Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

Warning...if you are a DA do not go here. They just changed their policy and will no longer honor DA discounts except for Monday’s. They have not posted this on their website so be forewarned. They told me as they came to collect my order. Claimed it was Harvest their new owners who have changed this. I thought the first thing they came out and said was they were not changing things here when they bought it. Said it would run the same great way as usual, I guess that was a lie. Very disappointed by their communication and lack of care for fellow industry professionals.

Rude disrespectful and inconsiderate

Placed order, was told thru leafly that the order was ready for pick up, drove a Very long distance to their store, then was told they were all out of half the order. Very disappointed. Other stores will call to tell you when product is out. I would give no stars if I could.

Do NOT go here if you have a MMJ card. They'll take EVERYONE before you. I was 2nd in the "MMJ" line but they were serving rec people who came in after me. What a stupid process and terrible attitude from the staff!

This was my first visit to Urban Greenhouse. I was very impressed with both the quality of flower and the large selection of concentrates. My bud tender was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products. Would definitely be a repeat customer.

Bait and switch!!! came in for 250 special all strains!!!! 8 showing but when I arrived only 2 are available? Garbage mid shelf at best. I tried to call a couple times no answer. yes its plus tax. Adds are misleading quality is poor I will never return to this place it's worse than the car dealers when it comes to their advertised specials. I guess at the end of the day you get what you pay for thanks for nothing Urban Greenhouse...

Urban greenhouse review: A real fine experience, I was very pleased. Be prepared to wait a Lil bit before you get back but realize it's cause you get to take your time. Simple displays setup in stations for individual attention, friendly customer service, great meds& great deals. Dude, I walked out with a quarter of DJ for 60 donation w/free g BW..then I'm waiting to go (again) lol no worries tho, I met there master grower guy who was very enthusiastic and open to any questions about what they're up to. I don't think this about many places but I actually felt appreciated. Good business works both ways and ill definitely be back to check out that MediBud, thanks UG! 😄

Great deals on fire strains!

I was very pleased when I visited urban greenhouse the first few times they always had good flowers and the OG concentrate was really good also. They recently updated there menu yesterday with some new strains of concentrates but yesterday after making a 30 minute drive, they told me that they had not received any of the new concentrates so I was then very disappointed and was obligated to purchase there Urban Greenhouse blend wax which I was very displeased with. It was the same price as the oG which is 45$ for a half gram donation which is very pricey this wax did not taste like it was made with high quality material. urban greenhouse let me down yesterday but I still will continue to go here I have not last all faith.

Not gonna lie I don't like your flowers and I think they all smell like hay. With that being said your concentrates are always on point and bomb. Rug Burn OG is SSOOOOO tasty and stony. The sugar wax u guys had smelled and tasted so amazing. For a dispensary your shatter prices are very competitive and some of the best storefront prices in PHX. Keep up the nug run, but please please please figure out how to cure your meds. Should take a month and last time I bought flower the harvest day was very soon so I knew you rushed it in drying with ZERO jar cure like you should and that's why they all smell like HAY. But once again shatter and crumble is top knotch

My first time visting and I must say I am impressed. The meds are amazing and the experience second to none. From walking in the door and meeting Jacklyn to Amber filling my prescription. I has Chris help me out. Very fitting since we had the same name. He helped me with not only flowers but concentrates also. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be back for the all around good experience.

Today was my first visit and everyone here was so friendly and helpful. It was a bit hard to find, but so worth it, Inside was very clean and modern. There are beautiful pictures of the mmj they grow displayed everywhere which I found to be a nice touch. The service was super quick too. I tried the sugar wax and blueberry headband shatter and they are both top notch. I will def be back again. You guys are just the BEST!!!

I recently visited Urban and was very impressed. The staff was nice and it is a good setup. Got a good deal on shatter cones. The flower was great!

Took advantage of the buy 2 pre-rolls get one free special. All were great except the OG it was rolled way too tight so I wasted about half of it just trying to get it lit. Still great flower though. Love the atmosphere and the staff is the best out of all the dispensaries I have been too. Also received a gram of Blue Dream which was the best I have had of that strain. I was impressed as I have had BD many times before. Very thankful for Urban Greenhouse. Always looking out for the patient's

Staff is very informative. ..they didn't rush me and they were super friendly. Medicine is some of the best quality I've seen so far...the location is out of the way for me but it's so worth it for the quality and top notch customer service

i went the first time i went to get meds I met the manger and that was in feb have been gping there since they opened know everyone there. they have bomb ass meds and huge nugs. my favorite is the LA confidential and mastodon
