Trulieve - Orlando North

First time i visited it was so full I turned around and walked out. ( this was Before Flower that past recently) I ordered by Phone and opted to pay delivery charge. My Review is not to just this store but, trulieve in general. Before smokable was legal they were on the news saying WE ARE READY In my opinion They are far from ready They are always waiting for a delivery. finally got a delivery today I was told I have to also carry the box it came in because of a sticker on box. A sticker that could easily be attached to the bottle. I myself don't call that READY Maybe your first and not sure of that but, Not READY If I have a prescription For cough syrup I can put it in my cargo pocket and take it I don't need to carry the box it came in all information is on the bottle. Helllooo Mcfly This is the most money I have ever paid for what i guess would call This Old Timer has spent for A Nickel.(1/8) OZ. Not that I also can't Commend you for what your doing But, get it done right and efficient. I believe Competition will get the price down.

My boyfriend and I visited Trulieve Orlando for the first time. We were new to the retail cannabis and didn't know what to expect. We arrived at 4:45 PM on Saturday and waited just a few minutes to go to the back- so far so good. However once we were back there, the guy "helping" us would not sufficiently answer any of our questions, was obviously trying to hurry us because it closed at 5 PM, and we left with no idea of what we just bought or how it worked. We felt very disillusioned by the entire process. Also the men behind the counter looked disheveled and unprofessional. We had heard they have great product but we will not be going there again. We will order online and pick up at another dispensary that is more professional.

Terrible parking lot. Horribly disorganized. Guaranteed to have a minimum of an hour waiting usually closer to 2 hours. There is not enough room in the waiting room so you have to go outside. And guess what if you are outside when you are called back they will not notify you out side and you will be skipped.

Here are the main problems with TRULIEVE ORLANDO: 1. The manger. 2. They advertise 15+ strains but try to order one they are all sold out except for one or two at any given time. Over half the strains have never been available in my location ever. 3. The phone call hold times are over 1hour every day. 4. The refuse to provide lab results over the phone, and tell you only a manager can call the location to get the lab results for the batch in stock 5. The don't staff managers to be able to call the location for you to get batch numbers 6. They give you multiple different batches in one order, for ex I got 2x Hash plant 1/8 and one was 14% and one was 20%. I kept one and returned the other since the 14 was straight garbage hemp taste 7. They have no waiting list, so everything is black friday and you can't get anything good ever if you work a job. Only the people that can stay there in store during business hours like 10am can get any access to new deliveries. 8. Every time I am there to get something good they advertised, they are out of stock, yet every employee in the building told me they got some and I don't know one patient that got any of that batch. 9. The absolute best strains ever made at trulieve are only on par with street level cannabis here. Nothing I would consider medical grade. It's almost identical to Vegas recreational flower not like CO or CA medical or organic flower. The growers don't care about the product, or they are underfunded, or they don't know what they are doing. Here are the good things: 1. The atmosphere is friendly depending on who is working. Sometimes it's not. 2. Atmosphere seems safe, although not very clean and never seen them disinfecting the chairs or counters in the waiting room one time in all my visits over 3 years so I always wash my hands after leaving that place. 3. Trulieve pushes the market. They have new innovative products other dispensaries do not have If you are looking for cannoisseur flower or medical grade service this is NOT the place for you. If you like black friday sales where you have to fight to get anything and you are still disappointed, then this is the perfect place for you!

Best Dispensary in Florida hands down. The staff is full of friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate people that help first timers to connoisseurs. I was even able to flip my mom from her long time dispensary after bringing her in. Highly recommended!

The waits are long. And there isn’t really a way to know your progress in line. There are MANY innovations on the original “take a number” concept. Trulieve uses none of them. So you don’t really know how much longer you will wait. The waiting room is about a boring and uncomfortable and often overcrowded place as a person can possibly tolerate. If the was ANY sort of competition in the near vicinity, Trulieve would either be out of business or finally make all of the needs changes that would have customer experience near top of their corporate priorities. The brand new CURALEAF in south east Orlando, is such a great experience—the opposite of Trulieve. All that said, their vape products are fantastic. Roughly priced similarly to CURALEAF. And I still go here sometimes because they have some great strains. If they’d just get someone to come in and train them continually on customer service...

Not that impressed. The battery pen (that was $20!!) did not even work, thankfully I had a back up pen to use. The vape carts were good at first but shortly after a couple uses there was a horrible taste with every inhalation. Overpriced compared to the other dispensaries in FL.

Most of my experiences here have been well, they just take long, but I had a very disappointing experience with them today.

I loved the staffs' welcoming attitude and strong willingness to help get my recommendations filled properly with what is best suited to my medical needs. I see no reason ever to go elsewhere. This Trulieve location is outstanding!!

The atmosphere in the waiting room is crowded, lots of people use this location. Flower is always sold out. Staff is friendly and courteous. I understand that shortages occur, but it sure is inconvenient when you drive from afar to get there.

I came in yesterday, they told me theyd have a shipment tomorrow and to call back at 11. I arrived at 11 next day and they were completely sold out. And didn't even allow me to hold the flower over the phone so I missed the last of the stock.

has the best quality but many times not in as stock. ordering online is pointless as it seems they have no inventory control.

order process needs help. Appears disorganized. You see people here after you, even for on-line orders taken back and given your order before you. They are friendly, but order process is not user friendly at this time.

Great first experience. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Amir was awesome and helped make me feel comfortable. A warmer atmosphere than other Trulieve locations. Keep it up guys!

Tim was very helpful, like the rest of the staff here. Only negative was long waits, but since the second location opened, the wait is down to about ten minutes. Play the discount system and the prices can become very reasonable for such high quality

This was my first time at any dispensary so I don't have much to compare too. But the products seem to be high quality and the staff was amazingly helpful and supportive, especially AJ. Thank you!

Super awesome location. Got cartridges of Super sour diesel, Girl Scout Cookies, Grandaddy Purple, and 9LB Hammer. Very excited to try them out!
