased their prices 30-40% on the products I buy and their specials are weak. Most places give veterans a 20% discount or more and they only do 15% now. I'll take my business where they value medical patients and veterans.

I am a medical patient and purchased the majority of my products from this dispensary. Prior to Rec sales- grams were 6, 8 10 dollars. Today, eight dollar grams are now 15$?! Nearly double for the same product I could’ve bought for 8$ last week- no thanks. I understand business, but this is not good business practice. Simply put, greed. Apparently forgetting about all the medical patients kept them in business up until now. I am so disappointed.

Customer service is DEAD. This place cares ABOUT money, not customers or patients. Train your people better. Actually care, there are 100 other dispensaries that I will go to and I will never be back to this one. Save your time

I’ve been a mmj patient since it came out in AZ. Finding good flower at an affordable rate is hard in dispos. Me and many others love muv flower but $55 a 1/8th isn’t affordable for patients that need more than a 1/8th. I used to pay $180 +tax for a oz of dr who, now it’s over $400 for the same thing. I’m sorry but I can’t afford that. Greed is a son of a b.

His place 100 and 10 percent bait and switched me. Showed me weed “side peice” that was extremely good. I was only gonna buy a quarter. Decided to by an ounce because what they showed me was fire. Got home and had an ounce of stems and tiny little crap buds with zero thc. They told me “they showed you what the flower COULD BE”. I would never trust this company... buyer beware!

First time in. Maybe it was just me. I tend to think I'm a pretty friendly guy. I talk a lot when I go places and meet people. But I walked in here and everything felt sterile and dry. Good looking people that work there, just didn't have much to say to me and it honestly made me not want to come back. Just a weird vibe. Can't explain it any more than that. Wax is okay. A little over priced. If this place vibed more I'd have less to say about the price.

So my birthday was Monday but didn’t get to celebrate until today. Payday not till Friday so figure I’d cash in on a bday pre roll and a gram that was on sale for $9.60. Get there and can already feel the atmosphere is shitty, go to Leafly pick up counter and explain my bday and want to cash in on pre roll. Older lady who tended to me just stared at me like she didn’t know what to do, then it clicked and she’s like ok I got you. Check out... total is $13.03. I asked why as I thought gram was $9.60. She signed and became agitated. She then said no gram was $12.00, I then advises on Leafly it states $9.60 and showed her my cart and she yells “Yes, I heard you!!!! I’m trying to get you taking care of to get you out of here.” I then asked her “what was wrong and why is she being rude to me on my birthday” and she said and I quote “ Sorry for your miscommunication to me!” I then replied “ no ma’am, miscommunication and rudeness came from you as I’m having a great birthday until I came to you.” She said “ nope all you and smiled.” I’m appalled at the fact that on someone’s birthday you want to be rude. The mistake wasn’t because of her nor I but their system. I overheard the manager apologizing to another patient as she was treated the same, different senerio but same rude service. I will NEVER go back to MUV. They lost me and my family/friends as customers. You should NEVER treat anyone like this especially on their day. This just my opinion. Shame on that older lady, 🤦🏽‍♀️. She of all should know better as she is older with wisdom.

I have been a medicinal patient for 11 years. Since going Rec prices have sky rocketed! Medicinal specials are no more and what you guys call a discount is a complete joke! For instance I use to buy 3 carts for same price I pay now for 2! Use to get an ounce for $180 now it’s $350. It’s spun that medicinal get discounts recs don’t and tax is less but when you Jack prices so high we are still paying more than before so how can you spin it as a good thing?! Guess we can all just go back to black market and pay less and no tax! Just like everything else, prices just keep going up. Soon will be priced out of business. The staff is great and super friendly but very unhappy with pricing. My $30 bottle of Tito’s last waaaaaaay longer just sayin!

muv jacked up prices since recreational sales became legal. MUV screwed their loyal medical patients in the process. I will be looking for a new dispensary.

I used to love this location. The atmosphere was nice, and I could get the meds I needed to properly medicate. since they went recreational, the prices have skyrocketed and they prioritize filling rec users over pre-orders on med patients.

I got two different strains, both apparently “top shelf”. They were not good. Bud was crispy and weak with zero flavor or scent. This appears to be a trend with Arizona dispensaries. They sell low-quality flower in the normal tiers but then add a really expensive tier that’s the only decent flower they have. These tiers never go on special. Expect to pay at least $300/ounce for anything that’s not dirt weed from any Arizona dispensary.
