Most importantly, they have a very amazing and friendly staff. Secondly, the facility is very nice and inviting. The menu is limited, but that's just how it is at the moment. I'm otherwise very impressed with The Botanist and have been very happy with their product and service! I do wish they would put their menu online, it would save much time at the location.

Great service. 1st time customer and was in and out in 20 min. Staff was excellent and advised what strains were best for my condition. Location was very clean and comfortable. Product was good quality. Definitely coming back.

love the botanist. worked with Brian and he was amazingly spunky, informative, patient and happy to help. looove lakeshore dream for daytime use. I am trying yellow springs kush right now(shout out to my homies at Antioch)and so far so good. will go back to the botanist again and again.

Great staff and they quickly get you in and out. However, their menu strains are fairly old and harvested months ago! New menu items are strains already recycled through other dispensories. I would love to see them get strains first instead of last!

Loved the professionalism and help. They took their time discussing my ailments to help me decide what strains would work best for my needs.

Very professional. Very nice back room. I believe it’s priced fairly and so far the three times I’ve been there they’ve had exactly what I’ve wanted. Everyone that’s helped me has been very educated and informative.

When are you going to have a variety of products available? The dried flowers and vaping just not my cup of relief. Have been there twice, but probably won't be back until there is a more comprehensive menu. Drops would be nice. ))

I like going here. Very in and out process.

I worked with Bryan. He was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I had lots of questions about the products, strains and delivery methods, but he was great each step of the way. Quality product, priced slightly high, but very effective. I have been to a few others, and this was my favorite.

Updated review. I did one of the first reviews on this place shortly after they opened. As with many of the dispensaries in Ohio, the prices are coming down quickly. They also seem to be offering many more specials. Staff is knowledgeable. Parking lot needs some work though. Big pot holes, limited parking. Waiting area is a bit cramped.

I purchased 4 vape cartridges and topical cream today. This was my 1st time purchasing at The Botanist. I opened 1 cartridge to find that it’s less than half filled. It was Purple Punch Birthday Cake. To say I’m not a very happy customer is an understatement. I’m thankful I read up on what products I wanted because no one was very informative on products for specific medical issues. I’ll hope that the other cartridges are filled. I think next time I’ll go to another dispensary.
