Switched to the arlington heights location. Very streamlined and are taking covid seriously. Everyone is very nice and knowledgable. They need to change their *choice* to take IDs and request them at time of purchase rather upon entry. Several dispensaries do this better. It's a shame staff has to follow these stupid and offputting guidelines.
Very nice and knowledgeable people about the product. Very patient with you if you don't understand for 1st timers. Highly recommend for those in need for medical use. Strictly outstanding!
Had a bit of misunderstanding the first or second time going due to recent events of rioting but everything was resolved after staff member came over and talked with me. Over all great store, great service, great product & really fast for times I've gone quick in & out. Would consider this dispensary if looking for one.
So far so good! I switched from a dispensary that started recreational sales and I am very happy so far. Nice, clean, calm environment. Staff members have been friendly and are well groomed. They had quality flower for reasonable prices each time I visited.
SOLD!!! The service is great and the workers are friendly. Never felt rushed or not attended to unlike the Romeoville location, which at times feels rushed and lacking in inventory.. Absolutely will be returning!!
Very welcoming environment, knowledgable staff, and while the products available are always changing, their menu is consistently updated. I always look forward to my visit there!
Having to switch due my dispensary being closed, I am thrilled with the selection, the ease of parking, and the friendliness of the staff. I felt welcome when I walked in the first time and I have felt just as welcome as I did my normal dispensary.

Marcy Marcy Marcy. I love her so much. She is so attentive. Patient. And resourceful. She always knows exactly what I need or will like based on my history of purchases. She listens and spends time getting to know her patients. Marcy and a few others at Verilife Arlington heights are from the original Pharmacannis in Evanston, which is comforting to know these people know me, for years now. This makes it well worth the ride every time. 45 min. Not to mention they are always stocked plentiful and they give me mileage points off on my purchases. One of the best dispensary in IL from my experience. And I've tried 4 of them so far. Always end up back with the original crew over at Pharma aka Verilife Arlington Heights!
Always very quick but friendly! Every staff member is willing to go above and beyond! Even on the busiest days I’ve never felt rushed or ignored. The new recreational rollout didn’t change any of the quality care I receive from this dispensary and the new security is friendly which is a make or break.

I’ve been a customer since u started in the Schaumburg IL location & I have referred many happy people to you! Mike & Anthony helped to guide me into the new world of vapes / waxes / edibles etc... I come from Union IL, so it’s no small trip, but it’s always totally worth it!! Will keep coming as long as u keep the amazing rock star employees there that u so! They always help this gal w/ any?? Concerns etc Lol ~ BUT, despite the distance.... it’s Always worth it!
It’s kinda cool, since I have referred several friends to you, sometimes we r able to make it a Lil’ roadtrip day & come together since it’s about an hour each way... For 2” in a car every few weeks, u may as well have some good company! 100% ~ Lol

There are two associates that work there that I find to be unkind, and have a serious lack of compassion compared to their other associates. I don’t know either of their names, but I can describe them: one is a very tall gentleman, youngish (late 20s?); The other is a young girl, (early 20s maybe) with blue hair. She took care of me yesterday 7/10. I have a very hard time speaking due to problems with my throat, and I also am hard of hearing. She not only seemed annoyed that she had to repeat herself, but annoyed that she had to speak up, And that I kept having to turn my head to listen. Having spent $570 I would certainly hope to have a wonderful experience. And I didn’t!
Every other single associate I’ve met there has been fabulous! I just love them all so much. If I could avoid these other two associates by any means, I surely well in the future.
