The Mint Cannabis - Tempe

It was very busy, waited 20 minutes to get in the back only to be stuck in line for another 40 minutes. I personally won't go back. Quality was good, didn't blow me away but good. What got me was that they don't include tax in the price, ok but name brand items are priced the same as other places and tax is not added yet. Don't go for concentrates cartridges or anything like that you will pay more. Flower prices were normal after tax.

Well again Mint shows why CS is so important, after calling to verify Venom deal travel to Mint to be told its not a deal today. Wow ok. Last week Mint would not honor the $50 Bogo card, its their card. You spend $50 and get a mark off. Full it up and get a slab Bogo. But guess what they don't have slabs. So you make a Bogo card for a product you dont have. Last week she, Zamy, tried to cover with 7 wtf grams for 85. More then its suppose to be, but guess what they are out of venom, so let's punish your customers for your issues. Then after telling me this I go checkout,cashier needs her approval, goes to get it and Zamy raises the price 15. I go back to her and she says yea sorry forgot to tell you. Back to this week. They have venom but are not honoring the deal. Aviod this place like the plague. Past review: Sadly after a year of great service, one sour mornings attempt to speak with a manager left me avoiding this place. 1st call, put on 15 min hold, tried again, 2nd call, asked to tell why I needed to speak with a manager, after issue with service was not enough info. 3rd call told would be placed on short hold, 20 mins later, tried again, 4th call Vince was put on and told me to tell him our I would be place on long hold again and each time till I told them why I wanted to speak to a manager, classy move. 5th call Tried again, this time when asked for a manager, Vince just hung up, then on next call claimed I hung up on him. 6th attempt, placed on another hold.... This is how you treat a 2 time a week patient that has been shopping here for over a year, thank you. Will not be back.

I bought what was supposed to be top shelf and what I got was old dry weed that crumbled into dust with no smell or taste. When u buy top shelf u expect good flower not dust. When I called to complain they basically told me fu*k off and that they do NOT stand behind their product.

How could you stop online ordering? Do you realize you are THE ONLY dispensary to go backwards during this time. WTF is wrong with you all?!?!?!

won't return until they offer pick up again. only dispensary in town to discontinue online ordering, instead of encouraging it as the other dispensaries are. clearly, mint only care about one thing, and it's not the patients. you all should be ashamed. smh.

I've been goin to mint a long time I've spent well over 1000 Bucks and ive gotten Great deals on my points but of late I feel like there quality has gone down hill a bit especially the staff experience. For instance i got an email saying if i go in today ill get a free preroll after i had already been there and left so how come the budtender didn't mention it? also they started doing the punch system again and i was totally oblivious to it and i actually was the one who asked about it and she was like o yea. Seriously? Kinda makes me not want go back but i like it there they just need to up there experience and get better fire on the $25 1/8 cause the choices got a little wack.

Called to ask about their menu and the receptionist hung up the phone. Why would I want to come in and shop if you guys can’t even answer a question. I’ll let the owner know.

Worst dispensary ever. I waited patiently for 30 mins just to be rushed so they could get my money... even the manager was rude to me an my wife...I will be telling everyone to stay away from mint dispensary....

Who grows your bud? We are just supposed to accept whatever no name crap you put on the shelf? I get it. Wouldn't waste my time on a store that peels the labels off their products. Why would you shop at a dispensary who withholds the brand of the weed? You think the strain name on the jar is going to entice me? I've been lied to be every jar label in AZ so far! It must all be the same grower, working for Marlboro to kill the standards of natural Cannabis. Your bud tastes like plastic last time i tried it. Is it too much to ask that you tell me who grew it so i dont have to leave reviews making you realize how cryptic this crooked industry is? No transparency! (other than your cross dressing fathers! )

very nice and friendly staff, great location. I just received my card Saturday, and they are the first dispensary i ever went to,and i wasnt disappointed, i bought .5 gram of some terp sauce, and .5 of some shatter and it was superb, and for first time patients when u buy a gram of concentrates, gets a free glass rig, cant beat that, I forgot my bud tenders name but she had long dark hair super friendly, and knowledgeable,will definitely be going back again.... and again..... and again

I love the mint so much I haven't been to another dispensary since going there. they always have great strains to choose from and their concentrates are the best! I've never left there without a smile on my face.

I walked in and right away Edwin helped me he gave me great customer service showing me all the products Mint offers. Edwin had patience for me which I appreciate because I had a lot of questions about liquid medication he answered all my questions and offered me education. It was a wonderful experience. The flower he recommended was delicious I felt great. This was a great experience and I love my new free pipe.

Not too many options here , the flower and concentrates look subpar . Dont listen to the hype people , could get better meds for the same price

the new patient info needs updating. please post the thc/cbd % on strains. the budtender was nice, but replying 'it's a hybrid' when asked if S or I dominant is worthless info. the budtenders need more education, they shouldn't just give me a blank stare when I ask how much cbd is in strain...

I got lucky, This was the first dispensary I ever went to. I walked in and the staff is friendly, the service fast and efficient, and the vast array of products can take care of anyone's needs. I've been to other dispensaries closer to my home expecting the same level of service and staff, only to find out I definitely got it right the first time. It's for sure worth the drive. I was an alcoholic for 10 years and got cancer that grows out of my nerves, I couldn't drink anymore and needed something to deal with the pain, I was never really a stoner, I was around it but never really partook because I was a drinker. I've never felt better and the staff here helped me from finding the right strains to manage my pain and keep me grounded to trying out syrups mixed with non-alcoholic beer just to alleviate some of my social awkwardness. I've never had a bad experience here but I got shout out to Tom and Peter, these guys are the exact people you wanna buy weed from. They really take a sincere approach to the medical side, they're attentive and you get the feeling their right by your side for anything new. It's always nice to feel like a friend
