tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

This is my second review: I love this place..been a loyal customer for over three months and I still believe they have the best meds in the valley. I just really wish you guys could start offering discounts on larger quantities..I dont need sample offers like "buy 3 grams get one free" anymore. I already know (and love) your meds and being forced to donate $360 plus tax for a OZ every week or two is a little discouraging. Im glad to see your parking lot full almost every time Im there and to see strains sell out in a days time (go chemdog!)..Im happy your business is thriving..hopefully this success will trickle back down to the customer sometime.

Trumed is a great facility. Now I agree their prices are kind of high, but what do you expect for truely fire medication? I noticed someone's creating multiple accounts & trolling the reviews page with 6 or 7 thumbs down for every positive review then 14 thumbs up for a negative review? Someone was whining they had to go back to pharmaceuticals because TruMeds prices were too high. . A mile south you can go get cheap improperly cured $6-$7 per gram flower. Don't blame a facility for turning to pills that's just ridiculous & get a life stop trolling TruMeds page. Would LOVE to see concentrates available in half grams.

Great staff, flower is top notch! Their SuperMax, Presidental, Tru OG, Pure OG, shatter, I don't go anywhere else, if you haven't experienced TruMed then your losing.

I've always liked this place but recently was paying at the register and watched a few staff people go into the back and could hear them talking poorly (loudly) about a person that had just been in. My budtender apologized which I appreciate but just bad business. I spend a lot of money here but won't be anymore.

this place has everything going for it except for the prices. they are outrageous. if it's gonna be 20 a gram, how in the heck are you STILL slapping on taxes after that?! That is not making it easy for us to obtain our medication because it's very unaffordable. They have A strain on special once a month, but I don't see how they can be raping everyone on the price point. COME ON GUYS, THE PRICES ARE TOO HIGH AND THEN THERE IS STILL TAXES. YOU WILL LOSE BUSSINESS IF IT IS NOT AFFORDABLE! Quality is there, but that doesn't change the fact that the meds are only worth so much. COME DOWN $5 OR $10 ACROSS THE BOARD, AND DO AWAY WITH THE SLAPPED ON TAXES, INCLUDE THAT SHIT!

Sadly TruMed has gone way downhill. Flower used to be the best in town. I'd drive from Mesa 2-3 times per month, spending $1,000/ month. Not anymore. Look through the reviews - you'll see everyone agrees. Flower is crap now, but prices stayed the same?? Way overpriced and low quality flower. I can get better sh!t from The Good. LOL

Poor experience with a Bud Tender as a new patient, felt the guy was not very knowledgeable. He didn't know which strains were indica or sativa dominant, claims he only knew about the $50 8th's that TrueMed makes. In addition, they also don't have good 1st patient discount if you're strictly a flower person. Security guard was super friendly however. I won't return.

From Trumids to Trumold. This place is no longer a backup to get over price garbage from while waiting for your own stash to cure. Nope, TruBunk got the infection that's been spread around these giant legal megagrows. You can literally smell the sulfur based fungicides in their Drip product. Thats where all the rotten bud is going.

Vote yes on 207 and you can grow your own weed.I think Tru Med has top notch flower.Like any normal person these prices are just way to high.I really hope these folks get it together.Maybe if all dispensaries could just have two gunman and vending machines I believe the prices could be lower.

Budtenders are always rude I feel like I am rushed to pick what I want There is about one or two who has me feel comfortable ball headed chick needs to be fired if you’re tired of budtending long lines get a new job. !

Mistakingly placed the wrong order and I noticed it at the check out window. I hadn’t left the building yet didn’t even get my change in my hand. Told them I just wanted to swap the products out was told ok just had to wait back in line. Which seeing that I placed the wrong order I understood! Get to the back with the bud tender she was great but when she called the manager or supervisor he had a very Nasty attitude with me. Saying we normally don’t do refunds once you’ve LEFT THE BUILDING!!! I hadn’t left the building little buddy!! The bud tender let me know they were really busy and NOT to take it personal?????? WHAT!!! Your in the retail business and 207 just passed your about to be busy ALL the time. Your customer service shouldn’t shrink because your BUSY it should be enhanced. If I looked different I feel like I would’ve been taken care of differently. This dispensary is the closest to my home but I’m HUGE on customer service because I’m in the field and I understand how things should go and that wasn’t how you handle things. I won’t be returning back because of this. Character is defined by how you treat people when situations aren’t as good and this showed who that guy really was and how his attitude really is!!! Would not recommend if you want great customer service!!!

This place used to sell Cali weed in the Am then silently switch over to their own grow in the pm. I guess they ran out of both because it's all Sunday goods headache and sinus infection weed now.

I’m not sure truMed will ever be in a position To provide their own flower to both medical and recreational when they seem to always fall short of supply for Medical card holders only.

Best flower in town - by a long shot - but NEVER IN STOCK. It’s been a problem for years - way worse lately with recreational expansion. Wish they could get their shit together.

Budtenders are awesome and I love them all to death, but where is all the top shelf flower? They've turned off the preordering system which means if you can't get to the store before they open (to wait in line, yes really) at 8:30-9AM there's almost no chance you can get any. That's just messed up, not fair, and kind of insane for those of us who can't leave work. Why haven't they started growing like 5 times more top shelf flower? It's obviously what everyone comes to Trumed for because we can patronize other dispos and get the same exact stuff or the same quality usually for cheaper. All the people I've spoken to in line or in the lobby are really irritated by what Trumed has been pulling lately. It absolutely boggles my mind because the actions Trumed are taking make absolutely no sense and they're alienating their most loyal customers. I really hope they can pull it together soon because after coming here for over 5 years as my first choice I think I'm gonna have to explore other options because it's literally impossible to get any top shelf flower. Can't say I'd recommend it to others at this current time. Time to expand the size of the grow I think.

Dry and chemical tasting flower for being exotic prices. Weak terpene profiles, I got higher off some mids that was cured better obviously.

So I went in today and now all of a sudden tru med is not giving pre rolls for reviews. I asked dude is this a new rule he said no its always been like that. (no it has not ) but I wasnt trying to argue. butttt they have tons of papers saying.. ... type a review and get a pre roll. no were on the paper does it say one pre roll every 1year or atleast 1 a month. all it says review us and get a pre roll. as I told dude that all he could say was ....yeaa well somebody wasnt doing there job right. but they KEEP THE PAPERS TO REVIEW THEM AND GET A PRE ROLL RIGHT UP FRONT EVERYWERE . so wat is it tru med . if tru med reads this, let me know wats the deal.

I wish I could give this place 5 starts across the board! Their products are fire but overpriced. Drip goes on sale for cheaper elsewhere even though it’s their product and some of their flowers pre sale prices are more expensive then other stores with the same brand flower and strain. If you want an exclusive drop drop go here.. if not save your money goto a store that stocks drip or your favorite flower
