I had to wait for 20mins for someone to service me today when I was picking up curb side. Isn’t the whole point of curbside is that it’s fast? Because the whole process took over half an hour I was late for work. I don’t blame remedy for making me late, because that was my ill-planned timing. But I do blame them for not living up to the great expectation I had from this store.
I’m not sure what their process is but this is the slowest dispensary I have been to. I’ve tried the express pick up (which meant nothing), ordering online and shopping in store. It takes long whether is 1 person or 8 people in front of you. The only reason I go every now and then is for the deals. I’d rather go to Remedy or Curaleaf
