Trulieve - North Fort Myers

Love this store everyone treats this old bipolar crazy ass vet with respect. You feel more at home and relaxed. How? Awesome Kick-Ass staff like Katie. This store allows you to be your self.... and that's everything.

This location was my first and still 100% happy with all Trulieve products! Gionna is the BEST!!!!! She is so knowledgeable and has EXCELLENT customer service ! Love her and LOVE Trulieve!!!!

Today was great, I went to the Dispensary in North Fort Myers, As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and brought into the back, The people who were working in the front were very nice and helpful, Trenton waited on me in the back, He was very friendly and knowledgeable, He was able to assist me on all my needs, Trenton and the rest of the staff were amazingly, Thanks to them they made my day a lot whole better indeed. Thank y’all.

Buyer beware! I have always purchased my medication in the past at the Fort Myers location and I've had no problems there. The last 2 times I've placed orders with Trulieve online (once at the North Ft Myers location and once at the Cape Coral location) and both times the products were falsely advertised. Their website lists a certain percentage of THC in the product but when you arrive at the store to pick it up, the THC percentage is significantly lower. Both times I refused to purchase it and I will no longer shop at these stores. Even though I've never had a problem at the Fort Myers location, they're still a "chain" and if there's a problem with one store it will usually be at all stores. I'm sure the government would step in if Walgreens or CVS falsely advertised their medications. I'm not sure why they're not doing anything about it.

Quality and Customer service is top notch, however the store is small and antiquated.

Very caring and helpful staff. Quality products.

First time I went, it was 10 min before closing and there was no line. I was accommodated with a very personal experience. Second time I went at like 2:30pm and it was packed, had a long wait, no more water in the lobby, a rushed "hurry up and buy" feel. I would shop here again.

Very fast paced once you are in the back room it feels like a fast food line where you wait in a line 3 deep to go to the register. The products have been a lot of trial and error because I don’t think you have enough info once you are there. Should definitely order online ahead of time after you do your research if you really want to use it for medical benefits here.
