Trulieve - Orlando North

Trulieve Orlando is awesome. The staff is always grade A like their product. Their TruShatter is clean and the taste of the terps is amazing. My fav morning strain is the Green Crack which comes in a 600 mg vape. My flower choice for the am is Jack Herer, (delish) Banana Kush (TruClear) is perfect way to unwind in the early evening, followed up with Harlequin/GDP,TruFlower and the 9lb hammer TruShatter/flower/vape for the nighttime snooze. So many great choices from a great staff!!

They take the time to explain things to you, answer any questions and your never rushed. Quality products and good variety of different products. Awesome employees like Rachel & Eddie!! One negative (for the company not location) - the chairs in waiting area. Not good for people who have back issues and they are so low to ground!

Trulieve is still my favorite dispensary in this area. The last time I was here I purchased the new dry herb vaporizer. And this is pretty much what I’m going to be reviewing today. First of all the vaporizer is is a lot nicer than the older one. The herb cups do not come out easily and they will be extremely hot. But my biggest disappointment is either the device sucks and burns up the product, or I got an “Previously Used” or returned product. I don’t see me using this vaporizer with the herb cups. Trulieve did include a ceramic “Nail” insert for use with dabbing the other concentrates. The device works nicely with the TruClear.

They may have good products but it seems as if they only care about the money not the patient. As always you order online get a confirmation email and go to pick up products. They always tell me they don't have any more. This is the 3rd time. No calls to let me know it is no longer available. I have been going to a dispensary in Tampa and they always treat you so well.

Busy store for a reason! Great products! A girl named Ally helped with my purchase last time and I was very impressed. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is my local go to location. The service here is great and the selection is pretty good, no one ever has everything you want in stock. I like that I can shop online and then go pick it up. I love the Crumble and TruClear Syringe!

Product is horrible no quality control you be spending your time taking things back do your self a favor and go anywhere else

The line is just way too long, wait time is ridiculous even when I put in pick up orders. But the first time patient deal is pretty good.

It’s pretty far from my home with terrible parking.

Called the 800 number because the website wouldn't allow me to place an order. While on the phone I was told they called the orlando location and verified stock. I placed my order as soon as they straitened out the site issue. There site allowed me to order and there was no issue. No phone call to tell me there was a problem, drove over an hour during rush hour and rain to get to the store. As soon as I got there they told me they couldn't fill my order. I am disabled, and have trouble walking. While there they took my license and I had to threaten to call the police to get it back after 10+ minutes. There is only 1 handicapped parking spot, and this is a medical/pain facility that serves the ill, and handicapped. I landed on my leg funny leaving the store, there is a giant step, no hand rail no handicapped ramp. Now my knee is in pain and I will likely end up at a doctor. I'm thinking I might want to call a lawyer too. Trulieve in orlando sucks!

Levitt is a great help at the new dispensary on East Colonial. I can’t find a area to review the new store. Thanks for the awesome atmosphere!

I liked that staff was knowledgeable concerning products, however the wait time is crazy even for pick-up. The lobby is decorated for comfort but has a cold feel atmosphere.

I’ve been a loyal shopper and have patient to trulieve since I have received my medical card. I always come here for my flower and carts and the quality is top shelf. I have one issue with trulieve though and that with either their measuring system or the people because I have been shorted on 8ths multiple times now. That’s comparable to a pharmist taking your money and I don’t think that’s right. I’m writing this review because I reach home after picking up to trulieve only to see I was shorted on my flower again. I hope to see change but keep up the good work non the less

A mad house. This place is special. On my visit there were, that I counted during just the 1 hour and 30 minutes I waited to pickup my online express order, 5 unique typical(apparently) events took place. One patient that waited almost 2 hours for his order was given the wrong product, he noticed right before leaving. When he told the employees the situation they made him wait another full hour just to be able to get the right product. Another 3 clients got very mad because they were already waiting for more than 1 hour and their orders were lost. They left very mad, one of them I don’t know what happened but the employee started crying and had to leave her work spot. Then this, an employee that was not working that day came to pickup her “express “ online order, her coworker told her that her order was not even received yet and that she needed to wait one hour and a half. Oh GOD!! The actual employee went into a rant stating “This is why people hate us, we f*** suc*, I have wasted my whole day for this!!! We need to get our shi* together! After that another client was upset and police was called. This place is very weird and always full of problems. Well it’s my turn to pickup my “express “ order after waiting 80 minutes, cool! When I go to the employee he can’t find my order..... after 15 min looking, he comes with the wrong order. After he finally finds the order, they do not want to honor a discount they were running tht day(the only reason I went there), the employee says that product is not inlcuded. The manager comes, I explain the situation and he just says “ it’s not inlcuded” and turned his back on me and left even after I showed them the text I received today about there special Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place!!! Thera is MUV, GROWHEALTHY and others that are SUPERIOR. See below the text message I received from Trulieve with their offer, still they wanted to exclude some products when the offer clearly says “”ALL PURCHASES”. “Happy 4:20 Valentine Trulievers! #TruLuv continues tomorrow in Stuart, FL as we open location #45. The staff are very well educated and very helpful. All of the strains I have tried have provided even relief for a variety of symptoms.

My budtender Kyle was super nice to me; he made my day when I was having a rough one. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable.
