I don’t understand I how I placed a on-line order and receive text my order is ready for pick up. Get to the store within 20 minutes and SIT in waiting room for 30 minutes. Suggestion, there should be one designated person handling on-line orders. Don’t give me that BS that medical users gets first priority. You had at least five people in the back

I drive 40 minutes here when there are plenty of other dispensaries 20 minutes away due to their consistently top-notch strains. Even their low THCa strains have blasted me out of the park due to the strains Terpenes. Their 16.34% cosmic glue hit me harder and knocked me out quicker than the 23% THCa Northern Lights I had All the staff are super friendly, they've helped me discover some of my favorite strains, and Trilogy is always hooking people up with flash sales of good bud, not the crappy stuff there trying to offload like other companies.

David Young should be recognized. He's been the budtender for me the last 4 times I've been to the shop. He is intentionally smiling, upbeat, polite, and enjoys serving others. He is perfect for the job and it makes a big difference in our experience at the shop. Yesterday, he searched the back stock room for something I wanted that wasn't on the floor. That's the spirit! I want to thank David for serving us with enthusiasm I hope he gets a raise!

Everything about this dispensary is great. The deals, the rewards points, the stafff, the hours of operation, the vibes, the selection. You name it. They do it 10/10. Would recommend.

I use to shop here religiously but not only does it seem to take forever no matter when I go, they changed the loyalty program now you have to spend more points and get less product. That paired with a few others has made me decide to go else where. And I’ve found a better place right up the road with cheaper pricing and better deals!

This was my first Maryland dispensary experience after just receiving my medical card. I am no stranger to cannabis, but I realized I really don't know much about it! Paul was extremely knowledgeable. He used his trained/work experience and his personal experience in helping me find a good strain. I suffer from panic attacks and certain strains can enhance anxiety (I didn't know that was a thing either!). He listened to my symptoms and doctors recommendations and sent me home with great products, flower and pre-rolls! He also recommended a great head shop to me as well. I learned a lot from Paul in a short time! When you walk in the place smells AMAZING, very clean, comfortable, modern and aesthetically pleasing. The entire office staff was very friendly and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I also like that they offer workshops. II would definitely recommend Trilogy Wellness to friends and family based off the selection and atmosphere! And I will definitely be back! :)

Superb service, with new rules although I’m only 69 I am infirm enough to not be able to walk without at least my walker, friendly staff, knowledge staff, cute girl with fabulous nails and eyelashes (just couldn’t figure how to apply) and balding blond in my old lady mind is a hottie.

Terrible dispensary. I placed an order one morning, received a text the order was ready, went to pick it up and one of the products would not scan, so the bud tender (and manager) said I couldn’t have it. I have emailed the dispensary, AND emailed the CEO several times. NO RESPONSE. Terrible service, awful customer service, and no response. Will not buy ANYTHING here again and you shouldn’t either.

I placed an online order. The waiting room was full and I was 10th in line and I was out within 20 min. Everyone is friendly, nice, and professional.

Told me the wait was 22 min and had me waiting for 45 min when half the employees were just sitting around talking doing nothing. Y’all have the best flower but slowest service

I ordered online to save time and when I went to curbside pickup I was told since I am not a medical patient I have to come inside. Once I get inside I have to sit & wait my turn. When I go back and express my disappointment about the situation and said that the information about curbside was not on the ebsite, the cashier gets a attitude & said yes it is. I said I ordered online to save time so what was the point if I had to wait. I was told in not a nice tone that it was to reserve the product. I replied I did not care about that. Curbside service should be offered to everyone & if you have to go inside there should be one person giving out online orders instead of people having to wait. Terrible service & not good customer service.

Terrible service! Always issues with their check in system. Hit and miss customer service. Changed their charging system three times in less than two months causing fraud concerns and issues with personal accounts. Unprofessional approach to addressing their screw ups.. funny they have been in business for longer than most dispensaries, but still can’t achieve efficiency and quality service. Take some lessons from Zen leaf and Remedy.. well oiled machines. This medical professional with her 7 Oz allotment will not be back or recommend this $h!t hole ever again. Do better for your remaining customers, it’s embarrassing

Was a first time customer today & the establishment was WONDERFUL !! Shout out to Dave for knowing the answers to our questions , providing recommendations & getting us the best deal ! Will be a returning customer , for sure !

Timing is everything here. They can be extremely busy and wait times are very long, but if the lot is empty your in and out. I am recreational so understand about medical being seen first.

Trilogy needs more help. It takes far too long to pick up a pre-order. Going to Curaleaf next time.

My past visits have been just fine but today was pretty disappointing. the girl at the front was lovely, but the young man that waited on me today, not so much. Before he even has me come back, he just says "40 even." I not only needed to use the atm, but I also had a discount card. So he brings me back, crunches some numbers while he slams down his energy drink and then says "ok, its 30 with the discount ". Still wasn't crazy about his aloof attitude but fine, whatever. I saw they had caviar cones so I was interested on potentially getting one, but once he told me the percentage, I was not interested. Fine, not a problem. I give him my money for the transaction and he then proceeds to hand me my bag and says nothing (no "thank you", no "have a nice day", etc.). I'm so sorry, but did I interrupt this young man's Red Bull break?? How rude of me!!! His unprofessionalism and smug, aloof attitude have made me decide to NEVER do business with you all again. If I wanted to deal with someone with an attitude problem, I would've just stayed home! I don't need this from someone I'm spending my hard earned money with. Someone needs to go home and go back to sleep! Very disappointing and I will be sure to share this with all my friends. Fire the attitudinal guy slamming down the red bull and maybe ill come back. This is a dispensary, not a back alley on North ave. I don't need a lot of shit from the business im patronizing. Never again!

As a long time Trilogy customer it pains me to say it, but I don't think I can shop here anymore. It feels like Trilogy is a victim of their own success, it is quite literally the most painful shopping experience I deal with on any regular basis. At least at a grocery store I can be quick and nimble and get in and out because I know what I want and where it is even if there is a sea of people floundering around. At Trilogy, there is never a time where there isn't a wait, plan to spend at least 30 minutes just waiting around, let alone actually procuring your items. That includes in the early morning hours when it's medical priority because you'll need to show up well before opening time if you want to be at the top of the list to get anything less than a 30 minute wait. It starts to feel a little silly when I have to get somewhere 30 minutes before they open to avoid waiting 30 minutes "in line" after they are open On top of that, even if you manage to find a time with a short wait, then you might find, as I did on my most recent trip, that the debit card system isn't working AND that you can't actually use your points balance right now because of a bug in the system. I was offered the option to use the ATM to get cash, but of course that came with an additional fee both to Trilogy and the bank for the privilege... no thanks, I'll pass and just find a new dispensary while I'm at it I can't remember the last time I came here and it wasn't a frustrating and inordinately time consuming experience and that makes me real sad because they used to be literally AMAZING

I've been going to Trilogy for years. Since recreational legalization, the shop has been very chaotic and a sensory hell to any neurodivergent medical patients. The addition of a TV, playing sports, with volume on, and music loud in the lobby, makes checking in very difficult. I couldn't even hear the employee's questions, though I've been enough times is a memorized script at this point. The back, where patients purchase medicine, has at least ten different checkouts at one big counter, and again, loud music blaring. Autism is one of the known experiences cannabis helps with, and yet this dispensary has zero ideas of what autistic patients need when shopping for medicine.

Did a preorder and receive notification my order was ready for pick up. Waited an additional 45 mins and when I was called back my order was not ready. Very disappointed in service for medical patient. .

This place is the best dispensery in Ellicott City! D.Y. ( ONE OF THE DAVE'S) is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and personable. All the staff that I have connected with are just wonderful. I never feel rushed when I have questions regardless of the lobby wait. The products that I purchase are always high quality. I also LOVE that medical patients get to go first. Thank you Trilogy Wellness for putting your medical patients first. It is much appreciated. This is the only dispensery you need!
