Victor was extremely helpful on 8/28. He knew was patient and answered all of my questions and made suggestions because he listened to my concerns. Great service. My only concern was their system was down and they were writing the orders on paper because there were no stickers to print. The paper needs to be on professional letterhead. It looked like I could have made that sheet myself and written down my own information.

This location is slipping imo..their staff aren’t nearly as friendly as the Boynton Beach location and every time I place a pick up order early in the morning to ensure it’s ready around 6pm when I can get there and I’m always waiting a super long time. 👎🏼

This place needs to get their act together. The online orders never work. There inventory is always a problem. Many times I have stood outside for 40 plus minutes and then when I get inside they are out of everything. Such a shame because the product is good. And most of the people that work there are helpful, but clearly poorly managed.

This place is my favorite. They’re very professional and helpful but also super nice. A guy named Darin helped me and just made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend

Bud is amazing. Giselle and Geremiah took care of me today, both hooking me up with special deals on their minis and talking me through the strains. Their first and second time discounts are AMAZING and the customer service matches. On top of super quality bud this is my go to dispo.

Currently my go to dispensary as they're the only one to carry shatter at the moment. The location is convenient but the product packaging, labeling, and the overall store decor leaves a little something to be desired visually. In the end the staff is helpful and friendly, however I am a little turned off by the fact that they're the only dispensary that has a tip jar on the counter. I've never felt obligated to tip my pharmacist or doctor and I don't see how a medical budtender is any different but hey thats just me.

I like that I was greeted by a security guard and friendly smiles at the reception area. Also like how helpful my sales woman Morgan was. I have been to this location more than once because I love their customer service and friendliness. Oh! And knowledge of different strains and brands and what they do for pain, insomnia, etc. There was nothing I disliked about this visit. Highly recommend the West Palm Beach location.

Stop supporting Sunshine Cannabullies.

This location has more in stock than the Deerfield Beach location. I really did not like the waiting Room. I don't know much about the rest of the staff, but Robert helped me at checkout and I was impressed at how knowledgeable and empathetic he was. He was not overbearing. With a little bit of time at the register, Robert's attentiveness and readiness to help Improved my visit tremendously! and(+$75off $150 first time visit) Thanks Robert A.!!!!!!

Truelieve has had the best and most consistent products in the west palm beach area. I would highly recommend going there as they not only have great products but also some of the best pricing in the area. The staff there too is also very helpful , shout outs to Barry and Robbie. After putting in an online order I get to the store where theirs 30 people waiting outside now Mind you my order has been ready but I have to wait in line for over 30 mins to pick up something thing up unacceptable!

Awful customer service because they don’t take phone calls or update their inventory on Leafly. Always sold out on flower too. They do take returns with is a plus but also frustrating as u have to go back wait again “forever” only to be disappointed again. Not sure what’s up with their flower, but I think it’s hemp not actual “ Mary Jane “. Looks great but doesn’t smell good, tastes awful and I’ve tried many types/strains. Almost zero relaxation or euphoric effects. I brought this up specifically to them because I’ve expressed similar concerns with all of Florida dispensaries. They all say the same things and claim they are the real deal. But when I question smell and taste they never seem to have any real personal experience with their products. Not to mention it’s all extremely over price and you really don’t know what your getting until you get home, as most places don’t let you see or smell the flower. In conclusion I feel extremely disappointed with medical marijuana in this state as a whole. Just another way to lure and scam unsuspecting tourists/future transplants. A very common practice I’ve come to realize after moving here some time ago.
