The Novel Tree - Bellevue

Sold me a broken vape pen and wouldn’t work with me to refund or at least replace it. They even tried and confirmed and “said oh that’s weird”. Front desk was friendly, manager was not at all. Have had no issues everywhere else. Will not and haven’t been back since.

Some products are advertised as grams but you have to buy 4. In store I was given hugely inaccurate information straight from the owner regarding the quality of a Chocolope strain they carry of one grower VS another. I gambled and bought the 4 gram pack and lost.

This place was awesome, until I walked in. Wasnt what I saw from the pictures. Dont get me wrong its not bad just didnt like the person behind the counter, she gave me the "I dont want to be here look" I know its been a long day, and Im new to Bellevue but your on the job. Beside that great product, good selection was high! Im visiting all the stores in Bellevue so im might come back if I dont like the others. Cheers

Nice store. But don't like the setup. I prefer to browse as opposed to picking off a menu. The selection is OK, they seem like more of a glass shop. Most of the staff is nice though.

There are two parts to this business- the medical side was closed when I arrived but the rec side had an excellent budtender, Eric C. He gave me excellent advice and helped me pick the right products for my symptoms. Thank you for the kind and knowledgeable service. This is what a cannabis shop should be like.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and never hesitate to recommend different strains to try. Plus the place is next to a taco truck, which is a perk.

The Novel Tree is my dispensary of choice. The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is great. Flower selection ranges from trim to top shelf, and there is a similar range in edibles, cartridges and extracts. You can find some of the best cannabis on the West Coast here. And their loyalty program is a huge bonus!

Thoughtfully design space with very knowledgeable and friendly staff to welcome you in and take care of your cannabis needs. The most important thing to me when purchasing these medicines is a great selection of sustainably/organic, outdoor/full sun, and lower THC percentage options. They’ve got you covered in this arena. Often an organization succeeds based upon the performance, knowledge, effort, and wisdom of one or two key individuals. Without these key individual participants, the organization would likely and very simply drift into obscurity along with the hundreds of others. Matt Kovarsky overwhelmingly made Novel Tree the place of choice of hundreds of medical and recreational users in the greater Seattle area. We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?
