Trulieve - West Palm Beach

This is my favorite Trulieve location. My Bud tender Robbie is extremely knowledgeable of all the products and strains and has amazing customer service! Highly recommend this location

Victor was extremely helpful on 8/28. He knew was patient and answered all of my questions and made suggestions because he listened to my concerns. Great service. My only concern was their system was down and they were writing the orders on paper because there were no stickers to print. The paper needs to be on professional letterhead. It looked like I could have made that sheet myself and written down my own information.

The staff is always friendly!

The call center is horrible to deal with. The older staff and management at this location is great tho. Waggs is great, Megan is as well.

I was told the Afghan Triangle is a new strain, yowza it's a creeper.

Very minimal wait for my first visit. Quite a product selection, but I had no idea what the product prices were or what was available. Kinda pricey even with my first time patient discount. So far, pleased with Member Berry flower. I noticed that the staff were wearing gloves (and even a face mask when packing pre-orders) but one of the ladies had a horrible cough ( was covering her mouth w/ her arm). just not a great first impression.

This place is my favorite. They’re very professional and helpful but also super nice. A guy named Darin helped me and just made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend

This was my go to dispensary until they told me I was taking any potential profits from them bc I didn’t buy anything that wasn’t on sale at my last visit. That’s funny coming from a multimillion dollar company that for now controls most of the market in FL.

Decent products so far. Different and wider selection than GrowHealthy, although more expensive. Sometimes sales are offered through their text marketing.

After putting in an online order I get to the store where theirs 30 people waiting outside now Mind you my order has been ready but I have to wait in line for over 30 mins to pick up something thing up unacceptable!

I shop at the Trulieve dispensary WPB, 1324 N. Military Trail, WPB, FL 33409. I was helped by Robbie. He provided me with excellent service, had a complete understanding of the product line, and was extremely helpful in my decision making process, His friendly demeanor and understanding nature let me know I was being well taken care of. I consider him the best customer service employee I have encountered there. He deserves every recognition possible. Thank you.

I put in a order a full 12 hours the night before, get multiple confirmations that it’s ready and after a hour of waiting to get in the door I’m told they don’t have my product and literally tried blaming me that I voided my order and placed a new one when you clearly could see that they just over sold 90% of my order and left the one item that’s was left and called it a “new pickup order” wasted half my day and to top it all off the cherry on top is the freaking attitude on the employees, this was the wpb location and my bud tender Darin was just so rude and disrespectful verbatim calling me a liar, to be honest they are probably so defensive because this happens to basically every online order they have and I’m sure they are constantly being told how bad their service and company is but one thing I do know is I will never be back I’ve given this dispensary way to many chances
