In addition to being warm and welcoming, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and determined to help me get the products I need. I followed Ray, Marcy, and Harrison from Verilife Evanston to Verilife Arlington Heights because I have consistently found them to be encouraging and eager to help me feel better. It’s a LONG ride from Evanston to Arlington Heights, but it’s absolutely worth the drive. The product quality is excellent and they really try to keep the menu accurate, up to date, and extensive. I have also found their prices to be more reasonable than most of their competitors. Some people have complained that they only sell medical cannabis, not recreational; but that makes it much easier to get the right products for patients like me. Crystal was great, and I really like John the manager. I would like to see more flower selection as well. It’s a shame that Verano has become such trash. I heard that their top grower is with PTS now. I’d like to see you guys carry their products.
You guys have a difficult job, especially during the Covid situation, but I would be lying if I said the vibe didn’t really blow. I’m not sure what it is, but it’s certainly palpable.

Love this place it's better than the Verilife N. Aurora one.. love the people there they had left from the North auroras store AND NOW I FOUND THEM ... Love the fact that they have all these pre rolls and sales on Graham's sales on concentrate THE SAILS is so much better 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Now gotta have the bad😔 I have been in there 2 times now yesterday being my 2nt time. I am on disability and I AM A LOUD PERSON I can't help that and I was talking with one of your employees and we was having a great moment with her and the few others that was there till an older black man came up to me and told me that I needed to keep it down and I told him I am a loud person and I can not help that and I asked everyone if I was being to loud and everyone said I did nothing wrong. I looked back at him and he said you need to keep it down or you will have to leave !😮😮😮😮 WTF
Marcy Marcy Marcy. I love her so much. She is so attentive. Patient. And resourceful. She always knows exactly what I need or will like based on my history of purchases. She listens and spends time getting to know her patients. Marcy and a few others at Verilife Arlington heights are from the original Pharmacannis in Evanston, which is comforting to know these people know me, for years now. This makes it well worth the ride every time. 45 min. Not to mention they are always stocked plentiful and they give me mileage points off on my purchases. One of the best dispensary in IL from my experience. And I've tried 4 of them so far. Always end up back with the original crew over at Pharma aka Verilife Arlington Heights!

I’ve been a customer since u started in the Schaumburg IL location & I have referred many happy people to you! Mike & Anthony helped to guide me into the new world of vapes / waxes / edibles etc... I come from Union IL, so it’s no small trip, but it’s always totally worth it!! Will keep coming as long as u keep the amazing rock star employees there that u so! They always help this gal w/ any?? Concerns etc Lol ~ BUT, despite the distance.... it’s Always worth it!

This dispensary is great I’m always in and out never a long wait their inventory is always full, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable I would highly recommend this place
I just love everyone here. So knowledgeable. So helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience at this place. Even tho the new recreational spot is much closer to home, I’m happy to drive the extra distance for the premium (medical) service. Kudos!
