Trulieve - Dania Beach

This was my first experience at a Florida medical marijuana dispensary. The service from Sam D was amazing, He really took his time to explain the all the services and strains Trulieve had to offer! The quality of my choice was spot on. I look forward to more strains being available , as wel, as the Minis .

This was my first time going to this dispensary, and I’m absolutely happy with the outcome. Marita is such a sweetheart, she explained everything to me, very detailed and very friendly . I will be back for sure !

The quality of their products seems good. But the staff is so completely uninformed and incompetent, it’s scary. In defense of the staff, it’s obvious that they receive little or no training. They seem almost annoyed to answer any questions and usually have to start opening all the cabinets and/or ask someone else where to find something. I’ve been there 3 TIMES and it’s been the same. The last time they even had the a container with the wrong product inside of it. I don’t know if the other locations are as bad, but it certainly isn’t a location I’d care to go to again. Unfortunately, it’s the closest to me. I probably will try Deerfield next.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location while in town from Key West. From the moment I walked in, I was very impressed with the staff at the front desk...very welcoming with very positive vibes! Awesome first impression! Manny and Brian were absolutely amazing and patient! They both made sure I left well informed, happy and satisfied with my purchase! Thanks, Trulieve Dania Beach! I had an online order and still waited for a hour...... the wait time is crazy and there always out of almost everything.. They need another Broward location cuz it’s just ridiculous

With all the rapid, chaotic changes our state is under, it can certainly have an impact on these dispensaries, and this is all to say that I hope Trulieve gets their act together soon. The inconsistencies I experienced at their Dania location were beyond frustrating. I was so relieved to pick up my first flower order after receiving my recommendation, only to be turned away, even after I waited over an hour at the location for a pick up order from hours prior, even after I made sure with them before even being seen that I would be able to leave with the intended medication. However, this location at least, was misinformed on how to properly dispense flower, trying to take out thousands of mg I did not have in inhalation, saying I needed to call my doctor to get my dosage upped... Other dispensaries were able to dispense loose flower for 1 mg (replacing it after and leaving a note to my doctor for how much I purchased...) the proper way that I explained to Trulieve and they rejected. It wasn’t so much that I wasn’t able to get my medication, but that I was dismissed immediately before my questions were answered. I wish I got the lady’s name if I wasn’t so rushed, because she was so incredibly rude and short with me for no reason at all... in no way patient or willing to resolve the issue. It was like the minute I wasn’t a sale to them they were trying to kick me out. For patients who use all they have in them just to get out of their house and pick up their medication... dealing with uncomfortable, cold customer service really blows. No matter how good the product could be, that vibe keeps me far away.

I pick Trulieve for the great vape cartridges and topical applications they make. The waiting area is very comfortable and accommodates persons without a medical cannibis authorization, such as family members, caregivers, and support animals. The site is ADA compliant and has easy access for wheelchairs. The professional staff screens each patient then a customer service rep calls a name and escorts the patient into the sales room, to the showcase and register where the patient selects, receives, and pays for the products. Michelle was very friendly and informative as she and Diego answered all my questions and explained all my options. I highly recommend all Florida Medical Cannabis patients check out the products and prices before you go in, to make your purchase in a timely fashion, as the choices with regard to quantity, strength, usage, and price are vast and varied. My buying experience at this dispensary was easy and very pleasant. Go early, since it gets busy at closing time. Many thanks again to Michelle and Diego!!!

Parking is not easy. Waiting area chairs are way to low very difficult for many people to get up . Employees are caring, fr and knowledgeable.
