Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

Budtenders very rude. I misread the line situation and was cut in front of. The bud tender and patient then proceeded to say that I was stupid for not reading the signs correctly. Very disappointed in this dispensary since it was bought out by Harvest. 2nd time I’ve come and budtenders very rude.

What a great deal! I'm so glad this place opened so near to me, it's one of the better places in town. I like the black bags, the huge, fresh flowers and the people who work here are really happy to help you. Med quality is very good and it tastes delicious. I don't like that the meds are pre-weighed. Otherwise, I'll be coming here often. Maybe they should adopt a rewards program?

Urban Greenhouse. The FIRST AZDHS licensed facility which I approve of. I was greeted by friendly staff and security. The UG is a beautiful facility inside. I really want there picture/photo on my living room wall. Gorgeous plant with stunning purple vibrancy. The meds, I have only tried L.A. KUSH AKA CONFIDENTIAL and MEDIBUD. The L.A. is decent. I don't mind it but I'm going to continue to burp it, it was harvested approximately 5 weeks ago I was informed before deciding on strains this in mind, I knew the DANK SKUNKY smell was going to be more faint due to specifics related to TERPTINES as well as the length of CURING. It's good but I'm hoping to taste more of the currently faint "purple" taste associated with L.A. KUSH. MEDIBUD IS FANTASTIC, not something I'd not normally go for but I got it free as a first timer being BLUE WIDOW was only available in 8ths so they gave me MEDIBUD. I was tended to by the manager STEPHEN, he was knowledgeable which was a pleasant surprise because I feel places like HWC (Herbal Wellness) had not only schwag smelling and mid grade looking meds but staff was just unimpressive also. URBAN GREENHOUSE IS THE #1 DISPENSARY IN PHOENIX AND IF DAILY SPECIAL ARE AS GOOD AS THE CURRENT OR PAST THEY ARE MY PEOPLE AND I'LL LOYALLY OBTAIN BUDS HERE. ****SIDE NOTE: ONLY THE BUDS URBAN GREENHOUSE CULTIVATED WILL BE BETTER THAN THOSE GROWN BY OTHER DISPENSARIES **** -NIKOS

Urban greenhouse use to be an amazing dispensary, ever since Harvest bought them out everything went to trash. I think harvest looked at all the good Urban Greenhouse offered and threw it all away. From now, I would NOT be buying flower from UG again. Go to Herbal Wellness instead.

I am quite sad that I am here writing this. Urban was my long time go to dispensary, but that is no longer. The employees here are phenomenal, as is the atmosphere. where they lack is their bud. They are ALWAYS out. My last 7 visits I've had to pick up low tier trash because they were out of everything else. 2 of the 3 pieces are there, and if they expand their grow I'll be back, but I refuse to feed money into a business that provides inferior product because they can't manage to keep their actual quality product in stock.

Just got home & they didn't bother to check my order so half of the prerolls I just bought are random strains I didn't want & didn't order. Made my order online for medical & they put it through as recreational so they couldn't find my order to begin with when I got there, then I made it all the way home before I realized they gave me a bunch of jack the ripper strain prerolls & I don't like jack the ripper at all! Used to be a reliable store, maybe the recreational stuff is too much business for them? CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PAY

I ordered online the canceled my order twice, then its says to call, no one answers the phone. They really expect medical patients to come in without a guarantee. Most of these dispensaries dont car about their medical patients we should boycott them and go back to the streets buying or grow our own

I've been to this location a few times, before Harvest took over management. It used to be a pretty nice spot that was open and inviting, and had good products for reasonable prices. Now it's a shitty Harvest clone doing nothing but reselling other brands work for premium prices to heady boy custys who don't know any better and can spend an unlimited amount of their parents money on hype weed. They deleted my profile after switching to Harvest so I had to fill out all my info again, they didn't offer a discount for my FTP special, they didn't offer me a Dispensary Agent discount on the $75 eighth from Connected I went there to try. The budtenders were rude, the discounts were non-existent, fuck Harvest.

Been here Twice to pick up some Cookies and both times I was not pleased with their product..I know it’s some fire strainS but if it’s not CALI then should wait 💯

Do not go. Used to be a great dispensary and I frequented there often. They are straight up thieves. I had collected around 1000 points for discounts, show up and they say my points are expired...yea, your customer service is the worst... mix that with overpriced corporate greed and you have Urban Dispensary.

5/2/21. Long line, people rude and crowding in line. Product I purchased today totally sucked! Low quality, poorly organized and managed. Too expensive. I'm done here.. yuck. Nuff said.....

Go to a dispensary that actually values medical patients and medicinal values. They’re money hungry company, especially getting rid of deals.. what a disappointment. Turn your back on Harvest because they have for you. Stay off Indian school, there’s nothing good coming out of it. Research the growers of your flower, if it’s from Harvest expect twigs because they don’t value the plant only what they can fool you with. There’s so many other great dispos out here, don’t be fooled!

Zero Stars they stole from me I'm going on every platform keep going if anybody's been stole from let me know maybe the same thing happened to you but they can't get away with this they're multi-billion corporation they're out here stealing from people seven grams didn't even give me my whole order they knew they didn't but they didn't care cuz they didn't package it it's okay we could have settled this they could have just fixed it I would have went away but I'm going to tell you what not this time not this time I got clown I got talked too crazy all kinds of stuff they came out immediately hostile at me I do not get it in a patient there for over 4 years whatever new company just bought the old one his sucks cuz the old one was awesome at least they honored they stuff they would have never did this to us medical patients they probably doing it to recreational too who knows but unless we do something we going to keep going through this....this ain't okay

idk I use to love this place but after my morning and seeing a pic of the American flag being burnt first thing I find it very disrespectful my father fought for this country and for you guys to send a pic out with a joint being rolled with the American flag idk I just don't find that right

Been a week or so since i got some of the last medibud which when i cracked the seal today that wonderful smell leaked out and it was good as first toke of it,,..strong meds been feeling great!,and the blue widow was good in my opinion it had a citrus/skunky smell and taste quite good thick smoke, people knockin good meds are just mad they didnt get the free eigth need to quit bein cheap!!!LMAo real talk UG has hooked it up solid since opening day with above average flowers.the thc showers over my keif catcher more from ug flowers than ive ever seen,!!bet the new strains are great,,see yall soon

This place is the SHIT!! went there for the first time last week and boy was I suprised that there meds are A+..I got the Rugburn Og and the Blueberry..both were awesome the buds were nice and big and not dry like a lot of places I've been to...keep up the good work guys will definently be seeing you guys alot...
