Every time I walk in here, they make me feel like I am appreciated and welcome. I have felt isolated at other dispensaries and this one truly does a fantastic job of making you feel like you are comfortable and make sure that you get what you need. I have been to many other dispensaries, but this one is by far the most welcoming and has the most pleasing atmosphere. They are also handling the COVID-19 problem very well. As someone who is at a high risk, I feel no risk going in here.
I've been visiting here since January. Reason I switched was Rec became legal on 1/1/20. I switched to a medical only location.
Last year I was able to buy 1 oz. @ $250. Now I have to but 8 single 1/8 oz @ $60 each totaling $480 minimum.
An increase in price of approximately 50%. That is totally unacceptable. Fixed incomes increased 0%. Now people will be forced out of the market altogether. Sad to say I'll be the 1st to go. It is a shame that every time government gets involved mismanagement is inevitable. Greed has overtaken this industry. Current developments are very disappointing.

Good store but their cbd selection is lacking and I wish their online menu matched their in store inventory better.

Sam was my bud tender and she was most kind, patient, and helpful during my first trip to this dispensary. As all service industry workers should be allowed, I tried to leave a tip for her but apparently company policy at Verilife does not permit it. This was not my experience at other medical dispensaries in the Chicagoland area, service industry workers DESERVE to be tipped. Dispensary was great, but Verilife needs to change their company policies to provide for tipping for its hardworking staff members.
Can you PLEASE improve your online menu!? It used to be so good - what happened? You might as well not even use it now, which sucks for the people who live far away...
Been a patient for quite awhile now.I've switched dispensarys a few times and VERILIFE IS MY FAVORITE.I WILL NEVER CHANGE.All the staff is ALWAYS friendly and very helpful.I just read a review saying someone had a horrible experience...WELL I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. This dispensary is the BEST ...LOVE IT
Unorganized establishment; I got the confirmation text my order was ready and when I got there, they informed me that somebody had picked up my order already and they were out of stock. They sold my medicine to somebody else, and didn't even own up to their mistake. People there are pretentious, fake nice and not as knowledgeable as other dispensaries. Their points system sucks, their product is overpriced, especially when they add the tax, which other dispensaries already include in the total price.
I gotta be honest...this place has gone completely downhill, which sucks because they have one of the nicest staffs in the industry. However, now they have raised the price by $5 on everything on the menu for medical side, $70 dollar cartridges and 80$ concentrates...goodbye . Deerfield here I come. Not to mention since allowing recreational people in covid safety has gone completely out the window. Multiple times I've seen 20-30 people waiting on rec side at a time basically on top of each other while the medical side is no better.
They also recently changed the rewards program to benefit literally nobody. Instead of earning mileage for traveling here and being loyal, you now earn nothing. You earn a measly $5 for every $200 spent, that's terrible taking it new age gives you 20$ for 400 spent...2/1 on the program. Their menu is complete garbage as well now. Honestly if it wasn't for basically quinn, tati, Dina and the one other dude who always works the door I wouldn't even come back to cash out my bonus points. Disappointing. 1st visit after I switched to “medical only” dispensary. The staff was rude. Silver haired guy told me I had to leave immediately wirhout even asking. I walked in and I had my medical card in hand. Then I stated I had a preorder and was made to wait while others walked in and got theirs first. I had to tell him again then he moved me to the other line. Once I got in the girl that gave me my order was rude when I asked if I could add something. She said they were busy. There were 2 others in the lobby. I was supposed to get a 15% off for my first 3 visits well I didn’t get the first so I switched back. I can’t believe they run such bad service for people that medically depend on this like me for a brain injury. Who can I talk to?
My favorite place, best atmosphere ever, always leave in a great mood. Need a pick me up? Having a crappy day? Just go visit verilife, it will definitely brighten up your day!
There was a missed opportunity to detail to me via email exactly what I needed to do after transferring. So my first visit I had to leave and come back as I did not have enough time. This is a nice facility and nice people. Be patient, they are under fire due to recreational coming and the current flower shortage. Give them a chance, they are getting many transfers to this store because it will remain medical only and has ample parking. When I came back I had time, I was more relaxed and I knew what I had to do. I like the waiting area to get into the dispensing room, relaxing with chairs and appropriate media, including a menu printed daily and then manually updated during the day as strains sell out. This store seems to get more walk in purchases than online orders. Online orders appear to be serviced first. So after my initial bad start I warmed up quickly.

Used to be my go to. Have been overcharged twice and been sold bad product once. Never heard back from them. When I followed up, they were passive aggressive and acted like I was a burden. Eventually they offered me a $15 credit for the last overcharge, but nothing else has been rectified. Rude managers and district leaders, but associates are usually really nice.
Wish they had more of a selection. They do not have a lot of product. I will say I’ve been to many dispensaries and as far as customer service there is not a better place. I will say from the knowledgeable staff to the customer service and the smiles they really make you feel comfortable and like they really care. So I would recommend this location to all letting them know they do not have many products.
Great place, nice workers and easy parking. No limits put on items so I can get a few weeks worth with no problems. The prices aren’t jacked up on my preferred brand either. This is the 3rd dispensary I’ve dealt with in the area and by far the best.

The bud tenders here are awesome! Unfortunately Verilife has a no tipping policy. Most other dispensary’s in Illinois allow their bud tenders to take tips! These people need to be rewarded for the great work they do! Come on Verilife! Let your people take tips!

I switched because they could not get their prices updated constantly, also leaving certain strains off the menu. I would have to ask if they had anything not on the menu the answer was always yes. Why post prices if they are incorrect some people travel far glad I changed
