Trulieve - Dania Beach

It feels funny giving 5 stars at the outset to anybody, but what can you do when the place and people really, truly deserve it? Trulieve entered my life about 18 months ago near Miami Airport. Good product, but staff obviously chafing under the pile of DOH regulations, especially with regard to locations and clunky procedures mandated by Tallahassee. It was uncomfortable consistently having to drive out to and around the airport to get medicated. And then they opened in Dania. With their talented staff, they consistently help me overcome the challenges that I've faced with my spine surgeries and relatively-recent diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. Chronic physical pain and its accompanying challenges? Mental anxiety and challenges, real or imagined? Keep me at a stable emotional level that allows me to work through the others? Medicinal cannabis has been an unexpected but very able vehicle to provide relief. But strain selection, methods of administration and dosing are so important. This is not your father's (or grandfather's) $50-per-oz. Mexican pot that could get you high, but sloppy? G-d bless you, Noah! You are a kind and able healer. Think "Noah" has a fan club to overdo his ratings? He certainly seems to, but he EARNS that crowd. I've caught him twice in recent months. Patient, helpful, eloquent, and not afraid to ask an associate if he's not on top of some particular usually-collateral matter. Yet he's fast and efficient. He knows there's a crowd waiting, and doesn't just "hang" because he's having a great conversation about pot. It's a new, natural world out there that's being discovered. And the pros at Trulieve are obviously in the forefront of designing and furnishing specialized hammers for annoying nails. A wonderful place with wonderful people.

Great Strains if you can get it while it's in stock. Overall an awesome Dispensary that is very helpful and a knowledgable staff!

AJ and Cisca were extremely helpful in explaining concentrates and helping make my first purchase. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling that I had bought what I was searching to get.

Clean safe nice professional

I only have about 40% hearing. Between the masks, the shields, and the A/C unit I can't hear anyone there. I tried moving to hear better and get yelled at. Try explaining I'm hard of hearing either let me move or speak louder. I got neither. Had this happen twice. Never going to this location ever again, the customer service to those hard of hearing is nonexistent. Plus the parking is absolutely horrendous.

Excellent location in terms of professionalism and quality of products. Charlie Q, the sales clerk who attended to me was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. He answered all of my medical questions with patience and understanding , considering it was my first time at a dispensary in Florida. Charlie Q. Had no idea what to expect and had a fantastic experience. The dispensary is well appointed (clean & bright), and VERY professionally run. The staff is (also) very professional and knowledgeable. Julian was our dispenser and we would ask for him again. He knew the product inside and out, was courteous and made us feel very comfortable. You can tell he loves his job and where he works. The products I am using are very “clean” (I am very sensitive to artificial additives) and working without question.

Hands down the best dispensary I've been to as a patient. They offer a wide range of products to fit anyone's medical needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and they provide excellent assistance. Can't wait for my next visit!

Top shelf, professional and exceptional experience each and every time I visit. The staff is informative, friendly and eager to help w/ maybe 1 exception in all my times there - so I’d recommend/ask for 1) Noah G or 1a) Juan B.. and these guys will walk you through everything you could possibly want to know. And the best part is this place only going to get better as business is BOOMING - and rightfully so - but highly recommend to all Florida medical patients and don’t even waste your time at the other places. customer service is typical for 2020. managers have no direct supervisor per Juan he then told me to go to a different location. all they care about is money here. Without consequences they can do whatever they like. I have pics of the armed security sleeping on the job as well.

This was my brother and I his first visit to a dispensary in the state of Florida. It was my brother's first time altogether. Michelle was super friendly, super knowledgeable and ended up being a great help getting my brother what he needed. You couldn't ask for more out of a person behind the counter! Also, very nice selection of products 👍

With all the rapid, chaotic changes our state is under, it can certainly have an impact on these dispensaries, and this is all to say that I hope Trulieve gets their act together soon. The inconsistencies I experienced at their Dania location were beyond frustrating. I was so relieved to pick up my first flower order after receiving my recommendation, only to be turned away, even after I waited over an hour at the location for a pick up order from hours prior, even after I made sure with them before even being seen that I would be able to leave with the intended medication. However, this location at least, was misinformed on how to properly dispense flower, trying to take out thousands of mg I did not have in inhalation, saying I needed to call my doctor to get my dosage upped... Other dispensaries were able to dispense loose flower for 1 mg (replacing it after and leaving a note to my doctor for how much I purchased...) the proper way that I explained to Trulieve and they rejected. It wasn’t so much that I wasn’t able to get my medication, but that I was dismissed immediately before my questions were answered. I wish I got the lady’s name if I wasn’t so rushed, because she was so incredibly rude and short with me for no reason at all... in no way patient or willing to resolve the issue. It was like the minute I wasn’t a sale to them they were trying to kick me out. For patients who use all they have in them just to get out of their house and pick up their medication... dealing with uncomfortable, cold customer service really blows. No matter how good the product could be, that vibe keeps me far away.

Patient consultants take their time with each patient and really work to try to understand each patient's individual needs. Nick was extremely helpful in advising me which products are best suited for cooking and eating. Knowledgeable and helpful.

I would like to acknowledge the gentlemen who delivered my order this past Sunday. They were very courteous and very efficient. You can tell that they enjoy their job. When I visit the store in Dania, everyone who works there is very knowledgeable about the products. I would recommend people to visit the store when you can and if you choose home delivery, you will receive your products in a timely manner. Thank you all for what you do.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location while in town from Key West. From the moment I walked in, I was very impressed with the staff at the front desk...very welcoming with very positive vibes! I had an online order and still waited for a hour...... the wait time is crazy and there always out of almost everything.. They need another Broward location cuz it’s just ridiculous

They dont list THC content and to call these stores forget it no one answers. That's why I don't shop flower at trulieve....

Dania Truleive is the best location in Broward. Ask for Ricky, Noah, Bianca or AJ. I used to go to the Fort Laud one off 441... staff is friendly, OK wait times... but then I tried Dania one day and they were super fast and super friendly. I was in and out. I order online and now I even check in online when I am a few min away ... I go at least 2-3 times a week on avg and I have never waited more than 5 minutes. The only time I would say avoid is Fri night ... the line is around the bldg. I came back this morning (Sat around noon), was in and out in under 2 min. AVOID DEERFIELD location --- longest wait time -- almost an hour and the app said it was a 6 min wait -- they said the app is never accurate. Well At Dania its faster than what the app says, every time. 10 stars for me.
