Ah my virgin experience was at this location. What a happy birthday it was. Smiling knowledgeable staff, easy to find, plenty parking, Waiting time not long. You can see this spot from hwy. Oh yeah and amazing flower selection. Curaleaf offers some of the best discounts

Oops I wrote this review regarding a different location, but it should have gone here, which is Dadeland. I absolutely love this location. I was there yesterday for the Black Friday sale and Marilyn was dispensary specialist. She was sooo wonderful, I totally loved her energy and smile. She took the time to answer all my questions and even looked up past purchases so I could get the same product I did back in July. I felt completely comfortable asking her questions regarding the appropriate product for my needs. This is the only location I have ever been because the reception area and staff are always spot on. There really is no reason to go elsewhere. Marilyn continued to deliver excellence, which is what I've come to expect from this location. :) Thank you all for being so wonderful, wishing you all a very joyous and safe holiday season!!! :)

I visited this place as a first time patient. They are impossible to reach by phone. Also, the parking situation is a huge hassle. I once saw a man in a wheelchair almost get ran over by a pickup truck driver who illegally parked in the only handicapped spot in the lot. However, other than the poor phone service and small parking lot, they are very nice and helped a lot.

I shop at this location frequently, it's conveniently close to my house and other dispensaries. Trulieve Dadeland is my "go-to" dispensary, they always have a good selection of flower and vape cartridges available. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. My only suggestion would be that they keep a stock of permanent strains in their inventory. I love that they rotate strains so we get to experience different ones, but some staples that are always available would be great.

This location has a awesome staff and products. I'm always able to get my online order filled without any problems.

There's always some kind of promotion going on, which means savings for you. New customer discounts, daily deals, etc. make Trulieve attractive, but their high-quality products keep me coming back for more. Check the online inventory at your location just before it open and reserve your products, then pick them up within 24 hours at your convenience. You gotta love it.

I visit pretty often, the environment is great. The quality is superb. Everyone is treated with so much kindness. Good vibes always.

It was my first time going to A dispensary and they were really helpful. There was a really nice guy in the front named Troy who helped with my prescription while suggesting some pretty fire bud and wax I definitely will be coming here to get my medicine from now on.

Location is great staff is wonderful, however why does Trulieve continue to not display their strains with pictures and details of the flower products?!!!

If it’s not one thing with Trulieve, it’s another. I’ve ordered delivery, as well as pick up in dadeland. First, their inventory is always incorrect. For every order I’ve made, I’ve received a phone call informing me one or all items are no longer in stock. This happened yesterday for a pickup in Dadeland as well. Finally, their delivery service is the absolute worst. They don’t call and just show up, they don’t show up at all AND don’t call to tell you they aren’t coming, they show up with the wrong product, or simply show up with one item. Additionally, their customer service is not designed to assist you with delivery problems, only to take orders. So when you have delivery problems, they can only take a message for the delivery location. I’ve had to escalate every delivery problem I’ve had to a supervisor. But be prepared to be on hold approximately 10 minutes.

Always a strain available for flower no matter your preference.

Not long ago I went for 2nd time to this store and Marilyn was extremely helpful . I was trying to find the right combination, when Marilyn got it, explained what she was suggesting, and actually is working!! She found MY formula, which I'm grateful for. Since I am new as a paciente I appreciate when persons like her, don't look to be in a rush, and really pay attention. She was nice, gentle and super professional. She is also another reason why I go there.

Placed an order online ahead of time and was told it was ready for pickup. Great. After I drive 1 hour to the location on a really busy work day to quickly pick up my preorder (which was confirmed by email that it was ready) they tell me at the door that’s it’s another “hour or so wait.” Seriously? If there is going to be an extra long delay why wasn’t I notified before making a two hour drive back and forth to this store? Why did my email order say “completed and ready for pickup?” Not everyone has hours to waste on a weekday to wait for product, which is why I selected the preorder option in the first place. And after I informed customer service about this incident where I had to leave without product because I didn’t have time to wait another hour, I was simply told to “order delivery” instead. I do not recommend this company for the disorder, lack of communication, & “could care less” attitude they have for paying customers.

My second visit this week was my friend as a plus one. Troy was super patient with us and very helpful. My friend left with the best 3 in 1 vape pen and an awesome indica and the best sativa they had. Wow is all I can say. Amazing job Troy. We will see you again.
