Verilife - Arlington Heights (Medical)

I have Tourette's syndrome and I finally found products that worked for me and now they don't make it anymore or the company "reworked" their product. This is medicine for me and I'm just disappointed that I have to go through all of the personal "testing" period again. I just want to not be in pain and to decrease my tics.

I like that its quick, easy, and convenient. The staff is professional, and there is always something good available. I am grateful.

Great products and prices but this place does not know how to handle crowds. Other dispensaries have specific windows for pre-order pick ups for medical patients instead of having to wait behind rec/people who are first time users and need a full run through, or those who don’t have a clue what they want. It also doesn’t look good when you don’t have anyone at the front desk, and when they finally come to check you in, they check the five people who walked in after you before you, after you’ve already been waiting. If you come on a slow day- great service. They need to figure out how to handle crowds more efficiently so don’t come on weekends if you have things to do unless you like waiting in unorganized lines.

What I love about this location is the staff they are super friendly know you by name they are very informative willing to help and guide you. Very professional.

Would love if the supply of popcorn was more plentiful

Everyone is very friendly and place is clean and Location is convenient for where I live. But they have no product, poor selection of flower if any at times and products seem to be getting less and less available every time I look on menu. Switched from another dispensary because of location but really thinking about going back.

This is the first time that I have switched dispensaries and so far , so great! Even though I have been at this for three yrs I was brought to a room where I could ask questions touch on their rules ( which I thought was great) then within 2 minutes someone took me to the counter and I asked for recommendations and he was SO knowledgeable. I was very impressed! I’m happy I switched!

Very patient friendly. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They take their time and help you find the best strains for your health problems and never rush you. Definitely recommend.

Sometimes the prices on the menu doesn’t match the actual price so you ended up paying more, menu needs to be updated often, sales persons need to be more professional too many chatting between the co-workers while they servings you

I enjoyed my first visit very much! I'm going to shout for a sec... I AM NOT COMPETING WITH ADULT USE FOR MY FLOWER!!!!! They are very passionate about 6-ft social distancing. I was also pleased to save money as a person with disabilities. Shout out to Crystal for being my most excellent budtista. Ease placing order on Leafly - my fav cannabis app - is a total cherry on top. Kudos to my new fav dispensary. Worth every mile to get there... literally!!!! Woop woop Robin "Bodartist"

Everyone is super friendly and I feel like a valued customer- I don’t like the new Covid procedures at all as I feel like behind the plexi glass is enough and the step back and forth is weird and not helpful

The staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable, however I had to switch dispensaries as they have no product anymore. Not sure what’s going on, but hope it turns around as I would love to switch back.

The people are great!

There is a lot of anxiety I have around social situations, especially stores, but the entire staff of Verilife at the Arlington Heights location is kind, welcoming, and caring. Every experience I’ve had with this store has been extremely positive. I believe every associate at this location has a big heart, that is beating to help others in need. Every time I leave, I leave with a better understanding of marijuana and how the product I purchased would benefit me. Today, Sunday, June 28th, every worker there was so kind and welcoming. There were two women in particular working the dispensary counter who helped me figure out the best dosage for me and the best ways to incorporate it into my daily routine. This location is amazing, and today in particular I was so happy with my experience. Thank you Verilife Arlington Heights for making me feel so welcome and like a part of your dispensary’s family! 🤗

Quality gets two of five stars because their website is the most dysfunctional in the state. There is no excuse why it takes 9 clicks to reroute yourself in a loop to see a product menu. If that didn't suck enough, once you're finally on the menu you're looking for in your state you need to scroll down to find medical or recreational, there aren't any product pictures. Until this is fixed I won't be wasting my time or giving them my money.

Great customer service

worst dispensary I have ever ever been to they can't get a pre order EVER. I have never had a good experience. the staff is always rude to you and when they messed up my pre order that my care giver picked up they tried to blame it on us. when they are the ones who picked the wrong items for my order. my caregiver didn't know what I had ordered as I had just asked him to pick it up for me on his way home. not only was it made out like it was our fault I ended up losing $300 because obviously they can't refund it due to the laws. however they could have gave me some kind of credit for their mistake.
