They don’t really move you along quickly. Whether you order ahead of time or not, it’s the same level of service which has been very slow the two times I have visited.

They have an awesome selection of different product types & consistently have the best deals in the area. I went earlier this week and Taylor was really helpful, friendly & humorous. I appreciate Trilogy’s efforts to work with the medical community, though the wait can be longer than most dispensaries. The waiting room can be cramped & parking can be a challenge during peak times but the deals & selection are worth it in my opinion.

I love you guys but there were 25 people waiting when I came in today, lined up to check in, poor receptionist was fielding calls and doing her best. I think they need a better check in system, perhaps separate for media and recreational. I see they do prioritize but that’s after checking in…not helpful if I have to wait 30 minutes just to check in, even with preorder.

Overpriced.

Prices alot higher then other dispensary. Service can be slow

Easy access location. Passionate, engaging, and educated staff. Variety of products from flower to patches. I haven’t tried the patch yet, but I’m really looking forward to how it can help the inflammation and pain in my back and sciatic nerve. I really like the atmosphere as well.

The Vibe at trilogy is so just comfortable. The associates are freaking awesome. The employees make you feel like family at trilogy. It's the o ly dispensary I go to right now because the vibe is so great.

I used to frequent Trilogy often until adult use came into effect. The service was soooo bad for medical patients. they have revamped their procedures as far as check in. I will be returning here for the great deals.

I was referred to trilogy by a friend, & we drove all the way from Harford county. The staff is amazing from check in to check out. I even let them know that I would definitely be making the trip down more often! I had a wonderful experience!

I always come here as my go to dispo. Very easy most days getting in and out. Usually a longer wait than most dispensaries but you’re getting deals like crazy and some top tier product. Donna helped me today she was super nice and got me in and out within a couple minutes.

Nice front staff person that greets you a smile and a hearty welcome. This was my second time visiting, each time the young men were very patient, polite and pleasant. Their knowledge of their products was overwhelming. I would recommend Trilogy Wellness in Ellicott City to everyone! 😄
