The Novel Tree - Bellevue

I'm a noob and went to TNT not knowing what to expect. I walked in and started explaining I was a noob, what I was looking for, what I'd tried, what I didn't like about things I'd tried etc. The guy told me he was sure 'they could help, but he was the guy that checked ID :) After checking my ID, he directed me to the counter where I was helped by another patient, friendly guy. I went thru my spiel again and he asked me more questions to narrow in on what I was looking for. He recommended a couple of strains, but then kind of pulled them back and recommended a lighter strain based on my noob-ness. I really appreciated that, since I didn't want to get knocked on my ass, I wanted to ease my way in. Well, I'll say that the strain he recommended was great for me. He even answered my stupid questions about how to partake properly with the gear I was going to use. Overall a great experience!

It's a great place to get your recreational smoke from. I'm returning to smoking after being off about 10 years and the staff here is great. John took the time to help me get set up with everything I needed. He was even able to help me get the right strain ( Blueberry Trainwreck) for the type of high I wanted. If you're looking to get back into smoking, head to The Novel Tree and you won't be disappointed!

Great customer service & knowledge from the employees at Novel Tree. Plus they have a bulk menu which is great. This shop has more larger quantity packages than other shops, & their prices are very competitive.

After going to shops in Denver, CO I found The Novel Tree to be the perfect shop for me here in the NW. The security is pleasant and will keep you company while you wait. Wait times have always been under 5 minutes for me. Very knowledgeable staff, exceptional product and competitive pricing ensures I will keep coming back. If you want a laid back and casual experience then definitely try this place out.

I've been checking out a variety of recreational stores in the area. Novel Tree wasn't my first, but it remains my favorite. Prices are fair, glass is beautiful, a ton of strain information is provided, specials are good, and budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable.

I visited a majority of the rec stores around seattle and the eastside and if you are on the eastside this is your best bet. Only place I have seen that as realistic prices on BHO.

I've been to this shop about ten times now and the quality and prices are consistently the best around. The budtenders are always friendly and knowledgable. No one is ever rude or impatient. The menu is easily accessible. Very professional environment. Happy to be a regular customer and I recommend this place to every smoker I come across because you just can't do better.

I've been up in the Eastside area for a little while and just found out these guys opened a few months ago around the corner. They've been wonderful so far. The price, quality, and selection is great. They manage to make it all work when its still so new and hard. Top shelf strains at reasonable prices that are regularly availaible. The staff is great and will help you find something you like no matter what sort of experience you have.

I was a little nervous about going into a dispensary. I chose this location based on reviews and the advice was correct. The people are professional, pleasant and helpful. Their products are great and the options are numerous. I felt at ease and like a normal consumer in any other retail store almost immediately. I will definitely be going back.

This place has a calm atmosphere, there is no waiting for a security guard to let you inside the door. This is the only recreational place that I have seen thus far that have prices clearly marked for there products online. I see specials and discounts almost everyday at this place. I highly recommend this place and it is the only place I go to for Bud.

I frickin' love this place. Every time I have visitors, I take them here. It's lit up, looks nice and I never feel rushed. I have brought total newbies and longtime smokers and the budtenders have always been amazing and friendly and welcoming. If you're nervous, go here and the budtender will be helpful and not gate-keeper. There's always great glassware to check out and I love their coasters and lighters. Good frequent buyer program and I like their variety of deals. My favorite dispensary!
