Everyone is super friendly and I feel like a valued customer- I don’t like the new Covid procedures at all as I feel like behind the plexi glass is enough and the step back and forth is weird and not helpful
Been here since day one of getting my medicinal card. the staff is great especially Mike and Sam which both are the best people in the world about weed. they make you feel comfortable and they give you the most for your money. only problem with this location is they are not stocked up enough with Cresco Shorties.
Great products and prices but this place does not know how to handle crowds. Other dispensaries have specific windows for pre-order pick ups for medical patients instead of having to wait behind rec/people who are first time users and need a full run through, or those who don’t have a clue what they want. It also doesn’t look good when you don’t have anyone at the front desk, and when they finally come to check you in, they check the five people who walked in after you before you, after you’ve already been waiting. If you come on a slow day- great service. They need to figure out how to handle crowds more efficiently so don’t come on weekends if you have things to do unless you like waiting in unorganized lines.
What I love about this location is the staff they are super friendly know you by name they are very informative willing to help and guide you.

The staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable, however I had to switch dispensaries as they have no product anymore. Not sure what’s going on, but hope it turns around as I would love to switch back.
Nice, warm knowledgeable staff who will consult you on your first visit for as long as you need (and provide you with a notebook & pen!). They even have little rooms where you can consult privately with table and chairs. Can order online for quick pickup, During covid-19 they have taken great lengths to keep people separated and "budtenders" (employees) are masked and gloved. Tried another place closer to home and did not like the DMV feel. All in all, Verilife in Arlington Heights is very comfortable, friendly and employees will go out of their way to help you, even during this covid-19 pandemic. Thanks guys!
I enjoyed my first visit very much! I'm going to shout for a sec... I AM NOT COMPETING WITH ADULT USE FOR MY FLOWER!!!!! They are very passionate about 6-ft social distancing. I was also pleased to save money as a person with disabilities. Shout out to Crystal for being my most excellent budtista. Ease placing order on Leafly - my fav cannabis app - is a total cherry on top. Kudos to my new fav dispensary. Worth every mile to get there... literally!!!! Woop woop

I went in for my first visit after getting my medical card, and this store is so awesome! They make a point to meet with each client talk to them one to one and help them figure out what’s best for them.
