Trulieve - West Palm Beach

I visited this location recently and was not impressed by the selections or lack there of. It is rare I write negative reviews but I was disappointed with my first visit. The same day the store Manager a Mr. Anthony, called to apologize after seeing my review and wanted to fix the situation and he did. Honestly, had he just called to apologize I would have been happy with that. So many times in management it is not what the problem is or was but how you fix it. Mr Anthony, contacted me the same day,apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a credit. That was above & beyond and for that reason I will always go to the west palm beach trulieve location. Thank you Mr. Anthony for your professionalism and kind gesture!!

Great staff. Solid products so far . Way better than Knox. Friendly and your in and out.

Trulieve has always been top quality for hash and flower. a lot of disgruntled/annoyed people always hanging around and people in the reviews complaining too. you have to order online, and CHECK IN online as well. i check in 15 minutes before going and barely ever wait more than 5 mins. also ask for robbie he is the dopest PSR, really knowledgeable, cool dude.

what is the purpose of ordering online for pickup when they text you the order is ready but there's a 45 minute wait once you get there huh ?

Absolutely hate the prices.. lived in Maine and got flower with at least 25% thc for 35 a 1/8.. it’s crazy how they sell the small bud and justify the outrageous price .. do better Florida

Why don’t you update your Boynton Beach location on Leafly? Very disappointing I stopped shopping here because we’re in a pandemic and I don’t want to catch a virus while I’m trying to pick up other medicines for my anxiety and back pain. Please take the time to serve your patience better by updating Leafly. I’d shop weekly if I knew what is available regularly. Very very disappointing someone can’t take a few minutes to update the website.

Barry was excellent. If you want someone knowledgeable who can build a day of treatment tailored to your needs, look no further. 1 visit with him and I was already sleeping better.

Raquel helped me and she is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This past weekend was my 1st visit to any dispensary before and she was willing to spend the extra time to really educate me on all of their products. Also this is the first week in years that I haven't had to take ANY over the counter pain pills, I usually eat Tylenol and Advil like candy. Her suggestions have worked great and I look forward to many more visits.

They don’t have a good selection of concentrates (Shatter, CRMBL, Rosin) they are usually out of stock or only have the same 9lb hammer strain. I don’t like how you can’t look at flower (Bud) before purchase.

Great place but the last few times I went the Pickens were slim to none for flower

The products here are significantly better than the other 2 dispenseraries that I have tried. People are knowledgeable, patient and conscientious. I liked them so much I went back for more. No really, I like their products better than anyone else's that I've tried. The only drawback, as with all of the dispensaries, is that they have limited stock of each item and they don't always have a strain that u want. Unfortunately, that is the case with all of the dispensaries.

Love this Place! Great staff i must say. Liz helped me out today, she is extremely knowledgeable and pointed me to the right product. Really, Liz help me find relief for my pain. Thank you Liz for all of your help! You guys rock!

As a business woman myself I have been impressed with all aspects of Trulieve as a business. Product has been much more reliable than any of the other dispensaries, staff is exemplary -exhibiting knowledge and empathy and store locations have been well placed and designed. The new West Palm Beach location is my new store. Staff member Cristina waited on me yesterday and was wonderful. Thank you Trulieve for setting the bar so high

Great place

Placed order for pick-up and after almost 4hrs ended stopping there thinking maybe they forgot to notify me when ready. Got there and told me my order wasn't ready. They said it would be another 15-20min and after 45min they called me in. Then told me the main product I ordered was out and got some gummies. She said I'll give you 15% off for the trouble, only gave me 10% off... My first and LAST time going there!

I like that I was greeted by a security guard and friendly smiles at the reception area. Also like how helpful my sales woman Morgan was. I have been to this location more than once because I love their customer service and friendliness. Oh! And knowledge of different strains and brands and what they do for pain, insomnia, etc. There was nothing I disliked about this visit. Highly recommend the West Palm Beach location.
