always such a positive experience with growhealthy delivery :-) since placing the order, i received consistent updates so that i knew exactly when to expect my medication, and that peace of mind holds such value to me. i placed my order over the weekend and yet there they were, monday morning, bright and early! the entire process is a total breeze, each and every time. their product quality along with super kind customer have made growhealthy my forever go-to for distillate!!

With all the rapid, chaotic changes our state is under, it can certainly have an impact on these dispensaries, and this is all to say that I hope Trulieve gets their act together soon. The inconsistencies I experienced at their Dania location were beyond frustrating. I was so relieved to pick up my first flower order after receiving my recommendation, only to be turned away, even after I waited over an hour at the location for a pick up order from hours prior, even after I made sure with them before even being seen that I would be able to leave with the intended medication. However, this location at least, was misinformed on how to properly dispense flower, trying to take out thousands of mg I did not have in inhalation, saying I needed to call my doctor to get my dosage upped... Other dispensaries were able to dispense loose flower for 1 mg (replacing it after and leaving a note to my doctor for how much I purchased...) the proper way that I explained to Trulieve and they rejected. It wasn’t so much that I wasn’t able to get my medication, but that I was dismissed immediately before my questions were answered. I wish I got the lady’s name if I wasn’t so rushed, because she was so incredibly rude and short with me for no reason at all... in no way patient or willing to resolve the issue. It was like the minute I wasn’t a sale to them they were trying to kick me out. For patients who use all they have in them just to get out of their house and pick up their medication... dealing with uncomfortable, cold customer service really blows. No matter how good the product could be, that vibe keeps me far away.

*lengthy review warning* I don’t have enough positive things to say about my experience at the Lake Worth location! The whole staff made a consistent effort in answering all my questions and helping me feel at ease- it makes such a difference when you are able to pick up your medication in such breezy conditions. A special shoutout to Eric for his knowledge, honesty, and dedication to getting me paired with the right product- was for real surprised with how beyond patient he was, taking time to explain each strain and what my best options were. Ultimately I felt reassured with everything I selected, which hasn’t always been my experience with dispensaries in South Florida. The shop was well-stocked with an incredibly generous range, and their promotions (namely the mix-match paired with Sunday’s B2G1) are reeeeeally hard to beat. I can’t imagine myself getting distillate anywhere else now. All the stars! (Oops, guess it’s also worth mentioning the quality is stellar... by far the best I’ve had as a patient thus far. Strong, instant relief.)
