Trulieve - Ft. Lauderdale

I don't like that they advertise the Stardawg flower at 26% and they sold me a 19% and when I go to return it I can't get cash back to shop somewhere else and they don't have anything to replace it with other than the White Buffalo which I've had before and didn't like. So all I'm left with is a $47 credit that I can't use today because none of the locations have flower.

Been coming to this location for almost a year now, and I love it. Always a cool place to be and the staff know what they're talking about. Online ordering is pretty simple and straight forward. This is my go-to.

Outstanding service and phenomenal products! I cannot say enough about Truelieve. They are definitely the BEST out there. I have been to 4 other dispensery companies and no one even compares to Truelieve! This is my favorite location to visit. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable 😁

I would like to compliment Shelby and Darian for their knowledge, professionalism, and great energy. it was my first time meeting them and I have to thank them for the positive experience. This location is often congested , however, I got lucky on this Thursday afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate in returning and asking for either of these individuals.

Trulieve getting 1 star all because of 1 person. JUAN THE SO CALLED “manager” IS THE MOST IGNORANT AND RUDE EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I’ve been coming to the store for over a year and every employee and manager has been fantastic, except for today when I met Juan. I placed an order last Thursday when they were having a sale and they never sent me a completed order text or email, for me to pick up within the 24 hours..I called the mainline, spoke to an operator and they said I would have to go in the store as she sees nothing on her end that would cause them not to fill my order on time. I did that but the sale ended the day before when I should have gotten conf to pick up. it was their mistake they didn’t fill my order , they admitted that but JUAN DECIDED NOT TO honor the DISCOUNT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE COMPANIES MISTAKE. Is this how Trulieve trains their managers to treat customers? He also walked away from me when In the middle of my questions bc he knew he was wrong and was so incredibly rude, even the cashier apologized to me for his behavior. TRULIEVE OWNERS…. Are your managers supposed to treat loyal customers with absolute disrespect? IF ITS THE COMPANY THAT MADE THE MISTAKE SHOULDN'T YOUR MANAGER ACKNOWLEDGE AND FIX IT FOR THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS Or are they instructed to treat us with complete disrespect and ignorance with a response of “oh well” when a mistake is made ? THE “MANAGER” Juan At Trulieve: 40th terrace in ft Lauderdale is ignorant, rude and clueless on customer service. I will be voicing my concerns on all other platforms until someone explains to me how I can be treated with such disrespect .

Always have an awesome experience being greeted by Kareem when walking into Trulieve Ft. Lauderdale. He totally hypes the place up and interacts with everyone. He’s so nice, personable and professional at his job

I would not go here if it wasnt literally the only option near me. Beware of choosing "delivery". I ordered for delivery yesterday morning at 11am. Website stated it would be delivered between 1-7pm. I am injured with a broken ankle so I cannot go pick it up myself. Needless to say, it was never delivered and I didn't even get any sort of email or phone call about it. I finally called the main Trulieve number at 6pm to check on it. They were able to confirm the order had been packed. But I guess getting it out the actual door of the dispensary and into the hands of the patient was too big of a task for them to handle. I'm still waiting for my order 24 hours later. This place is run by children. All you need to do is look around and see that its a bunch of kids in charge. They constantly screw up my online pickup orders and miss items on it. It happens frequently. Then when I go to pick it up they are "out" of that item and I have to choose something else. It also takes them FOREVER to dispense my medication. Even when I am doing Express pick up. They stare at the computer for whats feels like 10 minutes before they start dispensing it. What is the deal??? It is never a quick process. I lived in Arizona and Oregon before Florida. The dispensaries in both of those states are above and beyond better than Trulieve. I hate shopping here. But I need my medicine so I have no choice. :(

From simply my first time visit I can say I had a great experience at this location. Although it was busy (which I knew was a good thing) the staff was able to handle everyone efficiently and quickly and keep things flowing smoothly. Tabitha, the nice lady who assisted me asked me if I needed help immediately upon walking in. She made it very easy for me to find what I was looking for and didn’t hesitate to show me every single option I had and even broke down characteristics of each strain. Overall I would definitely go back, as I was also very satisfied with quality of each product I purchased.

A very professionally run dispensary with a courteous and well-informed staff. Dean and Kaitlyn are particularly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The entire staff made the visit easy and pleasurable. Location is easily located and accessible. Highly recommended.
