The bud on display for purchase looked amazing. However I was uniformed that I would be getting the smallest popcorn nugs in my life and that it in no way reflected what I thought I had purchased. I had to weigh it to make sure it was a full gram. Also I was told there were things still on the menu only to be told later at check out it wasn’t available. Got the wrong joint that I asked for. Wouldn’t go back here again.

Meds are over priced, and not very effective. These guys have high rating because they bribe people for good reviews for incentives. Every time i go in, budtenders are in a rush. Idk though.

First time visit today, got a free gram of bubblegum and bought a quad of mastodon kush 60. Felt very comfortable and welcomed while making my selections. Great deals on medication and merchandise. I plan on returning to try out some concentrates and has oils!

the check in service is abysmal every time I come here. bud tenders standing around with no one to tend to while they have a waiting room full of people waiting for the girl at the front to check people in. they need to fix this or I may stop coming altogether.

This place has gone downhill ever since they were taken over by Harvest. My last visit they tried to overcharge me almost $20 and got pissy when I made them double check everything to find their mistake. Their flower quality, when they have flower, has got to the point I won't make another visit here. Sure it's your house brand, but it shouldn't be full of stems and seeds?! what? I buy better stuff cheaper elsewhere. Won't be back.

My First time visit I really didn’t feel welcome there the wait was very long and the new patient deals were as great as they are at every other dispensary.

The product quality is solid, but the service is dog shit. They never answer their phones and the website they have their deals listed on isn't updated properly so when you call to get correct information and they don't answer it's not really worth shopping there. Not to mention the budtenders themselves are either really good and helpful or really bad and rude there's never an in between.

This was my go to spot for several years then harvest bought them out and it went completely to shit. they need to mount a harvest sign and quit using urban greenhouse cause that era is dead.

now that Harvest owns this one too, it is falling to pieces. no morale and rising prices. the product is also getting a lot less potent. this is corporate cannabis at its finest.

Urban Greenhouse was my best '1st time patient' visit in town. with the DOGO 1/8s I picked up 1oz medley all their sativa grows. also got the dj short blueberry which is colored with forest green indigo and purple, super bomb, perfect cure, smells and tastes like blueberries and lavender, seriously, some of the best I've had as a patient in az for 3 yrs. could use a little more space and security, but the people were awesome and helpful.

Like that they are super organized with the Rec and medical being separate lines... buuuut the parking lot is full of tweaked and druggies from the motels there .. they approach my car when I have to park and I feel very comfortable getting out . I had to pull in and pull right out the other night I was too scared.

Came in yesterday to buy an oz. Had a hundred dollars fall out of my pocket in the lobby [put it in my pocket as I got out of the car and walked in so I know I had it entering] and when I went to go pay I realized it missing. With two dozen cameras in and around the building not only did they show zero concern for my plight they REFUSED to go back and look at security footage. I will NEVER be back gere again

I get frustrated waiting at UGD and the fact that you have to wait in line for the cashier. This is the only Dispensary I know of where the Budtender doesn't take $$. They just tap the screen w/what you want (is that really a Budtender?) and then you have to wait in line for a cashier. And the cashier is also the one who shows how to use a product or answers questions about 'how to' and gets the order together so aren't they really the Budtenders?? Get rid of the floor people and save the patients some time!!!

the staff is very friendly,the meds there are incredible.i'll definitely will be back.i just hope they keep having great specials
