tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

They have tru med Bogo for 60 bucks and omg is it horribly dry!! The date is from more then 6 7 months old ridiculous! Waste of my money for my first time here

Guys, This Dispensary is quality and of course that goes for their flower (most of the time). Just an FYI The top shelf and boutique quality flower are top notch. My only issue, I recently purchased the special on the small buds (2 for 75$). I was told the quality and strains are the same, only difference they are small buds. Guys, I vehemently disagree. The small buds that I purchased were the Georgia pie and another high thc variety. The quality (Smell & appearance) Were no way The same Or close as the other Top Shelf or boutique eighths. The $75 deal is phenomenal, but if you’re looking for quality, I would just stick with their regular 8th strains. Everything else so far has been top quality, but I don’t think I will be trying the small buds again.

This is the best place in town hands down flowers and hash are always on point you guys just need to get some full melt bubble and or dry shift thanks for all the great meds .

I figured I should post a little update to my first review. My first review is a few posts down. In the first paragraph I complained that my 8ths did not weigh out. Well I went back last Friday. I did bring up how my 8ths did not weigh out but I also stressed that it's not a big deal. I was greeted with apologies and legitimate concern from everyone in that building. I repeated over and over again it's not a big deal. It really goes to show that the people that run this place really have a great deal of pride in the shop and I commend them for it. The budtender who helped me out was wonderful. Not only did he know a lot about the product, he also could carry a conversation. Because of his casual attitude and approach, I ended up buying twice as much as I intended to. He wasn't trying to sell me anything, he just made the buds seem really good and I wanted to try them. In my opinion, it's the best attitude to approach sales and something tells me he wasn't even trying. The flavors I got were once again fantastic. It leads me to believe that this dispensary is the "go to" dispensary in the valley. They really have a good grasp on how to grow some high quality meds. Thank you Tru Med. Fantastic!!!

This place is done right, but I knew that before I even walked in the place. The exterior is just as clean, and well put together as the interior. The set up is perfect, open, with a contemporary feel. Every staff member is very friendly and helpful. The guy at the front desk was awesome. But Jared, the sales guy really impressed me, he knew what he was talking about, and gave me great recommendations. Whoever owns this place should definitely think about opening a few more, if they havn't already. They successfully landed a life long customer. My only suggestion would be to make the new member experience slightly better by explaining step by step, what the process is.

TruMed is 2nd to none! Always have above par customer service, staff is friendly, personable, always accommodating, and their meds are quality across the board. Some of my favorites are Pre 98 Bubba and Presidential OG, but of course you cant go wrong with any meds they have here. I have not tried their edibles, mainly because I just don't prefer edibles in general, however I have heard many good things about those as well. To top it all, TruMed gives back to the community and in the recent past has organized donations/fundraiser for a child born with a disability....genuine warm hearted people here. Why would you go anywhere else?

Went in recently for the first. Had my card for awhile, but prices and selection never had me try them. But recently they started offering house concentrates and competitive pricing, so I stopped in to try it out. Wow, great stuff. Their GSC shatter had immediate effect and long lasting. The Lucid Dream was mellow and shorter lasting, but still rather good. Definitely going to try more

I like to stop by on my way home from work. Fast service, very informative and friendly. The way it is set up is nice and open, and you get to pick out the baggie you take home. I think thats a great way to do it!! Love the strawberry cough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great staff. No longer going there due to lack of top shelf flower. Who wants to show up, wait in line then get told your out of flower and their mids are not as quality and price then competitors. I was a loyal customer for the last three years but without the top shelf, it's just another friendly dispensary with mediocre products at inflated prices.

Came in as a first time buyer and all of the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming! I was given a lot of really helpful tips for starting out and a good rundown of everything they had. When I mentioned I was mainly here for help dealing with my seizures, the person helping me even went and got his girlfriend, who was also working there, to come talk to me since she'd been medicating for her seizures with great success and she broke down her kind of routine that has kept her seizure-free for 14 years! It was an amazing customer experience and I'll definitely be back.

Purchased rosin here recently, every gram is at least 6 months old. Jelly breath is from 12/15/20 and tastes like straight trim. Disappointing experience considering drip is their own brand. Also the other label then says it's from 3/20/21, which one is true? Really silly to sell such old stuff on something so expensive.
