Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

First time here and was very impressed. They have a different atmosphere than other dispensaries. Almost like a like a restaurant where there is a hostess and waiting area but everything is open so. Then you place your order with a budtender who is very professional (maybe too professional and not personal enough). They have a cool menu with every detail about the strains. Then you wait in line and pass all the little impulse buys. I tried the Dr. Who (heavy on the head but doesn’t make you sleepy), Deep Cheese (super effective for stomach problems), La Chocolate (mellow body high), and Stardawg Guava (super delicious, makes me talkative and giggly). I also tried a couple cartridges; Grandadam’s OG (perfect for nighttime) and Durban Poison (perfect for the morning). Definitely a nice spot. Cute security guards when I went :)

Urban has by far the best atmosphere, and customer service. This has been the only dispensary where I do not feel rushed, and I am able to select some of their high quality herb at my pace. I would highly recommend this dispensary due to the high quality herb, and for those who enjoy taking their time to inspect the herb he or she will be purchasing.

Being stuck in a line outside waiting is not a lot of fun. A lack of online ordering made this a bit of a drag...

Chris is awesome! Very helpful with great customer service skills! I really enjoyed this place, the atmosphere, the smiles, the personalities, especially the free gram! LOL would definitely recommend and return.

Came in for a first visit as a last resort. Unfortunately everything I smelled did not even smell like weed nor was the quality there. If you are producing your own, $20 a gram is too expensive for something that doesn't smell or smoke like marijuana should. This is not top shelf.

I came in today, and boy am I pleased! I live near 7th ave/Indian School so this new dispensary is quite convenient. I was really hoping to like it, and I am not disapointed! GREAT opening specials! Who doesn't love free stuff? This is by FAR the best Blue Widow I have received from a dispensary -- and it was the free gram for my first visit! It's covered in crystals, and has just enough moisture. It was easy to grind, and yet is soft, fluffy, and very pungent in my grinder. Thank you, Urban Greenhouse. I'll most certainly be back!!

I've been coming here since it opened. Before they carried shatter. Since then they have developed their shatter into a beautiful little product. Taste is always delicious. The consistency of it can be a little waxy but that hardly ever happens. You know it's good because it flies off the shelf. Besides that they have an excellent rewards program. My only complaint is that you can only redeem for flowers. It would be nice to get a gram of concentrate per $500 spent. Highly recommend this place.

Friday 9/19/2020 I went into this location as a first time patient. Prior to driving down around 7:15pm I checked Leafly’s menu to verify they had what I was looking to purchase, I verified the deals for first time patients on Leafly and called to triple check with a receptionist. Once arriving.. I checked in confirmed the BOGO on any item as the site states, the receptionist reiterated the special had no exclusions & I was good to go. ( I’m also a bud tender where four of my current staff members at this very location all received a BOGO on the same line of product I was looking to purchase ) A budtender calls me to front of the line. I speak with him regarding what I’m looking for, select two strains for the bogo and he says they wont be doing the bogo today. Asked why and explained all i have above, he said oh these aren’t included and proceeded to ring me up. I considered just getting one, because I figured I’d get my DA discount, just to be told “ you have to shop on mondays for that “ meanwhile four other people are all getting a BOGO special i can’t seem to understand why it’s not being offered to me nor is it being explained. It’s the loud blatant discrimination and discriminatory practices of bud tenders, team leads, managers, and GM’s and dispensary owners for me. It’s beyond hurtful to be apart of an industry that still goes out of its way to be intentionally discriminatory on a case by case basis. Five individuals that work together all go into one dispensary, four make bogo purchases as first time patient’s all getting the same line of product. 60.00 bucks per 8th and buy one get one free, but the black woman’s told NO and isn’t offered the same special. Prior to leaving this review, i called & inquired about the first time patient special.... also told no exclusions. Again.

Place was amazing very clean, upscale, friendly and professional. The cannabis is high quality I got the DJ short blueberry and the Rugburn both are cured and burn really nice. Also grabbed a edible which was delicious and potent. The opening specials are insane. Again great service ill definitely return.

Great place with good meds and friendly staff

this is my go-to spot now, and it's a good 30 minute drive for me. love the indicas here especially. and their og is about the best pure sativa going now. caviar will blow your head off, and the caviar cones are ridiculously great and strong. it's a nice place inside, and the service is outstandingly friendly. my only complaint? you guys need another register. your process works great until it's time to pay. its a litttle frustrating and the waiting space is small and cramped.

VERY friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am always greeted with a smile. The facility is top notch and professional. The Med's are of good quality! My favorite so far is the kosher kush, was very impressed with it! Also, the Rug Burn OG is good as well! I love the fact that each time I get an 8th I get a free gram of my choice! It really gives you a bang for your buck! Will surely be coming back again and again especially if they keep the Kosher Kush around! Thanks Urban Greenhouse!

By far, hands down, the finest dispensary ive been to yet. Returning customer multiple days of the opening week, for the specials and the bud. We all know as patients, thats the 2 things and URBAN GREENHOUSE is doing it big! The buds are ALL topshelf! The staff are ALL topshelf! The facility is topshelf! The deals are unbeatable with a DOGO, donate one get one. And the DOGO is EVERY flavor, not just one. This place has what patients look for and want, plus MORE! first time today and I was very pleased overall courteous knowledgeable staff great meds I had the chemdog and the blue widow and was pleased with both definitely will be going back.

Never had a problem here. Until yesterday, Picked up some flower (Watermelon zuzu) . Went home to discover that the flower was rotted. Ended up smoking some and got a headache. Never had a problem with the quality here.
