Sharon at Trulieve, West Palm, was especially helpful. Took her time, asked me questions about my condition and was very knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend the shop and her!

I hate that you go in and wait and they take you in the order you come in so if you order online you will still wait as if you are a walk in.

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Today I was assisted by Josh T, he was entertaining and enjoyed learning about the various product. Josh T was knowledgeable of his inventory and professional in completing the transaction.

Amazing product and amazing customer service! Everyone was so nice and Antonio was particularly very helpful and kind. Definitely going back and I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Went here today for a quick pick up order and the associate attending to me was Johnnyyy witch was probably about my 3rd time dealing with him he’s honestly the one the best there always supper Friendly with me and gives me great customer service and always gives me His honest opinion when I ask him for recommendations on options of what I should get and most importantly he always gets me in and out of there within a timely manner and if I need to add something to my order it’s never an issue I really appreciate the great customer service I get from him and I look forward to dealing with him again on my next pick up orders in the future.

Great atmosphere, big fan of there flower. They never disappointment me. Morgan helped me out on Sunday ,great customer servers. She goes above & beyond her job to help you out. I got a great deal. & got some flowers I have never had. Love all the flower I bought.Thank You !!!!

The whole process was painless, and I left with a smile on my face. This is a quality, professional dispensary, with friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff!

This place is fantastic! My favorite budtender is Nick! He is so sweet and takes his time in explaining every product, he is very knowledgeable and understanding. I will definitely be back to see him.

I shop at the Trulieve dispensary WPB, 1324 N. Military Trail, WPB, FL 33409. I was helped by Robbie. He provided me with excellent service, had a complete understanding of the product line, and was extremely helpful in my decision making process, His friendly demeanor and understanding nature let me know I was being well taken care of. Xavius was very knowledgeable and very helpful explaining all the different products and helping me choose the best ones for me. I have been to several dispensaries throughout Palm Beach County and I have to say I was very impressed and pleased with the service that I was given by him. Xavius went above and beyond and I will definitely be back!

I was helped by Laborris at the west Palm trulieve location and I was very impressed by Laborris and his courtesy throughout the visit. He went above and beyond to assist me. He was searching the store to better assist me and my order I was placing. He was knowledgeable and very professional as well as friendly. I’m in this location frequently and I highly recommend this location too!!!

The Trulieve manager, Raquel, went far and beyond to accommodate me with the exact product specifically for me with an expedited checkout using their online ordering to reserve and ability to hold my spot in line at the store as I had arrived! Personally I would use the Boynton location instead. Placed a pickup order and arrived at the West Palm Beach location around 2pm. Approached the desk and the security guard just looked at me with a blank stare. Told him I was there for a pickup... his exact response was “ok”. Sat down and a different and very friendly security gentleman called my name. Went on the back and the associate taking care of my order could have cared less. No signature was asked for and basically I just walked out. Front desk representatives were very friendly on the way out. Then I find out that the nasal spray I was previously time would be added to my sublingual order, was in fact subtracted from my inhalation milligrams. Not a good experience. Sorry.

Being a Senior Newbie, I had many questions. My Assistant Brandon gave me various suggestions to my questions. Brandon was patient, kind, helpful and made me feel very comfortable.

Great place! Really nice people and great product! The employees know the products and are able to recommend the proper treatment. Also they have great stock so no problems with inventory. My new favorite dispensary and make sure to get your discount on your first two visits!
