Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

Came in for the first time today. Very small waiting area, music was loud (big turn off). Very small service area inside. Leafly menu was obviously not updated properly because 10 minutes before we pulled in, I double checked to make sure what I wanted was still on the menu - it was, but what I wanted wasn't available when I went back. Person that took me back didn't seem real willing to try to make a better deal because I would have had to spend more to get less since the quantity I wanted of a strain wasn't available - I drove all the way from Tempe! Huge waste of time. Not updating menus seems to be a trend and, yeah, we all get that you're busy - but those of us that do take the time to research and have our orders ready rely on you to keep those menus right. Leaving empty handed and the person assisting me not seeming like she wanted to be real helpful immediately turned me off - I likely won't give you a second chance!

Urban Greenhouse is Excellent!! The atmoshere is great very comfortable! Great top shelf meds and those deals where do I begin... The staff is fantastic, friendly, honest, hard-working, genuine peeps. Exactly my kind of place.

I have to start off by saying you guys are awesome. You actually listen to the community's feedback. I love you guys and wish i could shop here all the time. You offer some good deals, and carry dank buds. I just dont think its worth the money. Its just weed. it grows on a tree, and to pay 20$ plus taxs is crazy. I would never pay 20$ for a tomato at walmart. some people will pay that dont get me wrong, but if you want to be the BEST dispensary in az you should be looking out for the patients 100%. making sure everyone leaves completely satisfied and had a good experience. ever where else is charging an arm and a leg for medz. why not beat the competition? i know UGH can do it, and I mean that. Im getting to the point were i much rather just grow my own. Please just consider it.

This was my first visit to this dispensary. Unfortunately, without any statistics of THC or CBD levels in their product, I did not make a purchase. I did feel that the bud tender was a bit over the top agressive. Didnt really like the atmosphere, other than the "model" they hired to great people. They did give me a free gram of their best sativa for first time patients. The visual quality was good but the medicinal effect was just OK. I will try them again, but wont rush back.

Just loaded up the last of your Blue Widow I picked up back on 4/20. Left a review when I got it. Fabulous strain, You should be proud. I am coming back for more of that you can be sure. The medicinal quality of it is truly top on the shelf. Kept in a mason jar it stayed sweet and delicious. Never crispy and always consistent for the almost 2 months since I brought it home. Thanks for taking the time to grow your meds correctly. It`s a pleasure making the drive from Pima rd and the 101 to your dispensary. May I suggest a discount for people like me on SSI disability ? It would sure give an edge to those of us on limited fixed incomes.

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is really nice. It may look dank on the outside, but do not be fooled. This place serves up quality product for a fairly decent donation. Look out for their specials too! They're not often, but worth it when they do have them!

Sold me LITERALLY an empty pre rolled container an doesn’t answer phone calls or respond to voicemails to make it right. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism to say the least

Stay AWAY This place is mediocre at best everything is basic can't even see the product before seeing it. Also they are full of bs I went to buy some concentrate from them item 9 and didn't want anything old. So I asked to see the harvest date and they said they could not provide it to me which is full of shit. The cashier who helped me #43233 didn't even know what he was doing. After helping me I opened the bag to see that both products were produced I'm August which I probably wouldn't have gotten #nooldwax. This happened on 12/12/2020 and definitely won't be back for the rest of my first time patient deal. Trust me when I say stay away been in game for 7years and they definitely below par from what they once were. Probably because they are owned by harvest another low brand company.

I am quite sad that I am here writing this. Urban was my long time go to dispensary, but that is no longer. The employees here are phenomenal, as is the atmosphere. where they lack is their bud. They are ALWAYS out. My last 7 visits I've had to pick up low tier trash because they were out of everything else. 2 of the 3 pieces are there, and if they expand their grow I'll be back, but I refuse to feed money into a business that provides inferior product because they can't manage to keep their actual quality product in stock.

Budtenders very rude. I misread the line situation and was cut in front of. The bud tender and patient then proceeded to say that I was stupid for not reading the signs correctly. Very disappointed in this dispensary since it was bought out by Harvest. 2nd time I’ve come and budtenders very rude.

Go to a dispensary that actually values medical patients and medicinal values. They’re money hungry company, especially getting rid of deals.. what a disappointment. Turn your back on Harvest because they have for you. Stay off Indian school, there’s nothing good coming out of it. Research the growers of your flower, if it’s from Harvest expect twigs because they don’t value the plant only what they can fool you with. There’s so many other great dispos out here, don’t be fooled!

Zero Stars they stole from me I'm going on every platform keep going if anybody's been stole from let me know maybe the same thing happened to you but they can't get away with this they're multi-billion corporation they're out here stealing from people seven grams didn't even give me my whole order they knew they didn't but they didn't care cuz they didn't package it it's okay we could have settled this they could have just fixed it I would have went away but I'm going to tell you what not this time not this time I got clown I got talked too crazy all kinds of stuff they came out immediately hostile at me I do not get it in a patient there for over 4 years whatever new company just bought the old one his sucks cuz the old one was awesome at least they honored they stuff they would have never did this to us medical patients they probably doing it to recreational too who knows but unless we do something we going to keep going through this....this ain't okay

5/2/21. Long line, people rude and crowding in line. Product I purchased today totally sucked! Low quality, poorly organized and managed. Too expensive. I'm done here.. yuck. Nuff said.....

I ordered online the canceled my order twice, then its says to call, no one answers the phone. They really expect medical patients to come in without a guarantee. Most of these dispensaries dont car about their medical patients we should boycott them and go back to the streets buying or grow our own

Been here Twice to pick up some Cookies and both times I was not pleased with their product..I know it’s some fire strainS but if it’s not CALI then should wait 💯

ridiculous prices for people with health conditions. they should be making people well not thinking about the money they can make off patients
