First time at this location. Smh. Where do I begin? I pretty much called ahead of time to check my points(they say they don't do). Told I had $20.00 . I asked verbally if I had to buy anything to use them because I'm broke. They said with no hesitation yes I could use them and to "come on in" and I didn't have to purchase anything. So of course it never fails, and when I get there and waste my gas they play the BLAME GAME AGAINST EACH OTHER. "The people up front don't know what they talking about". Then the people up front , " No u can use them". It's very frustrating and annoying being told different things. Nevertheless the MANAGERS STICK TOGETHER AND ARE VERY RUDE. I COULDN'T Explain myself without the manager Taken things personally. I wouldn't Recommend this place to anyone at all. Even the security guards were rude to the point he thought he had to touch my Arm, when I'm already Willing Leaving out. I was treated with such disrespect and they didn't take me serious at all and laugh in my face. At the end, I was right and was able to use my points, after a yelling match.FYI get rid of the phone system if everything that's given on the phone is wrong information. Thanks for honoring Yawl mistake. NEXT TIME STAY OUTTA MY FACE. COVID is real.

You guys have become one of the worst dispensary experiences for a medical patient ever since legalization.. ever since you ditched your medical license to Mesa (location is awesome) and NOW the mint has updated the website which doesn’t work correctly, you then tell patrons to use the app which also doesn’t work correctly AND the app now straight up tells me “ The Mint - Tempe does not offer medical orders at this time“ when I try to order I was promised something free when I first complained about all of this after the medical license was ditched and I was upset I couldn’t get edibles over 100mg anymore… that never came to be, shocker. & now the Mint IG seemingly doesn’t exist anymore (or I was blocked) Being open 24hr which is a huge convenience and help to so many people is awesome, but that’s about where my praise ends… Oh and the budtender Samantha, she’s awesome. Used to be my favorite spot and it wasn’t solely because of the pizza

Jacob the security guard is awesome and friendly! Keep him around! Also I love this dispo! Half oz are the way to go!

Hey so I came in to mint at 530 am and the manager Sophie I believe did the absolute best job I could’ve asked for. I’m not sure I’ve ever actually left a review but this service was well worth it!!

Great service and the convenience is the best . 24 hours even on holidays is nice 👍
