This was my first time at Trilogy..Walking in felt about the same as most dispensarys. However that is where it ends...Once I was checked in by the very friendly staff at front desk.. I was buzzed into back...Hold on to your hats first time visitors get 25% of everything they purchase. 25%. ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAVE SOME QUALITY PRODUCTS, PLUS THE STAFF IN THE BACK ARE FRIENDLY AS CAN BE AS WELL. NOT like fake friendly..real honest to God friendly. You almost dont want to leave. I had a dispensary I've gotten use to... Well Trilogy blew them right out the water... Get in there and get that discount, plus they have a points card and you can order online, and pick up... ..it can't get any better

This is the second place I been to since getting approved. The budmasters were great. They were able to lead me to the right stuff and explain how to use it.
For newbies, this is the place to go.
I am a medical patient and I used to love this place, but not anymore. They don't prioritize medical patients and the wait time is crazy long! What makes it worse is I have sat there and watched people that have come in AFTER me go back first! So, pre-orders mean nothing, just like medical. I will be avoiding Trilogy and giving my business to Remedy and Curaleaf. The prices aren't as good, but the service at these places are so much better. I will pay more just for that experience.

Trilogy was super welcoming and my first visit went great. I’ll be back!

Shawn was extremely knowledgable and helpful during my first visit. He was familiar with my conditions and provided suggestions based on my symptoms.
Great place, great people, great service, couldn’t ask for more.

real nice the guy Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable
I visit this dispensary often, and I am never disappointed. I have been helped by Shawn and by Adam and they are both very knowledgeable about the products and, like everyone else there, friendly and professional.
No longer worth going to. Wait times are very long. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead of time. Routinely takes 45mins to an hour to pick up an online order.
Oh and tomorrow is 7/1, it’s gonna be ridiculous. I’ve asked about how they are going to handle the new rules and no one knows nor is confident about future plans.
I’ve also witnessed staff and customers have “disagreements” in the waiting room, not a good look.
Time is valuable, very valuable for some who come to you for serious medical reasons. Don’t waste our time. You see dollar signs, we see a ticking clock….

no dislikes..
Literally best dispensary to hit in this area. prices are perfect. Even if you don't agree you'll have the opportunity to catch whatever you want on sale at some point. EVERYTHING goes on sale at some point and it's frequent!! And to top it off, you get loyalty points. Doesn't get any better than that.
45 minute wait to pick up an online order.
I loved my visit David Young He’s the man! He Let me know the best suggestions!
I don't know what happened. This place was my "go to" for a while. The service was great, the atmosphere was great. I would leave and be excited about the deals and how I was treated. I just left and for the third time now they provided me the wrong order after I already paid. Had to go back in and they up-charged me because they messed up the order. As I'm standing inside to get my order fixed, they were ringing out customer orders in the lobby and I'm not sure who the young lady working the window was but I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to be sharing order totals and details loud enough for a whole waiting room to hear. And when the woman made a comment to "announce it to the whole world why don't ya," she kind of smirked it off. Last I checked, medical information on people and their medication is supposed to be private which is not what I witnessed. Maybe google HIPAA Privacy rule and do some employee training. Not sure where the professionalism went but if you go here, please check your orders before paying.
Ever since the place went rec as well as medical the quality of the service as gone downhill. Wait times are crazy. The lobby is jammed packed full of people every time I go now. It’s unfortunate because this place was really great for a medical resource but now I kind of dread needing to go in at this point. They say they have separate queues for medical but I press ‘X’ to doubt because I’m feeling like I’m behind not just medical people but rec as well. I need my medication for my anxiety and my depression and waiting now just makes my conditions worse. I’m extremely anxious before being called in but once I am called the experience is awesome. I haven’t had any issues in that regards and I’m sure it’s a whole process that is going to take time which is why I don’t plan to switch dispensaries but it’s just disheartening. Also need to mention that with the increase in people is the increase in craziness that is the parking lot. Good luck finding a spot if it’s super busy. I don’t even know what they do at that point but it’s a flustercluck with the increase in traffic.

My past visits have been just fine but today was pretty disappointing. the girl at the front was lovely, but the young man that waited on me today, not so much. Before he even has me come back, he just says "40 even." I not only needed to use the atm, but I also had a discount card. So he brings me back, crunches some numbers while he slams down his energy drink and then says "ok, its 30 with the discount ". Still wasn't crazy about his aloof attitude but fine, whatever. I saw they had caviar cones so I was interested on potentially getting one, but once he told me the percentage, I was not interested. Fine, not a problem. I give him my money for the transaction and he then proceeds to hand me my bag and says nothing (no "thank you", no "have a nice day", etc.).
I'm so sorry, but did I interrupt this young man's Red Bull break?? How rude of me!!!
His unprofessionalism and smug, aloof attitude have made me decide to NEVER do business with you all again. If I wanted to deal with someone with an attitude problem, I would've just stayed home! I don't need this from someone I'm spending my hard earned money with. Someone needs to go home and go back to sleep! Very disappointing and I will be sure to share this with all my friends. Fire the attitudinal guy slamming down the red bull and maybe ill come back. This is a dispensary, not a back alley on North ave. I don't need a lot of shit from the business im patronizing. Never again!
As a long time Trilogy customer it pains me to say it, but I don't think I can shop here anymore.
It feels like Trilogy is a victim of their own success, it is quite literally the most painful shopping experience I deal with on any regular basis. At least at a grocery store I can be quick and nimble and get in and out because I know what I want and where it is even if there is a sea of people floundering around. At Trilogy, there is never a time where there isn't a wait, plan to spend at least 30 minutes just waiting around, let alone actually procuring your items. That includes in the early morning hours when it's medical priority because you'll need to show up well before opening time if you want to be at the top of the list to get anything less than a 30 minute wait. It starts to feel a little silly when I have to get somewhere 30 minutes before they open to avoid waiting 30 minutes "in line" after they are open
On top of that, even if you manage to find a time with a short wait, then you might find, as I did on my most recent trip, that the debit card system isn't working AND that you can't actually use your points balance right now because of a bug in the system. I was offered the option to use the ATM to get cash, but of course that came with an additional fee both to Trilogy and the bank for the privilege... no thanks, I'll pass and just find a new dispensary while I'm at it
I can't remember the last time I came here and it wasn't a frustrating and inordinately time consuming experience and that makes me real sad because they used to be literally AMAZING
I've been going to Trilogy for years. Since recreational legalization, the shop has been very chaotic and a sensory hell to any neurodivergent medical patients. The addition of a TV, playing sports, with volume on, and music loud in the lobby, makes checking in very difficult. I couldn't even hear the employee's questions, though I've been enough times is a memorized script at this point.
The back, where patients purchase medicine, has at least ten different checkouts at one big counter, and again, loud music blaring.
Autism is one of the known experiences cannabis helps with, and yet this dispensary has zero ideas of what autistic patients need when shopping for medicine.
Trilogy needs more help. It takes far too long to pick up a pre-order. Going to Curaleaf next time.
