Verilife - Arlington Heights (Medical)

Everyone is very friendly and place is clean and Location is convenient for where I live. But they have no product, poor selection of flower if any at times and products seem to be getting less and less available every time I look on menu. Switched from another dispensary because of location but really thinking about going back.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees.

I switched because they could not get their prices updated constantly, also leaving certain strains off the menu. I would have to ask if they had anything not on the menu the answer was always yes. Why post prices if they are incorrect some people travel far glad I changed

Management needs to be fired.

My dislike is they don’t keep supplies updated. Example 14:1 tablets and you don’t have a lot of gummy‘s

Very patient friendly. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They take their time and help you find the best strains for your health problems and never rush you. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my first visit very much! I'm going to shout for a sec... I AM NOT COMPETING WITH ADULT USE FOR MY FLOWER!!!!! They are very passionate about 6-ft social distancing. I was also pleased to save money as a person with disabilities. Shout out to Crystal for being my most excellent budtista. Ease placing order on Leafly - my fav cannabis app - is a total cherry on top. Kudos to my new fav dispensary. Worth every mile to get there... literally!!!! Woop woop Robin "Bodartist"

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They take social distancing seriously and care 100% about the safety of the staff and patients. Selection is top notch. Ray is the best guy around. This is the best medical dispensary in IL

There is a lot of anxiety I have around social situations, especially stores, but the entire staff of Verilife at the Arlington Heights location is kind, welcoming, and caring. Every experience I’ve had with this store has been extremely positive. I believe every associate at this location has a big heart, that is beating to help others in need. Every time I leave, I leave with a better understanding of marijuana and how the product I purchased would benefit me. Today, Sunday, June 28th, every worker there was so kind and welcoming. There were two women in particular working the dispensary counter who helped me figure out the best dosage for me and the best ways to incorporate it into my daily routine. This location is amazing, and today in particular I was so happy with my experience. Thank you Verilife Arlington Heights for making me feel so welcome and like a part of your dispensary’s family! 🤗

The bud tenders here are awesome! Unfortunately Verilife has a no tipping policy. Most other dispensary’s in Illinois allow their bud tenders to take tips! These people need to be rewarded for the great work they do! Come on Verilife! Let your people take tips!

Been here since day one of getting my medicinal card. the staff is great especially Mike and Sam which both are the best people in the world about weed. they make you feel comfortable and they give you the most for your money. only problem with this location is they are not stocked up enough with Cresco Shorties.

I have Tourette's syndrome and I finally found products that worked for me and now they don't make it anymore or the company "reworked" their product. This is medicine for me and I'm just disappointed that I have to go through all of the personal "testing" period again. I just want to not be in pain and to decrease my tics.

The team at Arlington are top notch. Always professional and knowledgeable. I love my dispensary I have been with the gang since Pharmacannais not thinking of switching I have good friendly customer service and great product.

I always feel well served by the animated staff. They’re always willing to assist with my journey through the medical grade weed to help me survive and hang on through my spinal stenosis and I was just diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer which is metastasizing throughout my bones and liver. I was already on disability when Trump cut my monthly income by 35%. My wife has notified me we won’t be able to afford the only thing that helps me with breakthrough pain and nausea. Since it isn’t covered by insurance, wouldn’t it make sense if you are marketing yourselves as a medical dispensary, you would keep your prices in line with what we patients can scrape together for a little comfort during one of the worst times of your life.
