Three out the the four different flowers I got tasted like mildew , don't try to tell me that is earthy, that's mold. will not return

Months ago I bought a kit w a battery for my oil pen - I had a problem with it getting EXTREMELY HOT - I called in December spoke w Jarod - he could of cared less and I waited for a supervisor to call me back - nothing - so ONLY BECAUSE I was in the area I stopped and went in to speak to supervisor - who now turns out to be exact same guy who DID recall my phone call - I think it went upon deaf ears yet again / so warning you that my batter pen in the black looking eye glass case that there seems to be a plentiful amount piled up in the case - this is MY EXPERIENCE it suddenly got so hot that I felt the warm against me ( in my sweat shirt pouch pocket for about 5 minutes as I was dropping a friend off at the airport / so saying goodbye ) I was afraid to have it in my car or home - it starting leaking something and it remained extremely hot to touch - I could barely touch it to get my oil cartridge off of it - so BEWARE because that’s what happened to me - Not a apology - not a offer to replace - as I’m sure you can see I purchased the one in question there - the Yilo dispensary did not have any customers in there at all when I came in - NEVER have I been to a dispensary with no customers - must be a sign of unhappy previous customers - the dispensary I attend - has so many customers that they offer a free pre roll if you have to wait longer than 15 minutes !

Was very surprised today to find out that the prices on the Jaymn edibles has got 'UP'! When I asked as to why I was given this answer "Supply and demand, they are a hit and they want to make more money off of it". WTF!!! I use this stuff on a medicinal level and I have to keep to a budget. My weekly trip will now cost 30$ more. Greedy Bastards!!!
Please don’t go here or give them your money they lie to there customers. They are impersenating other brands claiming that they some times package tru infusion flower in there own jars. I went in there yesterday and thought they accidentally just gave me the wrong flower, but went back in and they told me that they put some other brands of flower in there jars. I already contacted tru infusion and they even said that this was not true. So they are really just trying to move their own flower under other company’s names. If they are lying about one product I can’t imagine what else they are lying about. Shady all around

Very disappointed.. avid patient here but you can have a major deal day with no one working!!! This is the few places open past 7 during the week but it barely after 6 and only 2 bud tenders. The problem is there is 12 people in front of me. Great conversations tho

Nice people, but they have a serious problem with their grow. Every time I've found seeds, white fly, or p.m.
HEY YILO- I grew for 3 years; I'm no expert but I could grow better weed- this stuff is not fit for consumption and may get you in trouble as it needs to meet medical standards.
Your bud tenders are awesome though!

If I could I would give them negative stars. The shittiest dispensary I've ever been to, The weed was wet lost point .3 after dried. You can buy better weed on the streets. Don't waste your time or money they are not what they clam to be lmfao

Constantly ether given wrong product, charge different than what it says or it is just statring to be bad product all togeher with now higher prices. Probably just going to go in to get something with my store credit to be disappointed again and then just going to avoid this place.

Horrible uneducated staff, came in around 9:42pm and they refused to let me in and it was the manager. She was Very rude and unprofessional. I work in chandler and get off at 9 so I raced there. They close at 10. There was probably about 3 or 4 of us pissed off and confused standing at the door. Had a rough night sleeping. Very disappointed. I see why they don’t have very many good reviews.

Waited 15 mins while I was called last before Rec patients. As a med patient that infuriates me. I also was told i could not use my first time patient deal because I was purchasing more than the deal allows. Atmosphere was bad and it was just very unorganized and unprofessional. Will not be returning.
I used to come to this location regularly - like clockwork - until it became a disaster. I don't want to sit in line with the degenerates...give me a bulk oz and I will be on my way.
My sole purpose is to get in and out quickly, but that is NEVER the case. Despite the convenience of online ordering, my order is not correct 9/10 times. The staff is extremely slow, both in physical movement and mental acuity, and god forbid someone ever correctly figure out the correct discounts...what does and doesn't count...specials...Math isn't difficult, but in order to work at Yilo you must be, and are required to stay, at a 3rd grade level. It's simple...the product has a price+tax, you remove the discount and boom...total...this concept completely eludes any Yilo employee.
They also advertise that they have the best deals in town, however, a quick search of THIS WEBSITE, shows that is once again BS. Not only does Yilo NEVER have their cheapest bulk oz in stock - WHICH BY THE WAY, NO DISCOUNT - that isn't even the lowest priced oz within a 3 mile radius of their location...once again selling customers bullshit advertising. When you get to the store in person the staff informs you the Leafly discount doesn't apply to already onsale items...which is basically the whole store, so the concept of 10% off is a fallacy.
Yilo has been exposed...and I will no longer return to this place unless they clean their act up BIG TIME, otherwise, it is a joke and I hope their license gets pullled/suspended for incompetence, and perhaps the authorities will respond to the complaints to be submitted. Hopefully other customers will leave (try JARS and ANR, way better specials!!!), as then maybe the loss of business will force Yilo to actually respect their customers, rather than see them as mobile ATMs.

I bought a disposable vape. It was awful. Tasted horrible, stopped working after a few hours and very weak. I don't usually expect a lot from a cartridge but this was just a waste of my time and money.

I have been a very long time patient here. with no warning the owner decided to become one of the most greedy guys around. the one place that cared and helped patients is now 80$ for 2 carts!! they now have a wall loaded and a empty parking lot. no more deals just straight price gouging. No warning no replacement deals just high prices. Go to organix at least they have deals and update thier customers . Yilo used to be amazing now they think they are In Scottsdale.

I ordered online and waited for my conformation. at approximately 3:30pm I arrive at this location and immediately I noticed a line for check-in. Upon Arrival I noticed nobody greeted me. Nonetheless, I waited in line. There was a Caucasian female with mid length dirty blonde hair working the reception desk. At first glance you assume that she is a sweet little lady just there to check you in. Boy, was I wrong. I noticed that it was taking a while to check in patients, so I simply asked, " Is there a faster check-in process for patients who ordered online?" The Caucasian girl looked up at me, rolled her eyes and stated, " WE WILL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE." She said this so condescending as if I were remedial. I will not be shopping here ever again. I was the only african American Mixed male in the building and couldn't help but feel discriminated against due to the level of service provided to other Caucasian patients and not given to me. Here's some advice to all of you patient service providers (Dispensary workers) : If you dont like your job, Quit!

no enforced mask policy, sold a covid “immunization stabilizer” (????) rightfully hit with a C&D, sells you their house flower and claims it’s tru infusion.. how are they still open ?

I have ALWAYS bought my 1 ounce of meds for under 200$ I could not belive it today, they charged me 280$ for the same meds that I have been depending on for years!! I get that it is legal now and it is big profit for them..... but what happened your loyalty to your patients that supported you for the last years? AND THEY HAVE STOPPED THE DISCOUNT FOR LEAFLY ORDERS!!!! And the staff were just rough around the edges, no cs skills at all!! Way to keep it classy yilo!!!!

Same thing today closed before 945. I know this is not right, I'm going to report this business to Arizona medical board. I don't see how they can lock us out before close time. They have their hours open till 10 on the front door but 945 they close almost on the regular basics.

I brought a referral in and the bud tender was telling me about the 50% off deals of edibles. They didn't make it clear on what flavors were on sale and I just felt ripped off. You should get better employees that know about the specials and deals . Will never be back

Drove 7 miles to this dispensary because there open until 10 pm. I got there at 9:48 to check in and the girl asks if I have been there before, I said no. She said actually we don't take new patients past 9:45. Unbelievable, I will never go back.
I recently came here to experience their iced coffee what an interesting concept that is I was so excited to find out it was available and Indica and sativa form. It was really pleasing at first until I open the product at home and found this gooey almost moldy like curdled milk balls were in all of these coffee’s. Upon ingestion I found it to be extremely disgusting it added a almost hard like texture I went to examine my other coffee’s to find the same thing. I decided to go back a couple of days later and the bud tender was less than friendly about it. Stating that he could not identify what the substance was or if it was healthy to ingest it he was in such a hurry to get me out I almost regret tipping him the last time I saw him. But nonetheless they did replace the Items in question. So I drove all the way to the other side of town just to get home and have the exact same thing happen again. I find it unprofessional that they can run their own production line of food and not be held to the same standards as the rest, apart from medical cannabis Nonetheless I don’t think I will be checking them out anytime soon apart from there Edible line I’m not too sure if they sell any of their own house products.
