I've been to this dispensary multiple times. And I got to say they have the best staff in the valley. Very very very helpful in making sure u get the right meds for u. And I've seen some best bud here that I've seen at any dispensary there top shelf is good as any top shelf in the valley. I usually only get top shelf too. I like the good stuff. This place and gta are my favorite in the valley.

This place is awesome. They always have a good amount of strains on hand and the service is always fast and friendly. Great deals as well. Hands down dopest dope I've ever smoked.

This place is really top shelf in every way. It's obvious that they are catering to people from Scottsdale and the price bracket that accompanies that demographic. The meds are top shelf quality, but the prices are ABSOLUTELY ridiculous unless you buy a happy hour strain. $65/eighth is way too steep for me. Won't be coming back unless I win the lotto.

You have a prime location. You have some kind of a monopoly because of the zoning restrictions. You were better when you opened, but greed quickly took over. You sell a lot of in-house strains nobody ever heard about (things you probably quickly grow yourself). Your prices are extremely high, and as all dispensaries in the valley somehow you had your credit machine broken, and then just switched to debit or cash only. Yes, it has been a while since anyone in the valley accepted credit cards. Btw what is up with that? Wasn't it one of the requirements to have a dispensary opened? You had to accept credit cards... If your business is legal and you pay taxes on everything, why don't you accept credit cards? (I am not implying anything, just asking). You are losing on fees credit cards charge? No problem -- make your clients pay 2% extra for all credit card transactions, but give them that choice. Do you even care about your patients or your only purpose is to make a lot of money? I heard many times how you promoted edibles to elderly people without even giving them any kind of a warning. Edibles are not for everyone! You cannot sell them as regular cookies. Everybody reacts differently to them. Anyway, enjoy your rich clients who come to you because of your location. If not for them, you would be struggling at this point. We are trying to avoid big pharma pricy meds by going a natural way, but you guys are quickly turning into another bad guy I do not want to deal with or give my money to. Prices in AZ for Medical marijuana are extremely high!

I’ve been to the shop a few times and everyone is cool but for me RACHEL is the BEST!!!! Not only does she have a STELLAR VIBE but she’s super friendly, very knowledgeable & just a genuine person. Came here and got a half OZ of Blueberry Kush for $60! Not mad about that. Also got a gram of wedding cake sauce for 50% off. The reviews on here sound like the epitome of entitled Scottsdale people, the place is fine. They have a variety of expensive flower, and then they have some cheapy flower for people like me. My favorite part of their new space is that I didn’t have to wait in that dinky waiting room, jut got to go right in.

Love the budtenders here. Good selection on edibles. Not crazy about the flower. It’s pretty dry and not super potent. I got an 1/8 that did nothing for me. Pretty disappointing.

I was very please with the cleanliness of the facility. The service was quick and information was plenty. I found the product to be of high quality which offset the cost which is more then I usually purchase. Overall great experience.

Being a first time user I was a little nervous on my visit to Monarch. Monarch is located in an area of upscale offices and has ample parking off the street. I was greeted at the desk and was referred to Jane, a highly knowledgeable and caring individual, who painstakedly went over my case and advised me as to the strains that would be most effective. I was referred to the dispensary where I had additional questions answered and my order processed. I can't comment on who the best dispensaries are but Monarch is convenient and has given me all indications that they are a quality operation...so they are No.1 for me.

Monarch is clean, modern, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. Their product is top notch, and their staff is friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. This was the first dispensary I've been to, and I don't see myself going anywhere else!

This is hands down the most professional state licensed dispensary I have been to not even in Arizona but our neighboring states as well, the meds, to perfection, the service, near ridiculous they were true connoisseur's. This was an amazing find for myself and the last thing I would do is not share it with anyone and everyone in the community.

I have been a regular customer at two other state-licensed dispensaries but their inconsistent quality drove me to finally try the dispensary that had been tantalizing me for some time with the THC counts for their various strains that were listed on this site (LOVE the listing of the THC counts, btw!). I traveled to Monarch last week and purchased some Classic OG, Tahoe OG, and Platinum Girl Scout Cookies. I can honestly say that EACH of those strains was superior to ANY strain that I have ever purchased elsewhere! Also, as has been previously mentioned: the people working there are all very friendly and customer-service oriented, and the facility is modern and clean. Monarch has just become my new "Go-To" dispensary!

Monarch is THE place to go for all your meds! They have got one of the biggest top quality selections of medicine for very reasonable prices! Alll the staff members are always happy to see you and help you out. Every time I have gone in a worker named Brandon has helped me out on informing what strains I will need for my specific problems, this guy really knows his stuff!!!!

This was the first dispensary I went to when I received my card. I will never have to go to a different one. It's very clean and the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Great specials and nice variety. Miles helped me and he was professional and answered all of my questions easily. I'll be back soon!

Used to be my go to shop back in the day. First time going back in awhile. Really disappointed with the service and quality of meds I received. Bud tender was not very knowledgeable about the products and the herb I got was pretty dry and didn't have much flavor.
