A+ quality buds. It is quite obvious that the they care about quality. The knowledge of everyone there was awesome. They were incredibly informative and patient. I feel like they would have talk about bud with me all day. I am trilled about the price and great flower. This is be my go to spot for years to come.

Thanks to their meds, I do not remember if I have posted a review of this place. I've been three or four times now. Every time driving 60 minutes round trip. I come for the Timeless Vape. I told them I was skeptical to buy this because I have been burned from numerous stores buying vape pens and/or concentrates to replace my old faithful dugout. They all suck and are a waste of money IMHO. I was handed a timeless vape, told if I wasn't feeling the effects after two hits, there is something wrong with me and I should NOT come back (all with a grin on the budtenders face) He was so confident and did not budge. Guess what, he was right. It was/is the best experience I have had with a concentrate. It's perfect. I love it. Because of their confidence in their product, reasonable prices and HAND DOWN BEST STAFF IN THE VALLEY, I will make the 1 hour round trip drive to come here. Thanks guys!

This place is still the worst.

This is an update from a previous review that regarded the caviar being under weight and having seeds. I went into the store today for my second time and told the budtender about the caviar. She immediately brought out the manager who was so apologetic and willing to do whatever it took to make it right. I told him it's okay, maybe caviar isn't for me. I said I wasn't here to get free stuff. He insisted and hooked me up. I felt he went above and beyond to make me feel that my concern was indeed legitimate. The flowers looked great as usual and this visit I decided to try shatter for my first time. The budtender was incredibly helpful and taught me step by step how to use the pen and what to look for when purchasing shatter. Her help and time wad immensely helpful for this concentrated noob. I realized on Thursdays I do pass 3 dispensaries. I do not feel I need to try any other ones other than Urban. The buds are great, the price is right and the service is top notch. Thanks again.

I figured I should post a little update to my first review. My first review is a few posts down. In the first paragraph I complained that my 8ths did not weigh out. Well I went back last Friday. I did bring up how my 8ths did not weigh out but I also stressed that it's not a big deal. I was greeted with apologies and legitimate concern from everyone in that building. I repeated over and over again it's not a big deal. It really goes to show that the people that run this place really have a great deal of pride in the shop and I commend them for it. The budtender who helped me out was wonderful. Not only did he know a lot about the product, he also could carry a conversation. Because of his casual attitude and approach, I ended up buying twice as much as I intended to. He wasn't trying to sell me anything, he just made the buds seem really good and I wanted to try them. In my opinion, it's the best attitude to approach sales and something tells me he wasn't even trying. The flavors I got were once again fantastic. It leads me to believe that this dispensary is the "go to" dispensary in the valley. They really have a good grasp on how to grow some high quality meds. Thank you Tru Med. Fantastic!!!

Man was I impressed. The meds are fantastic. Zach who helped me out was incredibly patient and knowledgeable with all the strands I was interested. I emphasize "patient" because I was spitting a million questions a minute and kept asking him to take jar after jar out for me. Living far away from a good dispensary has become a burden. Not anymore. Thanks Zach and Connor for making my first experience a wonderful one. I assure you I'll be back again.
