Trulieve - North Fort Myers

Very fast paced once you are in the back room it feels like a fast food line where you wait in a line 3 deep to go to the register. The products have been a lot of trial and error because I don’t think you have enough info once you are there. Should definitely order online ahead of time after you do your research if you really want to use it for medical benefits here.

Love this store everyone treats this old bipolar crazy ass vet with respect. You feel more at home and relaxed. How? Awesome Kick-Ass staff like Katie. This store allows you to be your self.... and that's everything.

Today I Walked In To Find Out My Order Was Canceled After 24 hrs When The Text States Truelieve Will Hold Order For 2 Days…. Thank God For Michelle At North Fort Myers Location Hands Down She’s Great She Took The Time To Find The Stuff I Ordered And Take Care Of Me As A Customer. Michelle Made That Trip Worth It

Buyer beware! I have always purchased my medication in the past at the Fort Myers location and I've had no problems there. The last 2 times I've placed orders with Trulieve online (once at the North Ft Myers location and once at the Cape Coral location) and both times the products were falsely advertised. Their website lists a certain percentage of THC in the product but when you arrive at the store to pick it up, the THC percentage is significantly lower. Both times I refused to purchase it and I will no longer shop at these stores. Even though I've never had a problem at the Fort Myers location, they're still a "chain" and if there's a problem with one store it will usually be at all stores. I'm sure the government would step in if Walgreens or CVS falsely advertised their medications. I'm not sure why they're not doing anything about it.

Sean was so nice and knowledgeable. Didn’t mind me running him around the shop for different strains. Love the free water cooler. I love that this location has more of a variety of strains in shatter and crumble. Would be nice if they give swag away like other Trulieves hand out a lighter and pack of papers with every flower purchase. Even sunglasses hats and shirts from time to time. They are stingy with the gear at this location. Also would be nice to see all registers being used. Waiting over an hour because there isn’t enough employees sucks, especially with their being a dozen checkout areas.

First day open after the hurricane and the team handled the line down the sidewalk really well. Very good system I was impressed. Liz filled my order taking the time to find my specific order. I am grateful she came to work. This medical marijuana store is old one of the first stores, but the team is all about you the customer.

ASHLEY and TAYLOR are both awesome budtenders and very helpful. They are both a real asset to your comany and I look forward to working with them each time I come in.

These people are friendly there I great vibes in this store they do more business than any store with less registers as a customer I never get rushed I get helped and sometimes it’s hard to treat my ptsd but with Trulieve and my veterans discount I can find what I need to help me cope with my diagnosis . The products I received are top of the line and the people Trulieve partner with Alien labs being one I can speak on and Whizz K Cush thank God for his plants and thank you for the hands that bless them and thank you for the people I get to share my knowledge and Scooby snacks with love you guys Happy New Year everyone can’t wait to see what kind of yummies are in the way .

Today was great, I went to the Dispensary in North Fort Myers, As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and brought into the back, The people who were working in the front were very nice and helpful, Trenton waited on me in the back, He was very friendly and knowledgeable, He was able to assist me on all my needs, Trenton and the rest of the staff were amazingly, Thanks to them they made my day a lot whole better indeed.
