As far a med quality goes, A++. I've been to most of these dispensaries and UG has an incredible flower. The shatter was sort of expensive, but hopefully it's worth it. This isn't the place to go if you're trying to do snake dabs lol.. Service I give 4 stars because the staff is fantastic and very attractive. Not to say they only hire hot chicks, but I just hate buying anything, including bud, from dirty slobs who dont wash their hands. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the service was because I bought a gram and the home scale said 0.9. Everyone has a metric scale now, so hook it up! the difference between 0.9 and 1.3 is not that much, but might mean someone being a regular customer or going elsewhere. Thanks ya'll, peace

Nice one urban... you ALL knew recreational was coming, and STILL decided to screw the medical patients. I'll STOP driving the weekly 25 miles to shop at my ONCE favorite dispensary.
my LAST cartridge broke but the purchase was "too long ago" to replace it 👎

Yesterday I visited for my first time and had a great experience. The medication was all extremely fresh and smoked really well, and I was treated with friendly service from the moment we drove in. The facility was superb, they had some awesome glassware and displays. I felt completely comfortable, and it was overall an amazing trip.

Location sucks. Placed an online order and was notified it was ready for pick up. After going all the way down there, waiting through the lines, I’m told by the unprofessional staff member “ your items in the order are sold out” thanks for wasting my time. Could’ve called or something. Wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place holding weed on earth. Give medical patients and weed users a bad name. Pure laziness and forgetfulness. Thanks for giving the responsible cannabis consumers a bad name.

This was a nice dispensary, everything matched and it looked very sleek inside. The inside is kind of empty but there is ample parking and it is relatively close to a freeway. There is a limited strain and edible selection. Edibles are provided by Emerald Leaf and Lilo. They have three small stations where you can inspect the available strains. They grow all their flowers in house so their quality is very consistent and high.
I purchased a brownie and as a new patient I got a free gram of Girl Scout Cookies. The cannabis was top shelf. Very dense and covered in trichomes. It has a great smell and taste very clean. They have some discount items but they are priced in the mid-high range overall. Definitely worth a visit for the free gram if you are a first timer. If you can afford it, I would pick up some flowers.

Been to this place a few times now. Don't got any complaints about it since I've started going. Nice set up inside. The meds here are okay for a dispensary that's only been open for like less than half a year. I'm sure they'll get much better as they grow into the community. Just keep up the menu, updates, and good service, this place will be one of the best dispensaries in phx. And much sure ya keep up the good testing on your meds. Also they got some pretty nice shatter, but doesn't really have a smell or taste. But the high is good. Nice deals too.

TL;DR - UGH mislabeled their online orders , changed my order to another without asking me, and refused to fix their changes to reflect my initial order, after 5-6 requests for various corrections on the total cost, quantities, and mislabeled receipts. They have become extremely careless and sloppy. I won't bother going back, and recommend you take extra precautions to review your receipts and try to fix their mistakes.

I understand that with corona going on, service has to be a bit different, but this was horrible service and communication. Im not sure what is wrong with their employees on the floor today.
Today theres a BOGO, half gram cartridges for $36. I ordered 6 for the price of 3, so it would ring up to $108 plus tax. I budgeted around $120 total.
When I get to the dispensary, they had us wait in the lobby area in little corrals (4 patients in the store at a time) instead of going to the counter. They had employees filling orders behind the counter, and one guy running receipts, money, and orders back and forth from the lobby to the counter. Ok cool, I get that. No problem.
The employee brought a receipt to me from the register counter to ask if things were accurate. I pointed out that a $269 total was way off, it should be around $120 since I only ordered six .5g cartridges. He told me they had to apply the BOGO still; I pointed out that event then, a $135 total would be about $15 higher than it should be for six half gram cartridges. The employee runs back to the counter.
The counter staff admits their online ordering system is messed up, and that even though I ordered six .5g cartridges, a few came through on their end as full grams as it was labeled wrong on the site. I told them to just give me the strains as ordered, in six half gram cartridges.
The employee comes back with an itemized list that did not name strains, but just listed the cartridges as item numbers, and that the total was $156. He asks me to review it. I pointed out that theres a series of "BOGO -$36" items and I cant really understand the receipt, but the bottom states there are 8 items and I only ordered six, and that the total was too much. He runs back to the counter. a few minutes later, he comes back with the same receipt. He asked which ones shouldn't be on there, and I pointed out I couldn't tell him, as the strains aren't listed, it just says "batch ####" and I don't know which batch is what strain. I stated that I just wanted six strains as ordered, each in one .5g cartridge. I made the mistake of giving him $160 while I figured they would fix it the problems I kept pointing out and just bring proper change back. It cant be too hard to remove two items then ring up accordingly.
Ten minutes later, he comes up with a stapled shut bag and $4 in change. I see the receipt still has a total quantity of 8, so I asked why the extra two items were still on my order, and he asked again which were extra. "I don't know, the items aren't listed. It just says "cartridge" and Batch ####. You tell me what you guys added." He responds that the system was messed up, so it ordered me full grams so they just swapped them out for two half grams. "ok, so whichever two you converted from a full gram to two half grams should just be one half gram each, not two." I reiterate for the fourth or fifth time by that point that I only wanted 6 half gram cartridges and asked why he keeps ignoring me when I pointed out that the total cost was wrong, the quantity was wrong, and somewhere on there there are two extra items I have repeatedly asked them to remove, but I cant identify which because the items are not named on the receipt, they just have batch numbers. He just stares at me dumbfounded, and asks what was wrong on the receipt. WHAT THE FUCK.
At that point I was beyond frustrated, so fuck it, I can afford to spend an extra $40 over what I budgeted. I told him I was frustrated, tired of them ignoring my questions and attempts to resolve their mistakes, and was done with UGH. I left.
I totally understand them being in a rush with trying to get online orders completed, but damn, they messed up their online orders, ignored multiple attempts on the customers behalf to remedy their mistake, ignored simple questions from a customer, and didn't bother to simply communicate or listen.
They were my primary place for years and I have gone infrequently since I moved, but Im done with UGH. Unless I have loyalty points there that I ought to cash out, I don't see a point in going back.
Longest wait time ever. I put an online order in and waited 2 hours before got the confirmation text telling me ready to pick up. At that wait time.. I didn't even bother to go pick up.

Not happy what so ever. I came here today around 12:30 PM. I am a medical patient, picked up some Harvest Platinum ‘Orange Fuel’ and headed out. I have a habit of weighing my flower if I can before. I did this time and it was an absolute joke. I paid $48 and when I threw it on the scale it read out 2.8 grams. That’s HILARIOUS. Figured, hey my scale is broken, let me try the back up. NOPE. This place really sold me a “eighth” at 2.8 grams. That’s hilarious. Reaching out to corporate, leaving a review on LEAFLY. PS! Weigh your tree from now on before smoking. They might be taking some off the top like this one. BAD EXPERIENCE. Please someone reach out to me ASAP.

Dry and weak bud, I shouldn't have to rehydrate my bud if you're not selling old product/packaging it correctly. The concentrates though are a huge red flag, my health is too important to me to be dabbing something made out of an RV.

2 years ago didn't like didn't remember coming here because of that. Here again today nothing really new, cashier that I was signing in at the front made me feel like an idiot laughing cuz I was here two years ago and couldn't remember. Won't be back, sad because budd wasn't even bad.

The price is terrible.
They have crappy wait time, online ordering is unreliable and just plain ridiculous. I bought a preroll today 4/29/21 and it was literally half full after packing it since it was loose af. It’s always like this service is terrible the lines make no sense. I would completely avoid this place there are better shops with better flower and better prices. I will never buy here again I don’t care that it’s less than a mile from my home it’s needs a full makeover.

First of all the tested results for thc levels on the products are too confusing. When you say your product tests out between 15% to 22% or 17% to 24%. So I find it had to believe that they can give specific test results for some strains and then give results that might be 17% or it could be 24?. Which is it? Standardize your testing. That being said the new place looks good. Pretty sketchy area Quality is hit or miss with prices reflecting no big deals. Budtender had no real knowledge of their product, just the standard sativa or indica question. The vape cartridges are lame even at two for one. Stick to good quality flower.

Never had a problem here. Until yesterday, Picked up some flower (Watermelon zuzu) . Went home to discover that the flower was rotted. Ended up smoking some and got a headache. Never had a problem with the quality here.

I get frustrated waiting at UGD and the fact that you have to wait in line for the cashier. This is the only Dispensary I know of where the Budtender doesn't take $$. They just tap the screen w/what you want (is that really a Budtender?) and then you have to wait in line for a cashier. And the cashier is also the one who shows how to use a product or answers questions about 'how to' and gets the order together so aren't they really the Budtenders?? Get rid of the floor people and save the patients some time!!!
