The Novel Tree - Bellevue

After waiting over thirty years to try marijuana, both my wife and I decided that as we live in a legal state, we should finally give it a try. One of my main interests in using cannabis was for my chronic pain and anxiety, which I thought might be aided by the use of CBD strains, and The Novel Tree is one dispensary that seems to consistently carry them. My wife and I were extremely apprehensive about our first time going to a shop, but all of that melted away from the firs minute we walked into the shop. The Novel Tree is a beautiful store, thoughtfully arranged, and staffed by very friendly, kind people who made us feel welcome, which was very much appreciated by us as first time buyers. I particularly enjoy the fact that this felt like a store where older consumers wouldn't feel out of place. It felt comfortable and professional and not like walking into a college dorm room. We've been twice now, and this shop is already at the top of our list even though we have several in walking distance from us in Seattle. It was an amazing experience and I recommend it highly for everyone, but especially older first timers who are nervous about visiting a shop for the first time.

I love the novel tree. It's really pretty inside, they have a great selection including really awesome glass that's not overpriced. The guy helping me was really great too!

If you live in WA and want to expirience the way recretional cannabis should be, then swing by the novel tree and grab some goodies. The atmosphere is laid back and so northwest. They have some awesome glasswork to look at while you wait for your budtender. I have been here three times and all 3 budtenders were welcoming, attentive, and knowledgable. They never rush you (theres alot to look at!) and will always answer your questions. Try some of raven grass farms flowers for a top-shelf expierience. The prices are the best around without any difference in quality. I recomend the novel tree to everyone and hope you go check them out soon!

If you enjoy the Devil's Cabbage, this is the retail shop for you. A wide variety at extremely reasonable prices (check this out for yourself online). They also have Happy Hour prices and various specials. I was in there yesterday to pick up an eighth of White Fire Alien, a most excellent hybrid leaning towards indica from Raven Grass (you guys rock) with 24.4% THCA and 0.11% CBD, and they had a special where I added a gram of Dutch Treat (also from Raven Grass) for $5! All told, averaged around $12.50/g for legal premium weed. The shop is very nice and brightly lit, with a selection of high-quality accessories. The greeter and budtenders are very knowledgeable and, I have to say, charming. Pardon the cliché, but totally awesome!! Worth driving to even if you don't live on the eastside...

Been going here for quite some time. Truly amazing staff, supplies and accessories. By far my top pick in Seattle dispensaries, even more so now that they expanded their parking a bit.

been coming to this store for about a year and now it's the only store i visit. the bud tenders always take time to answer any questions i have, or go over the new product. cool glass and accessories, beautiful shop. they can always find something awesome to fit my budget.

Enjoyed my first visit... caught them right before closing but they welcomed us in. Nice setup. Was showing a visiting friend around... the staff was patient and helpful. Will definitely return and get to know staff and products better. Am glad they are here.

First time in a legal shop. Everyone was incredibly helpful and super friendly. They were able to give me reviews of products I was interested in, and they seemed to really enjoy simply talking about different kinds of cannabis. They have printed menus at several different tables in the shop, but the folks at the counter are more fun to talk to. They have a large selection (not sure how it compares to other shops) and the prices were as I expected them to be. I'm super excited to try the small batch cannabis elixirs I bought. Next time, I'm going to get some of those zoot drops. Definitely going back to this shop because the staff was so awesome!

Very impressed! They are certainly adding a much needed touch of class to a new industry without inflated pricing. Finally someone is doing it right! Spoke at length with two of the budtenders on staff, both very knowledgable. I was very happy that they seem to focus on where and how the bud was grown rather than straight THC content. Some of us out there actually do care about that stuff! I will usually choose organic over synthetic ferts any day so the Antoine Creek was an easy choice for me. Also, can I just say... GLASS. They have some amazing pieces there! Will certainly be coming here again even though I live in Renton!

Just checked this place out. I have been Cannabis City and Green Theory and this is the best by far!. It has an awesome layout and selection at the most competitive prices. The blown glass stuff is great and so are the specials on Leafly.

Gorgeous, classy place! Knowledgable staff, excellent selection, and the prices were better than any other places in the area. Really cool and unique glass art as well. Krakens!!Dragons!! Will definitely be back, and often :)

So far THE BEST experience I have had at a recreational marijuana store and I have visited all of them. I picked up some zoots, a JuJu joint and some fantastic Purple Kush which gave me a very relaxing and powerful body stone, just amazing for after work and on into the night. Will be back again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

From my experience, NT has more variety when it comes to strains, in the sense that there are more strains tailored to each individuals preferences. I myself am someone who prefers an indica but with a lot of selection I had trouble making my decision. Plus entire staff was incredibly helpful during the process of registering my medical paper-work

This place is awesome. Upon being greeted the security professional will show you some menus and chat with you making you feel incredibly comfortable. Once at the counter you meet great friendly people who are more than ready to educate you on any of their products. I am excited to watch Novel Tree grow.

Nicest shop around! Its also really nice to see prices more on par with the rest of the state unlike the majority of other shops in this area. If you want the experience of an art gallery with friendly service and great selection of both high and low priced glass along side a killer selection of bud and treats give these guys a try.

Every time, without question, the staff has been amazingly helpful, friendly, fun, and informative. Well informed on medical means I can get what I need not just what a kid behind the desk wants to sell. LOVE THESE GUYS.

This location is a bit out of the way for me, but is still my preferred location. Staff is very friendly, and the recommendations are spot on based on what I'd like to try for the first time, or how I'd like to feel. The glass artwork is fun to look at as well. Keep up the good work!
