This place is OPEN! I was there on their grand opening day. Luis helped me find what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and the staff was really nice. Great location on Church Street next to Red Square. Quality service & great selections.

Went there for the first time. Liked how you don’t have staff following you around as you browse. Liked how you get to shop without having a salesperson looking over your shoulder. Once done shopping for what you want, you stand in line to wait for an available staff person. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and knowledgeable about the products, but I think more training is needed to finalize the loyalty rewards program and how it works. Hopefully they will accept debit cards in the future as well. Otherwise, it was an easy process and definitely will return. Excellent location and plenty of parking. Thank you!

Super fast and easy online ordering, which made the first day of recreational sales smooth and effortless. Products were great and I’ll definitely return once the crowds die down.

The only complaint I have is that the packaging they use for the pre-rolls are single use plastic! Such a waste! I’m no longer going to buy pre-rolls from Columbia Care. Please think about the environment! Metal or cardboard packaging is better than plastic!
