The Mint Cannabis - Scottsdale

This used to be my favorite dispensary. MedMen have completely ruined what used to be a very zen location. Prices have gone up. Selection has gone down. Customer loyalty or even a semblance of care is non-existent. This may work in south phx but not in this neighborhood. I've tried going in a few times since the takeover and it's not doable. I'd rather pay more for better quality and customer service. Sad.

I’m glad (I guess) to see that I’m not alone in the disappointment of the MedMen takeover. This was my local dispensary and LOVED the Huxton deals which are now nonexistent. Stock has been inconsistent. Specials and notifications have disappeared. My beloved Monarch has slipped into red corporate oblivion. I get that the owners got a deal they couldn’t turn down, but it’s truly upsetting to see both Monarch and LevelUp get gobbled by the system and pushed into the vacuum. I love the staff and the old Monarch employees have always been the best, but I don’t think to come here and will probably find another dispensary to get my Huxton products. Such a bummer.

Good location between 101 & Hayden. Been a longtime customer from the beginning, but not been going here lately. Stopped in for flower recently and just like last time the 1/4 ounce of mid level priced bud was inconsistant. I mean the buds did not look or taste similar. When I dumped it all out I could easily separate the buds by density appearance and odor into 2 distinct piles; about a 50/50 mix. One tastes very good and is potent, not the other. Other half is grassy and tastes terrible. Both were sampled by me using my bong. Dissappointed at this consistant inconsistancy. Is the highest priced bud just as inconsistan as the mid level priced product?

Hated this place from the beginning. Crazy high priced for dried flower with no taste and mild if any effects. (Remember, all products are based on flower quality used) After reading current reviews, sounds like it's only gotten worse. Too bad, it's only a few miles away but I will and do drive across town for better quality and price. Scottsdale dispensaries are all ripoffs but the rest are starting to tank as well. It looks modern and slick. Don’t like their system of check in. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby. Tried a couple of Huxton cartridges (250ml) and it was a joke. I used the cartridge is one day. The cartridge looked 3/4 empty to start with. And for $35, I expected more.

I go here a lot because it’s closest to my work, however today they were bought out and could not do business.

Was the best dispensary herb around in 2015, then they realized the power of marketing in an ignorance filled market. Best strain I've ever seen in a dispensary was True OG from this place. Tasted like nothing but clean quality weed. Nowadays is a different story with Monarch. I guess every cardholder is a reseller now, not a medical patient. Major shift in quality,from legit to bogus, the Huxter era.. Only medicinal grade left in Az is being grown in closets! Too bad this wack industry only sells their own stuff and patients can't. Wonder what Medmen will do with this place, probably double the size of the grow... As if Az has a quantity issue and not a quality problem. All them carts on the black market out east gotta come from somewhere I guess.

This used to be a good place to go for some money saving deals. There are now many places with much better deals. If you want over priced products there are much nicer and closer places in Scottsdale to go. GG Medmen.

Prices here have almost doubled in some cases ever since they were bough out by MedMen. Double-check the menu before you go. Grow Sciences has come in with their $50 1/8s. The Huxton days are over.

I've been a long time customer of Monarch until today. I'll never go back. You expect a company to stand behind the products (Huxton) they produce instead of making up silly excuses not to stand behind their signature products, then blaming the customer instead of themselves for shoddy products they make. Monarch makes up excuses, then went so far as to be rude, even insulting to a customer who has been an OG for years. Time always reveals the true character of a company and the products they make and/or brand. When they don't stand behind the products they make and treat old customers like criminals, then it is time to make a change. I used to recommend Monarch; but, I'll never do that again. In fact, I will go out of my way not to recommend Monarch. The silly party is it was over a few bucks; but, they decided a few bucks was worth more than a loyal customer.

Absolutely the worst... flower is the driest in the state.. horrible customer service.. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy... will definitely never go back.. can't even explain the disappointment.. again.. horrible..

So expensive, you can literally go anywhere else and spend so much less. It’s like they mark up all their products just so they can maintain a “fancy” shop. Monarch was way better, what a joke

Pretty decent flower, not the best prices but their wax is great. Unfortunately took 30 minutes before I was seen, with only 4 people ahead of me when they had 4 people on register. Might wanna work on your time guys.

I was a regular of Monarch's for at least a couple of years. I was always very happy with the atmosphere, service and products there... until MedMen took over. I expected things to be a little off while they made the change but apparently this (several months later) is as good as they're going to get. I could overlook the pathetic specials but when they stopped carrying the main thing that I always loaded up on, Pure 240 Caramels, I no longer have a reason to go there. (I don't like their Sublime Caramels.) So sad to see a once great place to take care of my medical marijuana needs sink into being an average dispensary.

was great, downhill. used to be my favorite dispensary. I used to drive across town to go there for deals and quality. now i live very close and will go to other locations. the takeover by MM has rui ed what used to be a great shop.

I went from loving this place to hating it. No menu on Leafly and they can't even explain why every other Medmen keeps their menu up to date but they don't even have one. Even their medmen.com website doesn't list the correct menu so you can't even do a proper phone order. Nothing but to do but not visit this place anymore, shame. :/

The prices were good. I love the Huxton flower. My Omaha Farms flower was super dry. The front desk and bud tenders were very professional but the security guard was creepy. I am a very non threatening looking grandmother type and he zeroed in on me at the door and wanted to look in my small purse. I complied but I really do not fit the profile of a gun carrier. I noticed several men who came in before and after were not harassed. Women make easier targets for intimidation. I will not be back because that little security guard and his behavior which was all about abuse of power and intimidation not security. My 1st impression was this little man wanting to look in my 6 inch by 8 inch purse. No greeting, no probable cause to ask to search me. Off putting to say the least. If this location is so dangerous that it merits searching my 56 year old person or purse, I don't want to risk my life to shop here. Not worth being hassled by security person who doesn't make one feel safe. #METOO

Got my order wrong!! Would NOT correct it. 😞😞😞 so I got screwed over $35 🤨🤬 do not shop here for your own good!

Another complaint here from a long time regular. Loved the Huxton sale days among other winners. Notifications gone. Sales gone. Now I’m gone.

Would not come back. Had better first time experiences at other places. I did not do the consultation and just went to the counter but I assumed the people at the desk would know more about the strands. I was told all hybrids are the same just like all indica and sativa are. Maybe it's just my experience but I have had different reactions depending on the specific strand.

Aside from the great employees, this place is literally a hole in the wall, because of these new Medmen people that took over. EVERYTHING is out of stock. i call every couple days to find out if they have gummies or pretzles or thier bogo flower deals, and they dont have any of it, with the only explanation being, "The company that bought us, only does purchase orders once a month from out of state so they dont know what we really need" i will no longer come here, which sucks because i just moved down the street and am a daily customer. This is what happens when it turns from helping people throigh medicine and becomes all about greed.

they took out the Bogo what's the point to go there when ur first time patient doesnt get no discount or good promotion. I will never come back again. I can but my meds somewhere else.
