I visit pretty often, the environment is great. The quality is superb. Everyone is treated with so much kindness. Good vibes always.

I shop at this location frequently, it's conveniently close to my house and other dispensaries. Trulieve Dadeland is my "go-to" dispensary, they always have a good selection of flower and vape cartridges available. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. My only suggestion would be that they keep a stock of permanent strains in their inventory. I love that they rotate strains so we get to experience different ones, but some staples that are always available would be great.

I love Dadeland Trulieve and the atmosphere the employees inspire and the fact that the people behind the counters seem to express genuine empathy for their clients, makes the trip there worth the pain and discomfort of sitting in a car and in a waiting room. This location is my favorite, I have tried other Trulieve's around my area, but the atmosphere and environments are not as amicable as Dadeland's team. I had the pleasure of being helped today by Samantha R. My husband and I were handed off to her by another associate due to a disagreement in terms of discounts. Upon being brought from the back, she immediately acknowledged us and smiled brightly, already I was put at ease. As she asked us to explain the question that had confused her coworker, she maintained eye contact and even corrected her coworker on a detail on the discounts that can be used. Said coworker left Samantha R. in a huff. Meanwhile, Samantha R., kept her composure as professional as possible, left on her own, Samantha R. utilized open ended questions to find out exactly how to modify my orders, as well as immense empathy to counter her co-worker's combative tone and walking off on a customer. Then, after all that, Samantha R. continued to go over and beyond for my husband and I. Providing us with the utmost patience we needed, in order to figure out what we could afford on our budget, and which of the products would I benefit from most. She even assisted us to make another order for tomorrow, allowing me time to gather more funds, because of a new strain in flower that is supposed to be great for me RA, nerve damage, and Fibro. Thank you Samantha R. so much for your patience, empathy, and professionalism. It will always be greatly appreciated.
