In addition to being warm and welcoming, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and determined to help me get the products I need. I followed Ray, Marcy, and Harrison from Verilife Evanston to Verilife Arlington Heights because I have consistently found them to be encouraging and eager to help me feel better. It’s a LONG ride from Evanston to Arlington Heights, but it’s absolutely worth the drive. The product quality is excellent and they really try to keep the menu accurate, up to date, and extensive. I have also found their prices to be more reasonable than most of their competitors. Some people have complained that they only sell medical cannabis, not recreational; but that makes it much easier to get the right products for patients like me. Switched to the arlington heights location. Very streamlined and are taking covid seriously. Everyone is very nice and knowledgable. They need to change their *choice* to take IDs and request them at time of purchase rather upon entry. Several dispensaries do this better. It's a shame staff has to follow these stupid and offputting guidelines.
Very welcoming environment, knowledgable staff, and while the products available are always changing, their menu is consistently updated. I always look forward to my visit there!

I’ve been a customer since u started in the Schaumburg IL location & I have referred many happy people to you! Mike & Anthony helped to guide me into the new world of vapes / waxes / edibles etc... I come from Union IL, so it’s no small trip, but it’s always totally worth it!! Will keep coming as long as u keep the amazing rock star employees there that u so! They always help this gal w/ any?? Concerns etc Lol ~ BUT, despite the distance.... it’s Always worth it!
It’s kinda cool, since I have referred several friends to you, sometimes we r able to make it a Lil’ roadtrip day & come together since it’s about an hour each way... For 2” in a car every few weeks, u may as well have some good company! 100% ~ Lol

I am very much satisfied with this Dispensary. All the people are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional.
I place my order online, confirm it, and send it. You send me a text message telling me my order is ready for pick-up. I pick it up, pay and gone in less than five minutes. Unless I have questions. Can't make it any easier . However I am very satisfied with your service and products and want you to know I'll be a returning customer.
The bottom line is my health is improving. I am eating better and walking better. Still have issues, but coping longer too. And motivated to do more. Please know I am one of your advocates and will definitely recommend you!

I just love everyone here. So knowledgeable. So helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience at this place. Even tho the new recreational spot is much closer to home, I’m happy to drive the extra distance for the premium (medical) service. Kudos!
There wasn't a lot of variety.
The woman who helped me out was very helpful. It was pretty slow in there on the evening that I went, which made it easier to help me out.
