Trulieve - Ft. Lauderdale

I was helped by this awesome Gentleman Dakota. Extremely knowledgeable very nice , He went out of his way to help me look for what I needed. my good experience with him will have me coming back!!!

Wow.. there is so many good things that can be said about trulieve ft lauderdale. First off, Im proud to support any business that celebrates pride with as much enthusiasm as I do. Love is love and it fills my heart with joy to see such positivity in the world. Every time I go, regardless of who is helping me, I feel truly cared about and the recommendations have been spot on. Evan was the first one to help me and I was an anxious mess. He was so kind and patient with me and helped me get exactly the medication that I needed. I can honestly say it changed my life. Everyone who works here is truly an angel. Thank you so much to Nina, Ammar, Mel, Gio, Anthony, and Tabby as well. I love you all!

If I could rate them 10stars I would, Rudy is such an amazing person to work with, he knows exactly what I'm looking for everytime I go there. He really makes it feel like a family there. I will never go to another location. I actually go once a week just to check on my fort Lauderdale family. Even the front desk staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming. I work as a regional manager and have seen many people come and go in industries like this and I have to admit that they have a very strong team. Thank you guys especially Rudy for making each and every visit better then the last. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

This is my go to, it’s around the corner from my house. Although it’s in second for my favorite dispensaries but but! I will give it this the quality is always on point, and for all purposes medical they always have what you need for your’ ailments. All the tenders are great, the only ones who aren’t so knowledgeable. You’ll notice it’s like there first week, come back in two weeks and there like a professor lol so all around price and quality match up just fine. What more can you ask for.

When I arrived at Trulieve, I was warmly greeted by staff and after presenting my approval email, was escorted into the dispensary and introduced to Tabitha. She gave me a new customer orientation to help me decide which products would accomplish my pain relief. She was focused, professional and engaged me into conversation and helped me allay my fear. I purchased some vaping products by mistake, since I don’t smoke, nor ever have and was able to return some products the next day to exchange and worked with Anthony, another top notch staff member. I already feel ‘almost’ pain free and so happy I have been helped. The Ft Lauderdale location is located in a very tight strip shopping center so be prepared to wait for a parking spot. However, it’s worth it or order online and go for a speedy pickup and not have to wait.

Im picky about my bud tenders and Hurtz is the best! There's a big variety at tru and sometimes it's not what you'd expect. But Hurtz knows the products well, and every recommendation is always quality! He's even searched the whole store for me when I wanted specific strands. Honestly I can't recommend Hurtz enough in a review, he changed my perspective on tru and I shop here avidly. Next time your at tru ft Lauderdale and your not sure what to buy ask for hurtz. I guarentee you'll have a professional experience, and you'll be happy with your product!

Staff.. that’s what differentiates one Trulieve store from another. Lead by store manager Tre up front, overseeing the gang, there are too many good folks to name w/ out lraving multiple out. So other than Tre gotta show love to my guy Dean.. Dean is a man Trulieve needs to focus their attention on retaining long term. Hes someone the company should look at as an asset and ask themselves what they plan to do to keep him. I appreciate him so incredibly much for looking after my elderly mother today - he first day out of bed after her heart surgery last week. They were sold out of the product she wanted and as she was walking out he called her name and she’s been on cloud nine since. Somehow thinks I had something to do with it but I keep telling her it’s just really good people over at that location. So even though the team already knows I got lice for them all there, he handed her a review card so it’s the least I can do after helping my mom out! Thank you all! Blessings 100

A very professionally run dispensary with a courteous and well-informed staff. Dean and Kaitlyn are particularly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The entire staff made the visit easy and pleasurable. Location is easily located and accessible. Highly recommended.

I am new to using medical marijuana and Tyler welcomed me with a smile and helped me understand what I was purchasing. I didn't feel any pressure nor did I feel as if I was getting more product than necessary. I will return to work with him directly in hopes of narrowing down what will work for my needs of relief.

This place is amazing! Got there around 11 and had less than a 3 minute wait. Everyone st the front desk was so helpful and super nice. The back room staff was very welcoming and Aline helped me with my purchase and even gave me some additional information. AND she saved me money!! Love this place!

From simply my first time visit I can say I had a great experience at this location. Although it was busy (which I knew was a good thing) the staff was able to handle everyone efficiently and quickly and keep things flowing smoothly. Tabitha, the nice lady who assisted me asked me if I needed help immediately upon walking in. She made it very easy for me to find what I was looking for and didn’t hesitate to show me every single option I had and even broke down characteristics of each strain. Overall I would definitely go back, as I was also very satisfied with quality of each product I purchased.
