I don't know what to think here. I placed an online order, on pickup, cashier said I got 2 free pre rolls. While he was ringing me up, we were chatting. I left and when I checked my receipt, he had given me 5 pre rolls AND charged me for a BOGO free roll deal. So I spent $12 more than planned on product I hadn't researched. I'm particular about the strains I smoke. Freebies are one thing...adding to my bill is another. How many times does he do this to unsuspecting customers? I don't want to pay for pre rolls randomly pulled by the cashier. This is a bad practice.....speak to the cashiers about this! I will think twice before coming back here. First time here under Story cannabis name.

This is my go-to place these days, even tho other dispensaries are closer. Great BOGO deals and super nice folks. It was 115 or so yesterday and the host at the door was fantastic getting folks in and out of the heat. much appreciated. Jalen was helpful and funny. I've never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend to first timers and old.

the new patient info needs updating. please post the thc/cbd % on strains. the budtender was nice, but replying 'it's a hybrid' when asked if S or I dominant is worthless info. the budtenders need more education, they shouldn't just give me a blank stare when I ask how much cbd is in strain...
